Nene chicken位於朗豪坊嘅高層,裝修既簡約又整潔,令我有一種好舒服嘅感覺,亦令人蠢蠢欲動想叫嘢食。一坐埋位職員就畀咗一份免費嘅韓式前菜醃蘿蔔,畀我哋醒醒個胃。主菜方面我哋叫咗一份雙拼炸雞,分別就係韓式甜辣醬同初雪芝士炸雞。nene chicken 嘅炸雞的確與眾不同,表面炸得脆卜卜 嘅同時,炸雞嘅內部保持鮮嫩多汁,令人忍唔住一咬再咬。特別要講一講係初雪芝士炸雞,係用芝士粉而唔似坊間嘅芝士醬嚟營造芝士嘅味道。呢一種做法令炸雞嘅表皮唔會俾芝士醬浸淋嘅同時,亦都感受到炸雞調味上嘅美味。之後我都仲叫咗一份韓式芝士炒辣雞。呢份炒辣雞真係非常惹味同辣,鍾意食辣嘅朋友一定唔可以錯過。入面有年糕辣雞蔬菜芝士等不同配料,混合起上嚟簡直一絕!除咗兩份主菜,我地亦叫咗一份韓式手抓飯。手抓飯嘅意思就即係先奉上材料包括泡菜飯蟹子紫菜,再畀手套我哋自己整個飯團出嚟,真係好好玩,我朋友不停喺度整唔同形狀嘅飯糰。另外呢個飯直落咗唔少蟹子 所以味道非常清新。韓式紫菜飯素 亦都係成個飯團既味道來源。下次嚟食一定會encore呢一個菜式。值得加分嘅一樣嘢就係nene chicken好細心,畀我哋無限添加凍水。同韓國嘅餐廳一樣,可以唔叫飲品慳錢之餘又可以解辣。 continue reading

上次去韓國Miss左NeNe Chicken,今次終於可以係香港食番,NeNe Chicken係韓國已數一數二,有過千間分店,依加香港都開左幾間分店,實在太好了今次去左朗豪坊店食NeNe Chicken, 見到佢門口餐牌d食物都幾吸引~ 店舖都算大,以黃色為主,入到去已見到好大個雞形圖案連隻碟都係雞一坐低,店員即付上前菜,泡菜一客味道不會太辣,很爽口開胃,好吃來到NeNe Chicken 緊係要叫雞啦,見到佢餐牌有個新產品,芝士鐵板雞個賣相好似幾好味咁,有中size同大size揀,我地就叫左個中size~魚糕串清湯,呢個都好似唔錯,所以我們叫埋這個wow...出場了 出場了芝士鐵板雞個賣相好吸引,d汁好好味,不太辣,帶點甜味芝士味同椰香味,好香 雞肉又滑又嫩~除左芝士同雞外,仲有埋年糕食,年糕煙煙韌韌,口感十足雞肉點芝士汁真係好鐘意佢d汁,一於唔好浪費d醬汁,加10蚊要個白飯,撈埋飯食,好好味魚糕串清湯這個都好多料下,除左2串魚糕外,還有雞蛋,豆卜條,菜,鳴門卷~魚糕串,魚糕非常彈牙,好有口感,好好食湯底都好清甜,好飲整體食物,服務,環境都好好難怪咁多分店 continue reading

🎀就到熊大生日喇🎉!熊妹當然陸重其事喇!黎到生日週就率先開頭炮,熊妹叫埋卡肥同阿豬媽整個熊妹家族飯聚同熊大👨‍👩‍👧‍👦慶祝!🎊📌西餐食得太多喇,熊妹要帶熊大試新野!迎合返熊大11月生日,就黎到位於11樓朗豪坊的《NeNe Chicken》!🐣📌《NeNe Chicken》一開初係朗豪坊開店,熊妹已經有留意到,係韓國明星劉在石打本開架!熊妹之前都有追開《Running Man》,真係無唸過竟然running man🏃🏻‍♂️選擇係香港開鋪!仲要直到而家《NeNe Chicken》都仲係咁hit,主打炸雞🍗,口味出眾,深受年青人歡迎!📌熊大熊妹夜晚8點🕗黎到,真係全場爆🈵,人頭湧湧。📌好在機靈的熊妹一早訂左位,雖然都要等一陣等人走,但唔洗排門口長長的人龍隊。🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♂️📌門口放左個1:1韓星宋仲基的人像餐牌,過江龍的地道飲食連鎖店,當然需要一點明星效應喇。📌終於有得坐喇,餐枱已經放好精緻的餐碟餐具🍽餐牌📋,好窩心的仲準備左餐前小食🥡:唔係好酸的酸蘿蔔同唔辣的泡菜,知道大家等得耐一定餓透了。📌阿豬媽最喜愛泡菜同酸蘿蔔,不斷無限添點。迷你雞蛋卷(泡菜),$78韓式雞蛋卷係韓國餐廳🇰🇷好普遍,係一道簡單又美味的家常小菜。📌話就話迷你,其實係勁量級實在太大份,相比下先稱為迷你。📌熊妹一開二,二開四,四開八,每人都食到兩件,都好夠食。煎蛋卷🥚軟軟的,好多層造成的蛋卷,內包醃好唔辣的泡菜,切開時,漏哂啲汁出黎,好惹味。面頭仲鋪滿透明的魚子,開頭見透明顏色唔知係咩黎既,食落魚子味,好特別喎,所以話食物係要配合顏色,香氣及味道的。明洞小食派對,$138📌熊妹一早已經睇中呢個韓式小食拼盤,幾年前同法貓專登去韓國首爾仿效韓劇中的女主角們係明洞街頭掃街,感受一下當女主的滋味。📌真係有齊當年街頭的小食,回憶返唒黎。小食派對有兩盤熱盤,一盤係浸滿韓式辣醬的,一盤係炸物。韓式辣醬盤有鋪上芝士的兩串魚榚串🍢,每串大概有7,8舊魚榚,質感硬實少少,唔係彈牙又唔係軟淋,感覺麵粉多。另外,仲有幾舊韓式年糕🍡同一隻烚雞蛋🥚。年糕可能因為浸係醬汁入面比較淋啲,唔算好煙韌但撈埋啲辣醬幾好味。另一盤係炸物,有一卷炸蝦🍤壽司,4件炸紫菜粉絲卷,4件炸年糕同2件炸餃子🥟。全部都好味!唔會好油膩,炸皮好薄唔會好濟!最驚喜係炸年糕,好軟糯好彈牙!比起點隔離浸了辣醬的特別好多!📌呢個小食派對係真係幾豐富,食盡韓國經典小吃。金大人串燒拼盤(中),$178📌睇個樣已經好吸引,中間有個芝士瀑㳍包🍞,被一串串雞翼圍住,好豐富!主要都係雞翼🐥,有10件唔同口味的雞翼,4-5件脆皮炸雞,同幾條薯條🍟。熊妹認為其中流心芝士菇釀雞翼最好味,芝士本身配雞翼好夾,仲要釀係雞翼中真係不得了!芝士溶岩包有驚喜!芝士係淡淡的忌廉芝士,味唔會太濃,唔會嗆過本身食材的味道,但又會滲出淡淡的芝士味,熊妹初時以為啲包擺耐左會俾芝士整淋,所以試下包先。一切,嘩!好脆架,脆卜卜,仲有啲蒜蓉味,點芝士醬好未呀!明知芝士醬放耐左會整淋啲包,所以用焗脆的方法令成個包不失霸氣,有生意唸頭!8‘’手打麵團 x 韓國pizza (韓式牛肉),$178📌食左好多好多小食,卡肥同熊大表示都未飽,要點個正餐。熊妹其實一早已經想試下呢個pizza🍕,因為見到隔離枱點左,個樣好吸引。📌係今日全場最好味的一款食物呀!好彩點左咋!餅底係手打麵團,唔似麵包咁多麵粉咁厚,但又有麵團的質感,好得喎。極度澎湃的芝士湧出黎呀,饀料多到滿瀉,切開時芝士多到用支匙羹🥄接都接唔住,真係好豐富!饀料有火腿🥓,漢堡牛肉粒🐮,配合埋酸酸沙律醬,真係個個都讚口不絕,食到停唔到口!📌好飽好飽好飽呀!好滿足的一餐!最緊要熊大有驚喜,日日都開開心心。 continue reading

一試韓國藝人代言既炸雞,一入到就聽到韓國pop music,夜晚6點半左右食,已經好多客人,之後愈黎愈多坐滿。枱上已經有2款泡菜,貼心俾埋水。叫左招牌炸雞(有骨$150),迷利雞蛋卷(泡菜$78),明洞派對小食($138)。有骨炸雞可以邊食邊啃骨,有風味d。有超過12件雞,份量係超多,食極都仲有咁。炸雞超脆and香,炸完唔會乾,仍然有肉汁,而且炸皮唔會同雞肉分離。配以蜜糖芥末,就甜甜地唔錯。佢同平時炸雞既不同之處係,冇咁油,而且脆身,唔會皮肉甩出黎。雞蛋卷厚身,包住泡菜,午餐肉,芝士,面頭上有大量蟹籽。少少拉絲,尼款泡菜唔辣,蛋卷夠厚好濃蛋香。易夾起。有個鏟for你自己將蛋卷切件。派對小食可以試唔同款既韓國街頭食物,唔駛單叫某種。小食包括2串各款魚糕,炸韓國壽司,炸粉絲卷,炸年糕,辣湯年糕炒雜菜。其中壽司餡料豐富,而且炸完唔覺油膩。炸年糕食落口有少少芝士咁。魚糕串大約有5款魚糕,試到唔多款。想食小食既朋友,menu仲有另一款韓國小食盤,可以揀。整體,坐得舒服,環境大,而且邊聽音樂邊食飯,好relax。 continue reading
