香港這邊天氣寒冷,下班後我還要趕下半場,到了香港鰂魚涌,每次我來到這裡的一個地鐵站出口,經過這間名叫「新鳳凰」的麵包西餅店,我就會忍不住進去光顧。而這次我吃「菠蘿包」,新鮮滾熱辣,價錢都只是$3(港幣三元正),這個平民化的價錢,到這個時代竟然都可以買到,實在難得一見。不過,可能因為今天天氣寒冷關係,即便是剛新鮮出爐的麵包,都很快變涼。雖然是價廉物美,可惜咬口有點變軟,並不是新鮮滾熱辣脆口的。我希望下一次我再去光顧的時候,可以吃到剛新鮮出爐,而且是新鮮滾熱辣脆口的麵包就好啦! continue reading

上次試過呢間餅店蛋撻,覺得味道唔錯,蛋味夠!今日經過呢頭做嘢,特登再去買多件,呢區舊,好多老人家幫襯,生意似乎唔錯,而且開係地鐵站旁邊,真係好生意!但買既時候無看清楚,蛋撻完整,但焗得好燶啊!!個邊焗得好黑食落去味道係唔差,而且夠熱,個撻底好脆口,蛋味好夠,食落好滑,所以我先會再食!遺憾就係個底真係唔及格,今次當我黑仔睇漏眼,但係可唔可以麻煩麵包店都注意下,唔好將次貨賣出去,應該無人會特等鍾意食黑底蛋撻掛?? continue reading

是日同事請吃蛋撻,訂了數盒蛋撻供大家享用本身不太熱愛吃蛋撻,通常一件起兩件止,而且要熱食。新鮮出爐的蛋糕很吸引,一件件就似太陽花,顏色鮮豔,亮麗的黃色襯著曲奇餅底,蛋漿和蛋撻底都很燙,此時的蛋撻最好吃的蛋撻外型完整,蛋漿滿溢,遠遠已經聞到蛋香輕輕咬一口,曲奇底酥脆可口,蛋漿香滑軟順,蛋漿就像焦糖燉蛋的口感,滑如淡奶,令我想起某朱古力廣告的對白:「絲滑的口感。」不過再吃多兩口,略嫌太甜了,吃了半件已經覺得這甜度有點過火,如果糖分減半,味道會更佳後來有幾件蛋撻無人問津,不知人為或是意外,有件蛋撻已經有缺口,加上表皮焗得焦黑,這件應該無人敢食,作為東主,不應該把這件蛋撻賣出去。遠鏡再拍一張覺得這樣敷衍了事的將焗壞的蛋撻出售,實在有點缺德,麻煩東主正視。偶爾吃一件熱辣辣蛋撻是開心事,糖份減半更加好,另外數十件蛋撻質素不平均,有少部分焗得焦黑,有望作出改善。 continue reading

我是挺喜歡中式傳統麵包店的,因為總是比西式麵包店較便宜,而味道上較為簡單得美味。買了一個三角型朱古力蛋糕和一個長方體朱古力蛋糕,$11/2件。個人偏好前者,因為前者有脆脆的朱古力外層,而且朱古力味比較香濃。另買了卷蛋和十字提子包,倒是忘了哪個$4,哪個$5,反正就是很便宜但味道一流。卷蛋比西式連鎖包餅店的較香軟,而提子包外層有點像鬆餅,但裡面是麵包的質地,味道和口感像自己做的麵包一樣,你會感覺到它的用料充足,吃完好飽肚。 continue reading

因爲筆流都係節制住自己唔好食咁多麵包所以次次去餅店都會精挑細選一輪唔想浪費卡路里白方包超級鬆軟,作爲早餐三文治底夹住芝士真係一流麥方包一般,首先佢唔係全麥亦都唔係半麥,只係加咗啲麥麸既麵包,同一般餅店一樣,想减肥就揀過第二啲啦芝士條够多芝士,好食蛋撻底係曲奇满分,撻餡完全唔會腻,仲有好香牛油味,如果唔係佢卡路里太邪惡,我會日日掃幾個過落肚唔知有冇人試過$5包既麵包皮係收銀櫃隔離佢地焗到冇曬水分,邊食好似食緊薯片咁,超脆超香口仲要好大包添,不過食多唔好,節制啊 continue reading
