To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午市時間,人來人往,食肆林立,有時太選擇會花多眼亂,唔知食咩好,有時會憑直覺想食咩就食咩,有時會因為排隊太耐而放棄食。今次就隨意走到一間茶餐廳門口,看見門口餐牌有自己想食嘅食物同有位,就係咁簡單就坐低左。🍚四寶飯叉燒半肥瘦都幾均勻,份量都多,咸蛋流沙,雞肉嫩,跟例湯同熱飲,整個套餐都幾得食。🍚雲吞河每逢食雲吞河都會加腩汁,這樣可以令河粉好味啲,配埋辣椒油就更加令胃口大開,一共有五粒雲吞,夠大粒而且唔錯。食到想食嘅嘢就可以好開心同滿足,其實可以好簡單。

其實返大早5點半間唔中都去食,食過幾次都可以,直至有日照舊朝早去嗌左個辛辣同杯凍檸茶,果個鐘數得幾檯客,所以夥計都得閒吹下水,我食個麵去到20幾分鐘面就來食晒嘢飲仲未到,好聲好氣問個職員(戴眼鏡阿叔),會唔會漏左,都係打份工姐漏左唔緊要咪問下,點知呢個阿叔唔知係心情唔好定賭波輸錢,來一句嘢飲要等嘅,平時就5分鐘,問嘅話就15分鐘,咁有型?我等20分鐘好聲好氣問一句好似殺你全家咁😓,之後過多五分鐘,隔離張檯嘅客都有嘢飲,原來係呢間嘢提一句係會俾人黑名單,ok咁我都要返工費時同咪吵起身埋單走人。 今時今日仲要咁嘅態度,冇所謂,餐廳唔係得你呢間,我咪去第二間食,網上d人可能仲會分咩顏色,我唔會,不過既然客來到,你咁樣對d客嘅,d餐廳夥計一個個咁驕傲,咪繼續囉我咪去食第二間,唔想做嘢咪唔好做,落下單寫下嘢咁簡單嘅嘢已經係香港最冇技術可言嘅嘢啦話都要做到咁賤,仲要兇返個客,繼續啦,生意興隆

星期日好耐冇嚟銀龍早餐,今日想食潮洲四寶麫,即管再去幫趁;附近其他餐廳很多都要排隊等位,銀龍居然大把位,原來真的是有因由:幾個女樓面都懶閒閒,唔志在,有個金毛侍應更是不知所謂,我們叫了碗扎肉魚片双拼河,廚房弄錯了只得扎肉,低聲通知他麻煩廚房更正;他居然說攪錯咗駛唔駛咁大反應,莫名其妙;請到這些伙記,老闆真的要反省。今時今日這樣的服務質素,尤其是在銅鑼灣國內旅客旺區,直情係 唱好香港唔掂,自己攪衰 ;唔好怪這麼多市民北上消費。
