今晚約咗朋友喺上環搵食,由上環站行到過嚟大概6分鐘。呢度有好多拉麵店,今次揀咗呢一間係用蠔嚟煮湯底嘅拉麵店。餐廳分為兩層,地下嗰層係坐吧枱,上面係一個包廂,我哋今次揀咗坐Bar枱,可以望住廚師煮嘢食。我哋兩個人,一個叫咗牡蠣白湯,另外一個係特製牡蠣白湯,特製嘅係比較濃味,同埋多啲叉燒,同埋多咗一隻蛋。個湯底飲落去好濃郁,好有蠔味,佢實際上都有放咗一隻蠔喺面嘅入邊,不過得一隻就比較少。佢嘅麵係唔同出面嘅拉麵,比較扁身,有少少似魚蛋粉嘅粗麵,咬落去比較腍身。最欣賞嘅係佢哋嘅叉燒,可以見到佢哋用火槍即場隻燒,好大塊,肥瘦各一半,仲有少少焦香,幾正。餐廳嘅冷氣好足夠,侍應嘅態度都好好,我哋一邊食拉麵一邊傾偈,都坐得好舒服。Read More

今年年頭去大阪旅行,上網搵好嘢食嘅時候,搵到一間叫Next Shikaku 專門食蠔湯拉麵的餐廳,都有唔少YouTuber 介紹。 當時第一次食蠔清湯拉麵,我覺得簡直驚為天人,所以5月再去大阪的時候,都有2刷依間拉麵店,試埋蠔白湯拉麵。難怪每次經過見到都排曬長龍。(以上是日本本店的照片比大家參考)返到香港意外發現原來座銀集團引入左Next Shikaku 拉麵店,同日本本店一樣係主打用蠔熬製湯底。我今次叫左蠔白湯拉麵,朋友就叫左蠔沾麵,再加溏心蛋share 食。……………………………………………………蠔白湯拉麵 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️湯底有好濃郁嘅蠔味,加咗豬肉同雞肉熬製,鮮甜美味,配料有一塊叉燒、一隻蠔、荀、洋蔥粒。湯底味道十分接近大阪本店,麵質都正常發揮,但係配料分量同質素確實比本店遜色,而且香港版本嘅拉麵$148 並唔包溏心蛋嘅。不過,以香港食到嘅蠔湯拉麵嚟講,確實算高品質。牡蠣沾麵⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️試食左朋友一啖蠔沾麵,我覺得個蠔味比蠔白湯拉麵更加濃郁鮮甜,麵質都好滑好掛湯,同沾麵汁好夾!Read More
