有日無聊係Openrice度搵到。食評得4個,膽粗粗打去訂枱,店家提示如果雞及海鮮類別必須電話先訂。由於未幫襯過,先叫左泰式生蝦先🦐地點有少許難搵,建議先係Google Map望清楚大廈位置同入口(其實o係大街,但要上樓層),唔識打去餐廳都會話你知係邊道入既坐底後見環境唔太多枱,同埋似係做熟客生意居多,原因係無餐牌既😆大家都係直接落單,或者一早電話訂左指定菜式~泰式生蝦好大隻既蝦👍🏻肉質彈牙便知好新鮮泰式炸蝦餅聽到老闆娘話自己手打,見到不規則既外表,就知無花假~熱辣辣,食得出無落「粉」係純蝦肉,自然既彈牙感,好好味,有驚喜😙泰式串燒 :雞&豬好好食👍🏻雖然唔肯定係咪用急凍肉,但只可以講雞同豬都無雪味外,食得出新鮮醃製,肉質係有彈性,特別豬肉真係有豬肉味🤭沙嗲汁好香有花生粒,帶少許甜,味係okay泰式肉碎煎蛋飯 同坊間泰國菜館嘅味道有少許唔同,佢係更加香(唔知點解~)加上豬肉有肉味,成件事好送飯,再加埋煎蛋用半煎半炸嘅方式去煮,超級香口,食到一粒飯都無剩😋飛天通菜我稍嫌唔夠辣同濃味,佢屬於偏清淡,但炒得都好有鑊氣珍多冰未試過飲咁好既珍多冰🥰粉條係煙靭嘅唔係好似涼粉嘅狀態。冰塊少,椰汁沖得好濃隨人頭送上甜品,係好味既椰青大菜糕😋甜但可接受,可以減少許甜,但椰青味都幾濃郁,今餐飽但好快都清晒😆新紅山真係好食過九龍城任何一間泰國菜館。見到隔離幾枱有燒鱔、燒鰂魚,冬陰公,蒜蓉多士⋯樣樣都想試😅下次同人食飯都去依間,因為我好想試晒咁多款😅 continue reading

好多年無寫食評😗但呢次真係想鼓勵一下本地難得有質素既小店,所以決定寫一個🙂泰國人朋友介紹話呢間好正,咁啱放工要搵地方食飯興祝白色情人節,咁就不如擇日不如撞日打去book位再即時揸車🚗過去😋呢到上樓,舊樓行一層樓梯,唔係熟客/有人介紹就咁樓下經過根本好難會發現原來呢度有野食🤨無菜牌睇,聽閒基本上你叫得出(泰菜)佢都有得食,咁我地都有睇下其他人食評參考下叫乜好!電話book檯時順便留定個生蝦,嚟到坐底先比蝦片!生蝦好新鮮好脆口加埋佢個汁(個汁比出面一般好食),好正😍好易食唔停~蝦餅,呢個真係出面食唔到咁好食,好重鮮蝦味,相信係自己手打,好正🤩冬陰功湯,呢個都好得,出邊好多時都會整得比較鹹,呢度唔會味道剛剛好,而且好夠香甜,啲蝦又唔會梅晒,好好飲沙嗲串燒,三串雞三串豬,個沙嗲汁唔辣,但係夠香,肉唔會太鞋,唔錯泰式炒通菜,出邊好多又係炒到好鹹,呢度唔會,但係呢個菜冇其他菜色咁特別好食,當然都唔錯香葉肉碎炒飯,好夠鑊氣,唔錯😋甜品送嘅,唔記得問佢叫咩,食到有新鮮椰子肉,我平時唔食甜品亦都唔鍾意食糕點,但呢個唔會太甜,又好有清新感,好好食🥳最後亦都叫咗一個椰青水,兩個人食,其實係食唔晒,最後我哋有打包!食咁多野土埋單都只係$55x🤩🤩性價比唔錯😎一定會再嚟,下次要試蒜蓉包、鱸魚先得😋Ps. 呢度有貓貓🐱😅 continue reading

呢度真係幫襯左好幾年泰式私房菜形式🤪無餐牌 想叫咩就叫咩😌老板娘超級好好客又煮得一手好菜!生菜包份量挺多 少許胡椒味加埋生菜真係好fresh❤️完全唔會過咸咖哩蝦超大隻😳😳呢度已經係開左邊2個人比左3隻蝦夾埋都有6邊😂😂真係好飽咖哩汁超惹味帶少少甜味點飯點包都一流!超大愛呢個蒜蓉包🥹🥹因為真係極好食!好香口 又脆卜卜蒜蓉味仲好夠!!!麵包鋪都做唔到既級數!蝦餅自己手打好足料好彈牙!沙爹豬串啲沙爹汁真係另一個正野而且豬肉燒得唔鞋唔靭好味!最黎老闆娘特製椰青糕落足椰子料架! continue reading

#20200427疫情嚴峻,實施了限聚令下,很多餐廳都轉外賣🥡服務,從前常爆滿的餐廳也不用預約排隊。友人帶路下,今天晚上第一次來到這間位於荃灣衆安街的樓上泰國菜館。店內只有數張檯,是傳統🇹🇭泰國裝修很地道,難怪從前不致電預約是不可能吃得到。老闆娘是泰國人很親切,店內亦有2隻很可愛的小貓咪在當店長🐱食物方面,店內是沒有餐牌提供,你說得出的泰菜基本上都有😅價格亦合理的。我們4個人點了生蝦刺身,冬蔭功,炸蝦餅,泰式炒通菜,豬頸肉和椰青,老闆娘推介燒烏頭魚,蒜蓉包和生菜包,不過我們怕吃不下沒有點。先說那個炸蝦餅🤩外脆內軟,是我在香港吃過最好食的泰式炸蝦餅,真的很好吃,我都拼命吃都忘了拍其他菜的照片😅冬蔭功也是超凡的水準,不像其他菜館很濃很咸,跟我在泰國喝到的一樣。其他的菜都很好食,老闆娘很好,常常走過來幫忙換碟和分湯,吃完還有甜點送上,是椰汁膏。4個人吃了2碟生蝦,加3個菜,一個湯,2個椰青,2個汽水,埋單5百多,人均百多元就可以吃到這水準的泰菜,真的超值啊👍🏻下次有機會聚餐,一定會再去,希望疫情快點結束,人人身體健康🙏🏻Ps:店內是不售賣酒精飲品,但可以自行買上去的🍻 continue reading
