沒有想過他會找到山林道這間精緻的餐廳來一頓 fine dinner, 更驚喜的是這兒食物絶對能與酒店高級餐廳的媲美。以紅黑打造的形格餐廳, 打造新派歐陸菜, 沒有一般高級酒店的拘謹, 換來是舒適的時代感。整藍自家製特式麵包都非常吸引, 我倆點了麵包脆片, 黑麥包和法式軟包, 身邊那位竟然用麵包送了我一個笑臉....雖然係有點能但很窩心。其實這幾片麵包不配任何醬已經很好味, 充滿小麥香。不過加油醋、橄欖油及餐廳自家製牛油, 味道又昇華了另一層次。這個牛油真的很香很滑, 而陳醋中的酸甜度適中, 加入橄欖油更醇香味濃, 非常開胃呢~我們每日都點了一客餐湯, 先送來的是日餐湯, 龍蝦湯。龍蝦湯味道濃香, 散發出蝦膏的惹味香氣, 濃而不濁。湯中還蝦肉和香草, 味道更鮮更可口。我選了較特別的粟米忌廉濃湯, 意式粟米雪糕, 以玻璃壼盛着湯再倒入碟內十分吸眼球。淺黃的粟米湯十分清甜, 是最原紿的新鮮粟米味道。加入忌廉就更香更滑。而那意式粟米雪糕更是令我驚喜, 味道就如北海道新鮮粟米般清新。無論顏色和口感都是款很適合夏天的湯。香煎甘鱗魚, 燒椰菜花, 南瓜海膽汁是我點的主菜, 這是我第一次吃甘鱗魚。烤過後椰菜花特別味甜, 口感爽中帶脆, 同時保持了蔬菜本身的水份, 加點海鹽調味已經很好吃。整片甘鱗魚肉半煎炸後魚肉仍能保持嫩滑, 而魚皮及魚鱗則是十分脆口, 交織不同口感。這個南瓜海膽汁用上大大片海膽, 帶着濃濃的海水味, 海鮮特有的鮮甜, 令整個主食都生色不少。原來魚肉配南瓜汁是可以起了這樣的化學作用, 真是既健康又可口。身邊那位還是點了牛, 慢煮36小時牛小排, 烤牛骨髄, 洋薏米送上來時飄着陣陣肉香。用上36小時慢煮的牛小排內裏透粉紅, 肉汁沒有在烹調中流失, 肉質又嫩又滑。一點也不像平時煎牛扒的那種肉質感, 不但肉味十足, 而且真的又軟又JUICY。我們比較少吃牛骨髓, 它帶着濃濃牛油味,  口感有點像骨膠原軟啫喱的感覺。加了蒜茸焗後多了點蒜香惹味, 同時亦帶走了點那些"內臟味", 真正的食髓知味 。而我亦很愛那些洋薏米, 口感煙靭, 而白汁燴過後味道更豐富。餐後來杯cappuccino, 原來一樣有五星級的水準, 牛奶泡打得夠棉夠滑, 咖啡也是甘醇可口, 不太帶酸味。而附上的曲奇也很好吃呢~整體食物味道和賣相都有很高水準, 吃出廚師的心思和細緻, 令人滿意的FINE DINNER。 continue reading

今日又來到山林道搵食,今次再行入少少,有一間都幾 chok 既餐廳,本身仲以為佢係酒店入口,但係原來係一間 bar and restaurant,今晚同一個女仔嚟食,見佢咁好 feel,就入去啦!今晚唔想飲酒,但係又唔想飲普通水,所以不如開支有汽水飲飲啦,感覺 chok 得黎又夠 chill,啱晒食西餐野一開始有牛油餐包,有兩款包提供,用嚟清一清個口腔,都OK嘅第一道食物先來嘅,就係呢一個小型海鮮既前菜小食,呢道菜一啲都唔野少,佢叫 鮮龍蝦薄切,只係聽個名都覺得正,所以一於要試試佢,賣相當然都非常吸引雖然龍蝦唔算好大隻,不過龍蝦就非常新鮮,以刺身形式呈上,將佢薄切,龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,冇異味,都幾吸引新鮮嘅龍蝦肉,晶瑩雪白,濃郁嘅龍蝦味,以刺身嘅形式呈上,一定要好新鮮,所以佢呢個都真係做得唔錯第二道菜就有 酥炸目光魚,佢同樣歸納為小型海鮮入面,可能酥炸多春魚就食得多啦,呢個目光魚大家有食過未啊如果以兩個人來講,佢嘅份量都幾多,不過重點係,佢入面嘅骨都可以食㗎!因為呢一隻魚嘅特性就係可以連骨一齊食,加上酥炸佢嘅情況下,就完全冇問題啦,啱晒鍾意食魚但怕骨嘅朋友而今晚嘅主菜,我就揀咗澳洲羊架,因為平時食豬牛雞已經食得太多,黎呢個咁 chill 嘅地方,梗係想食返羊啦,呢個羊架有擺盤,一共有三大件羊架既羶味唔算太勁,所以就算唔太喜歡食羊嘅朋友,都會接受到,佢既生熟度啱啱好,口感唔會太韌,但食落又夠質感,而且脂肪所佔嘅比例唔算太多,所以絕對唔會冇肉食,都唔錯到最後都忍唔住,都係要加多左一個小食,佢係手切薯條,雖然冇啤酒飲,但係作為一個小食,而且全人手製作,都係唔錯,雖然佢話係薯條,但係以薯片嘅形式呈上,上枱嘅時候非常熱辣辣,確實係估你唔到咁好食臨走嘅時候都要望多次餐廳嘅門面,確實真係幾靚,左邊係餐廳室內嘅位置,右邊可以講係室外嘅位置,而且右邊有一個簷篷喺度,就算落雨都唔怕,啱晒佢需要食煙嘅朋友 continue reading

呢間餐廳之前經過山林道時,見到門面紅色再加上大玻璃設計,獨特裝潢風格引起我注意,星期日同友人行完尖沙咀就興起去食喇~(建議預約先啊)上網一睇,餐牌主打海鮮同精緻下午茶,當中季節性海鮮主題菜單係熱點!(前四季酒店大廚精心設計) 蟹肉凱薩沙律 $138層層芝士絲,加上頂部帶有味道的份子粒,蟹肉也絕不吝嗇,前菜開開胃👍🏻主菜款式都好多選擇同創意菜式!雞肉來講,雞胸肉最岩我口味,點了68度慢煮日本雞胸$168配上溫泉蛋、薯片、辣根薯蓉、燒泰國露荀,將單調的雞胸肉提供了簡單的味道!的確慢煮有個好處,鎖住肉汁,保留鮮嫩口感 ,唔會‘鞋烚烚’!燒原隻波士頓龍蝦🦞 牛油汁 雜菜沙律 $488友人大讚誠意之作,先講細心位師傅已將整條肉身與殻分開,烹調時間恰到好處,咬落口感彈牙,龍蝦同牛油汁既味道好夾,一啖啖龍蝦肉汁響口內,好Juicy!睇得出食得出師傅對每款食材既取材、精湛廚藝烹調、擺盤都十分講究! continue reading
