是日同事請吃蛋撻,訂了數盒蛋撻供大家享用本身不太熱愛吃蛋撻,通常一件起兩件止,而且要熱食。新鮮出爐的蛋糕很吸引,一件件就似太陽花,顏色鮮豔,亮麗的黃色襯著曲奇餅底,蛋漿和蛋撻底都很燙,此時的蛋撻最好吃的蛋撻外型完整,蛋漿滿溢,遠遠已經聞到蛋香輕輕咬一口,曲奇底酥脆可口,蛋漿香滑軟順,蛋漿就像焦糖燉蛋的口感,滑如淡奶,令我想起某朱古力廣告的對白:「絲滑的口感。」不過再吃多兩口,略嫌太甜了,吃了半件已經覺得這甜度有點過火,如果糖分減半,味道會更佳後來有幾件蛋撻無人問津,不知人為或是意外,有件蛋撻已經有缺口,加上表皮焗得焦黑,這件應該無人敢食,作為東主,不應該把這件蛋撻賣出去。遠鏡再拍一張覺得這樣敷衍了事的將焗壞的蛋撻出售,實在有點缺德,麻煩東主正視。偶爾吃一件熱辣辣蛋撻是開心事,糖份減半更加好,另外數十件蛋撻質素不平均,有少部分焗得焦黑,有望作出改善。 continue reading

我是挺喜歡中式傳統麵包店的,因為總是比西式麵包店較便宜,而味道上較為簡單得美味。買了一個三角型朱古力蛋糕和一個長方體朱古力蛋糕,$11/2件。個人偏好前者,因為前者有脆脆的朱古力外層,而且朱古力味比較香濃。另買了卷蛋和十字提子包,倒是忘了哪個$4,哪個$5,反正就是很便宜但味道一流。卷蛋比西式連鎖包餅店的較香軟,而提子包外層有點像鬆餅,但裡面是麵包的質地,味道和口感像自己做的麵包一樣,你會感覺到它的用料充足,吃完好飽肚。 continue reading

因爲筆流都係節制住自己唔好食咁多麵包所以次次去餅店都會精挑細選一輪唔想浪費卡路里白方包超級鬆軟,作爲早餐三文治底夹住芝士真係一流麥方包一般,首先佢唔係全麥亦都唔係半麥,只係加咗啲麥麸既麵包,同一般餅店一樣,想减肥就揀過第二啲啦芝士條够多芝士,好食蛋撻底係曲奇满分,撻餡完全唔會腻,仲有好香牛油味,如果唔係佢卡路里太邪惡,我會日日掃幾個過落肚唔知有冇人試過$5包既麵包皮係收銀櫃隔離佢地焗到冇曬水分,邊食好似食緊薯片咁,超脆超香口仲要好大包添,不過食多唔好,節制啊 continue reading

大熱天時,街上三十度有多,真係寧願坐係公司涼冷氣都好過周圍走。下午三點三,又係tea time,心諗如果有人買下午茶比我食就好。說時遲,那時快,公司呀姐竟然大叫過嚟食蛋撻,心中立即暗暗歡喜。原來呀姐岩岩去完大陸旅行,發現無手信岩買比同事,於是就借蛋撻當手信。佢清一色買左曲奇餅底既蛋撻,正合我意。呢度既蛋撻餅皮都幾脆,中間蛋既部分夠多,而且都幾滑,我相信食新鮮出爐既一定更好食,不過呀姐一番心意我已經好開心。 continue reading

每逢公司training先有機會到鰂魚涌,每次都一定會買個包食,因為真係又平又實在!見食評話必食雞批,今次就買個黎試下,果然係冇令人失望。外皮焗到好鬆化 有牛油曲奇嘅口感,最欣賞就係個皮唔會咬一路咬一路跌d碎,不過食落真係似叉燒酥個d味,無論顏色定係口感都有d似。而家又平又好食嘅面包舖真係唔係周街有,而且呢間仲要有好多選擇,如果冇目標要食咩的話真係會花多眼亂。朝早返工時間會排長龍,返工一族真係要預返時間,不過阿姐手腳都好快嘅 continue reading
