今日同事生日我請食午餐,原本打算請她去食貴少少的西餐,但她堅持要食 滋味廚房 。我也愛食尤其是印度烤皏真的好惹味😋。一踏入店內就感覺自己去了異國餐廳,落單要用英文,店員沒有一個人會識中文,餐牌是中英對照,方便大家落單對照。餐湯是薯仔蓉咖喱湯較稠身,味道還算可以。我們叫了咖喱雞和咖喱蝦+印度烤餅雞有點乾,咖喱汁濃郁略帶甜不太辣。蝦大大隻,咖喱汁較為鮮辣十分的美味,香氣濃郁口感獨特,口感豐富好開胃。烤餅是印度料理中不可缺少的主食,香酥脆可口,內鬆厚柔軟、越嚼越香口,撕一小塊烤餅再點一點著吃更是絕配,簡直是人間美食。美食永遠能夠解千愁,食完後我完全忘記了今早的不快樂事。 continue reading

今日同個朋友經過上環,見到有間咖哩屋。跟住我哋決定入去食過午餐。 我哋order咗set lunch咖哩雞同埋咖哩魚,呢個set 有湯或者沙律選擇。 我哋兩個都選擇沙律,因為見到隔離枱個沙律菜好新鮮。 結果我哋覺得冇選擇錯。 咖哩雞同咖哩魚個樣差唔多,咖哩汁好多但係啲餸就好似少啲。另外,咖哩魚比咖哩雞辣, 如果唔食得辣就叫咖哩雞同埋問佢可晤可以少啲辣。另外,呢個餐有薄餅或飯跟,個薄餅熱辣辣,有成3塊,食唔曬。其實薄餅或飯同咖哩都好匹配,所以叫乜都所謂。最後,餐飲凍檸茶就麻麻地,我哋都覺得下次會選擇其他飲品。 呢度嘅環境算靜,同整潔。服務態度,我都幾滿意。 價錢唔算貴 ,可以試下。 continue reading

This is a small restaurant but seemingly very popular as a takeaway spot. It was amazing to figure out between the folks dining in and the phone that kept ringing and the people stopping in to pick up orders, how many meal items this place prepared in the 90 minutes we sat there. Not set up really for people to wait for takeaway, so our table by the door was a bit unrelaxing. But despite the frenetic pace, we got good service, our food showed up in a reasonable time, and the server even had time to ask how we were enjoying our meals. I had specifically asked for not spicy and when I told him my squid masala was a bit spicy for me, he took it back and had them tamper down the heat. I would have eaten it as it was but it was sure a lot tastier the second time around. And I really appreciated that extra touch. All in all a good dining experience. continue reading

這星期都要OT ,放工返到屋企都10點...住在上環 ,夜少少食飯除了麥記都冇乜選擇,在google 找,仲有呢間印度菜未打洋,點都好過食老麥。🤣呢度酒精類飲品價錢親民,4-50 蚊有一杯啤酒/餐酒。逢上餐前小食papadum ,仲熱架喎😍 而且好香脆。素食咖喱,主要材料有chickpea ,size 細細但好夠飽肚 2-3人share 最好。Chicken masala :又係望落幾為細細杯但最後食唔哂。雞肉好滑。今日試了兩款咖哩都好好味,香濃得來有種似去左重慶大廈食咖哩嘅感覺,正宗味,local 餐廳,價錢親民。Naan bread ,夠乾身,又夠熱!印度米飯:我至愛😍😍 佢地煮得軟硬適中,而且好香,增加食慾!需然食到十一點幾都未走 但店内仲有好幾枱客人在進餐。有好多是印度人呢,我估是貪呢度啲菜夠正宗。 一定會再來👍🏻 continue reading
