記得呢度以前好難訂位,最起碼都要早幾個月預定。 而家由治入興,成功訂位。一嚟到侍應好有禮貌咁帶位,同埋介紹餐單。 因應推介,叫咗一個前菜,一個肉類主菜,一個蔬菜類主菜,同烤餅。先嚟既係餐前小食。 香料花生加上青檸汁,香口又開胃。前菜叫左 samosa。 上菜時,覺得就咁叫 samosa 完全反映唔到呢道菜既精緻。 味道清新既醬汁覆蓋包住豆蓉既 samosa,加上羅望子,無論賣相同味道都有驚喜。肉類叫左招牌既烤羊架。 羊架不如叫斧頭羊扒,足有四條骨。 已預期會幾大份,但見真實物都係要嘩一聲。 羊架用旁遮普香料調味,烤至外表焦香,肉質十分嫩滑仍保留肉汁。 必食推介。另一個菜叫左波菜芝士同 butter nan,都係水準之作。最後甜品要左拖肥布甸,為豐富既一餐作結。 continue reading

had an awesome chill night at New Punjab Club! 🌙 the Masalewali Chaanp (lamb chop) was incredibly tender and well-seasoned, pairs greatly with the variety of chutneys offered. 🤭the Keema Pau was tasty, and the milk buns were perfectly glazed! don’t get me started on the mutton with crispy potatoes—perfect balance of texture and SO GOOD 😍the complimentary Masala Peanuts were a nice touch as well!! definitely on a pricier side for Punjabi / Indian cuisine, but the portions are generous and good was great.
