其實我不是想刻意針對某集團名下的超級市場,奈何那超級市場的「貢獻」實在太大了。那超級市場一離開「東港城」,之後「東港城」就立刻引來了「一田百貨」,以及一些新食肆,讓坑口人留在坑口,還能有機會嚐試到拉麵、炸雞、韓國燒烤跟雪奶冰。當然,這些都是一般大型商場無可避免的事,畢竟商場內各大舖位真正的「生殺大權」,店舖租務都被掌握在商場的管理層手裡,想有什麼食店也不到我們可以決定。回說我陪老豆,到「將軍澳醫院」覆診的事,話說我陪他到「將軍澳醫院」的「日間醫療中心」,做「超聲波」檢查以及見醫生,為時大約一個多小時左右。等候老豆做完檢查,再加上在藥房排隊領藥,我跟老豆終於可以離開「將軍澳醫院」,回到坑口商場區,和找尋適合食午飯的食店,看看有什麼可以試食。我跟老豆就是因為這樣,最後還是走了去「東港城」二樓「一田超市」旁邊。我向老豆建議試食「NeNe Chicken」,老豆還在猶豫,我一說「NeNe Chicken」即是「劉在石炸雞」,老豆立刻「醒覺」過來了。其實老豆平日喜歡窩在家裡,他已經看過了不少來自電視臺的節目,包括韓國的電視綜藝節目,尤其是「Running Man」。另一方面,我老豆的飲食習慣,屬於「雜食」的那一種類型,沒有偏食什麼食品,亦沒有嫌棄抗拒什麼食品,就連我比較喜歡食的韓國炸雞,他也照食可也。當然了,最近我一家人,老豆阿媽細佬跟我曾經參加旅行團,到韓國首爾旅行玩了五天。所以老豆對韓國飲食文化,才沒有我最初預期那麼抗拒。適逢當時「NeNe Chicken」還在午市,所以「NeNe Chicken」有午飯套餐提供,食的炸雞也跟我上次在葵芳「新都會廣場」分店吃到的炸雞全翼有點點不同。今次我食的「NeNe Chicken」炸雞,是屬於無骨的版本,而且是以比較地道港式的食法,炸雞配白飯的「碟頭飯」方法享用,這肯定不是韓國人平日會有的飲食習慣。不過「NeNe Chicken」有一點,做法還是跟其他韓國菜餐廳十分相似,就是午餐裡面的餐湯、飲品跟前菜小食都十分繁多,未食正餐先有「栗米粒」跟「醃蘿蔔」提供。「栗米粒」煮的時間較長,所以栗米口感比較腍。「醃蘿蔔」則跟我在其他韓國菜餐廳吃過的幾乎一模一樣,口感也是很爽脆,味道很酸。坑口「NeNe Chicken」午餐,除了「炸雞飯」像港式碟頭飯,而沒有傳統韓國飲食習慣之外,就連前菜也有一些分別,最明顯的分別就是一般韓國菜餐廳會有「泡菜」提供。然而坑口「NeNe Chicken」的午市炸雞飯,卻偏偏沒有泡菜,泡菜變成了沙律菜,我還是比較喜歡食韓國泡菜多一點。即使「NeNe Chicken」沙律菜口感還是新鮮,但始終補償不了,我來到「NeNe Chicken」卻沒有泡菜食的煩惱。到了「NeNe Chicken」午餐的主角登場,炸雞飯的正式名稱,應該叫做「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」。「NeNe Chicken」用上了很大的碟去盛載午餐的炸雞飯,最後還有位置放置一些伴碟沙律菜,整碟飯的蔬菜一定夠食有餘。實際上,「NeNe Chicken」的「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」,實際用上了的白飯不算很多,只有大約一大湯碗左右的份量。可能是因為我在西貢的茶餐廳,吃慣的午餐碟頭飯,白飯佔的份量比例都比較多,所以今次「NeNe Chicken」的白飯比例,相對下就明顯減少了很多。不過「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」的實際白飯份量,已經不算少,我現在儘量控制自己的白飯攝取量,除非真的太肚餓,否則還是儘量食少點飯,減少攝取一點澱粉質好了。反而「NeNe Chicken」「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」的主角無骨炸雞,就真的被「NeNe Chicken」廚房炸至金黃色,再淋上一點食店配備,略帶酸味的蒜香醬油,「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」才變成了「NeNe Chicken」午飯必備菜式。我用「NeNe Chicken」的餐叉,一下立刻把「蒜香醬油炸雞」叉起。有餐叉的幫助,我要左手拿着「NeNe Chicken」的炸雞,右手拿着手機鏡頭拍攝照片,就更加輕而易舉了。「蒜香醬油炸雞」的雞肉真的炸得十分香脆,炸雞的雞皮還是保留了香脆的口感。至於「蒜香醬油炸雞」的雞肉,吸引了大量蒜香醬油,所以炸雞的味道變得很濃,而且味道鹹中帶甜。「NeNe Chicken」的「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」,炸雞大約有三件左右。老豆現在年紀大了,食量也比以前減少了,結果他吃到一半,胃都已經被大份量的「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」撐到很飽。所以他忽然把他吃剩的炸雞都給了我,我被他的做法嚇到,還以為他不喜歡「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」。原來實際上老豆只是年紀大了,食量都減少了而已。就連在「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」面頭伴碟的沙律菜,沙律菜的味道也被旁邊的「蒜香醬油炸雞」醬汁影響到,味道變得酸酸甜甜,十分開胃的樣子。或許是將坑口分店「NeNe Chicken」安排太周到了,所以「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」的伴碟菜,不止有沙律菜,就連原本作為前菜的栗米粒,竟然也大派用場。所以「NeNe Chicken」整碟午餐主菜「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」,我很快就已經可一併掃食清光。始料不及「NeNe Chicken」不單止炸雞全翼味道效果好,就連午市的炸雞碟頭飯,「NeNe Chicken」也能兼顧到。看來我有時要留在將軍澳坑口食午飯,以後應該可以找到更多,找到更好選擇的食店了。不過「NeNe Chicken」製作「蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯」造得如此出色,但是跟餐飲品卻有點百密一疏。因為我在坑口「NeNe Chicken」午餐選擇了的跟餐飲品「熱檸檬水」,令次我竟然完全喝不到甜味,味道太過平淡了。我最初還以為一時大意,自己忘記了落砂糖。後來我召喚「NeNe Chicken」的侍應,問他們有沒有砂糖提供,怎料她們卻支吾以對,最後還是給不了砂糖給我。「NeNe Chicken」的服務問題,令我對坑口「NeNe Chicken」服務方面評價稍為打了折扣。不過無論如何,「NeNe Chicken」的而且確跟其他「東港城」新店一樣,為坑口跟「東港城」的食店生態,帶來了一些新變化,還刺激了周邊商場的食店生態,例如「TKO Gateway」,亦成為了我的理想選擇,總之都是利多於弊,值得下次幫襯。 continue reading

我本身係Running Man 既Fans,當知道劉在錫炸雞係旺角某大型商場開業,已經急不及待去試下,事隔一排,Nene Chicken竟然開多間係坑口,我當然會再去啦位於東港城既店,比旺角細一點,不過坐位同樣寬敞,有充足空間感牆身有大大個NENEChicken燈牌,綠葉為底。整體裝潢簡單美觀由於我係Lunch時間黎,仲要自己一支公,想叫一大盤炸雞睇怕都食唔晒好在有Lunch Set供應,可以享受炸雞之餘又唔怕浪費《而家有個買三送一優惠》。Order前有個醒胃前菜,粟米沙同醃蘿蔔,典型既配搭《蒜香醬油炸雞伴飯》一個Lunch Set,竟然有5塊大大舊既炸雞,要大飽口福之慾了脆脆既炸雞,塗上蒜味醬汁,咸咸甜甜的,配上微微既蒜味,更加令人想一件接一件。(太愛蒜味了)雞肉外脆內嫰,Juicy Juicy伴碟仲有少少菜,食完肉都應該要中和下既(健康健康)《青提子梳打》我好鍾意個器皿,一個燈泡涼涼既梳打,陣陣青提味道,好解渴食炸雞感覺就係要配有汽飲品,但又無理由中午飲啤酒如唔想飲太甜既野,梳打都係一個好好既選擇。下次一定要約齊朋友過黎,大杯啤酒大件雞 continue reading

It’s been a while since my family can really spend some quality time enjoying a proper meal together. I do meet up with my friends every now and then but it never feels the same to be with my family, my ultimate comfort zone where my sis and I would babble about the stupidest things in the world. This weekend we decided to try out this new restaurant in the East Point City and have some Korean cuisine. We usually have an early dinner at around 6:30 so we came before the peak hour and successfully avoided the long queue. There aren’t many choices for dinner set but you may order fried chicken of different flavours from the other menu.This chicken comes with a generous amount of that typical Korean sweet and spicy sauce which honestly speaking, is nothing surprising. The highlight of this dish is the cheese though. It’s chicken soaked in a large pool of cheese! Come on, nothing could possibly go wrong. It’s not stated what kind of cheese it is, but it does taste like cream cheese which is one of my favourite. I like how different veggies are mixed into this dish. They add a variety of colours and make the whole thing even more mouth-watering.Then it comes this ginseng chicken soup. To be frank it’s not even up to standard, given that this is a Korean restaurant. The soup is almost tasteless that you can barely sense the aroma of ginseng. The chef adds several pieces of mushroom here and there but this isn’t helping in enriching the flavours of the whole soup.One thing worths mentioning is the whole chicken. It’s cooked throughly and probably soaked in the soup for quite some time, so the meat is pretty tender and moist. I am also surprised to find out that it’s stuffed with rice, although it’s been almost congee-like...You may ask for more side dishes for as many times as you want. I would recommend having more butter corn coz it might be one the major ingredients to fill your stomach after all. It’s kind of addictive coz it’s sweet and creamy (partly because I’m a big fan of corns myself).Does it worth it? Well yes and no. If you are looking for some Korean food at the middle price level and not quite picky then yes. If you wanna have a full meal and have some finger-licking good stuff, you should probably go to some where else. continue reading

難得放假, 當然要約一些平時少見的朋友仔聚一聚, 今日就專登走入將軍澳找朋友吃頓午餐。吃飯其次, 最重要當然是互相update下近況, 彼此關心。友人住將軍澳, 當然由她話事, 揀了食韓國菜, 很好! 還記得上年復活假期遊韓國, 今年就無得去, 吃頓韓國菜補返數, 哈!餐店門面設計挺搶眼, 特別是那塊以燈泡圍着的店名招牌。內裏裝潢挺吸引, 一排一間間小木屋型的四人卡座, 既有特式, 亦很舒適。另一邊牆身鑲了一大個以燈泡設計而成的店名, 旁邊配上幾幅菜式大相片, 極搶眼奪目。這處則設有幾張二至六人枱, 地方不算大。馬上看看設計精美的餐牌, 有一份午巿套餐和一本散點菜式。午巿套餐分有四個價錢, 由$58-$88, 每項都有幾款菜式, 選擇不少, 另配一杯飲品。散點菜式主要有火鍋、燒雞、多款炸雞、芝士系列、韓式主食和特飲等等。*****************************待一會, 店員便送來兩款前菜小吃 ($0), 有粟米和醃白蘿蔔。粟米 粒粒飽滿甜美, 拌了少許沙律醬, 都幾好吃; 醃白蘿蔔 又爽又多汁, 酸咪咪, 相當醒胃, 作為前菜最適合, 但如果有我最愛的辣泡菜就更好啦! 總認為食韓國菜必要有辣泡菜才滿足。*****************************其實有多款午餐都幾吸引, 三心兩意下揀了一客鮮蝦蛋包炒飯 Omelette with Shrimps and Fried Rice ($68)。以一大塊鮮黃色的煎蛋 半蓋着一大碗炒飯, 面頭唧上蕃茄醬, 灑上黑芝麻, 賣相都不錯。先撥開雞蛋, 竟然有半溶的芝士, 舀起一羹炒飯便拉出長長的芝士絲, 很誘人。炒飯混入青紅椒粒 和小蝦仁, 伴入茄醬 炒成, 酸咪咪的味道令人越吃越開胃, 加上滲入一些汁液, 濕濕地,易於入口。  雞蛋 煎至全熟, 雖並非半熟滑蛋, 但挺嫩身, 兼富蛋香, 吃落也沒有滑香那麼漏滯。最滿足是舀一羹炒飯, 伴些雞蛋, 再加隻爽口的小蝦仁, 不錯! 最後還免費添一客粟米 加入炒飯中, 令炒飯口感更豐富, 亦添上清甜的味道, 更好吃。****************************午餐餐飲有不少選擇, 揀了特式的凍紅醋茶 Ice HongCho Tea (+2)。艷紅的色澤, 好搶眼! 加入大量凍粒, 入口冰涼透心。雖話是茶, 但較似梳打, 味道酸酸甜甜, 消滯解膩, 不錯! *****************************一餐不能沒有蔬菜, 故點了一客牛油果豆腐沙律 Vegan Avocado Salad ($98), 單看其賣相令人喜悅。選材非常豐富, 配搭起來色彩繽紛, 未吃已令人胃口大開, 好吸引呀! 數數看, 底層是大量新鮮清爽的雜沙律菜, 還混入甜美的粟米粒、清甜爆汁的車厘茄 和獨特的橄欖肉, 拌入酸咪咪的醬汁, 清新開胃。面頭放了大量香滑的牛油果粒, 生熟度剛剛好, 完全滿足到我這個愛牛油果者; 還伴上香甜多汁的蜜桃粒, 配搭一流! 但最喜歡還是豆腐粒, 稍稍經炸, 粒粒金黃, 但一點也不油膩, 外脆口內白滑, 富豆香香, 好好吃。推介! 推介!  ------------------------------餐店主打炸雞, 雖今日所選揀的菜式也沒有炸雞, 但它們也是炸雞以外的美味, 特別是那客味道和賣相同樣出色的牛油果豆腐沙律。不過……離開時, 見不少枱客人都點了午餐的7款口味炸雞達人, 賣相挺吸引, 下次再來一定要試試。 continue reading
