難得因為公事今日去灣仔食lunch,與同事想找一間可以坐得舒服可以傾計嘅地方,老實說想在灣仔食lunch,並不容易,若要坐得舒服就更加難,驚朋友推薦下選了這一間餐廳,一看餐牌,都是主打食steak的,於是一行四人都同人叫了sirloin steak,我要的三成熟,同事要的都是五成熟首先來了忌廉湯及蒜蓉包,賣相不錯,但味道一般。到了期待的sirloin steak到了,大家用期待嘅心情試吓味道,侍應好細心地每人給了黃介辣醬,我覺得還不錯,雖然牛味不太濃,但肉質都尚算是靚牛扒,但同事認為他們的五成熟並不是五成熟,覺得略嫌太熟,並不是10分滿意。總結,雖然同事對牛扒略嫌不太滿意,但我覺得這個價錢的牛扒尚叫滿意,而且環境裝修不錯,這小小的餐廳,都尚算寧靜,可以讓我們同事之間有個能夠暢談的午餐,整體經驗尚算不錯。 continue reading

尋晚我哋一家,同埋老公家人一齊嚟食晚餐,都好似差唔多近一年冇嚟,老細依舊……好好心機招待客人,可能幫襯咗幾十年,總有見老朋友嘅感覺,好親切。今晚,唔知係咪換咗個廚?除咗個斧頭扒,保持水準外,其他食物都冇之前嘅水準,有D失望。希望,只係短暫吧!因為,我哋由拍拖……到小朋友都變大人,我哋都久唔久幫襯,由舊舖到搬遷,一直有間中嚟食返餐。今晚,老公仲好開心,因為,可以同更多家人一齊嚟,享受呢度嘅美食,點知……係……失敗,如果,之前未食過,或者冇比較..都ok,但係幫襯咗咁耐,真係有D……失望。希望下次會有返之前嘅水準吧! continue reading

公司同事食生日飯,所以揾左間靚啲的餐廳同佢慶祝,就係去鋸扒。入到去個餐廳係幾好的,佢砌左張長枱俾我去十幾人,不過就逼少少,背後成日有WAITER行黎行去。但係啲待應都幾招呼周到,好似啲老牌西式餐廳咁有個廣東話人部長招呼你,介紹下有乜食,同埋會問你要唔要醬汁咁。講返食,我就叫左個漢寶扒餐,其實我以為係會好似有個飽有薯條0個款,點知原來係無飽得塊扒。扒的質地喺好鬆化,啲肉係好入味,但係唔知點解,佢唔係唔好味,但我覺得有少少似家常便飯阿媽都煮到0個隻囉,肉唔係特別有牛肉香,無乜彈性。以佢咁貴的價錢,我就期望會高少少。而最特別係,個WAITER問我地要唔要芥末醬,咁我要了少少,點知啲肉點左芥末就好難食。我問其他叫普通煎牛扒的同事,佢地都話個醬怪怪地。唯一要讚的是個羅宋湯,我好耐未之個咁厚身的湯了,證明佢真係有用心同俾足材料煮,咁就補返少少分啦﹗ continue reading

灣仔下午食飯, 周圍都係人, 唔想等咁耐位就可能要食貴少少的lunch 於是一行7人去左食呢間算係新新地既扒房 間野裝修不錯, 睇得出有落過心機去design ﹑同特登訂造D裝飾, 好有feel價錢預左係灣仔都過百, 還好叫左個扒, 看下圖正常Lunch 我好少影野食, 但今次咬左一啖都忍唔住影番....因為..... 實在太普通啦........... 佢個價錢令我有一個假像, 以為係OKAY 以上但咬一啖, 就已經覺得同大家樂級數相比.... 好似差不多.... 肉較易切D, 因為簿但無咩肉味, 仲好多筋.....   如果用150 蚊係灣仔食lunch 但質素如是, 我會覺得不太值得,,,,,,   continue reading

臨近出糧當然要對自己好一些,今日就相約好友去吃牛扒。要吃抵吃的牛扒當然要選午市時段。我們去了位於灣仔的Nebraska Member of Louis Steak House。我為吃牛扒而來,當然想也不用想就點了五成熟的美國安格斯牛西冷。餐廳提供黑椒及磨菇兩款醬汁,但因為想吃牛扒的原汁原味所以我就沒有配醬汁。午餐有湯及蒜蓉多士,多士香脆可口有蒜蓉香。牛扒跟馬鈴薯仔粒與沙律菜。牛扒香味撲鼻,坑紋煎得非常漂亮,打卡一流😂。雖然牛扒不算太厚身,但絕對不韌,每一口都充滿牛香。可惜的是筋位和肥膏位偏多,實際能吃的地方就少了。薯仔粒的份量偏少,對於大食的朋友可能就會覺得不夠滿足。 continue reading
