呢間餐廳除咗提供中西式早餐、傳統中式蒸飯同碟頭飯外,晚市竟然可以預訂私房菜,而且質素絕對唔錯‼️🥢Tasting Menu ($1600/ 4位)💗涼拌椒麻杏鮑菇呢款前菜結合咗杏鮑菇嘅嫩滑口感同椒麻醬嘅爽辣風味,越食越開胃🌶️💗香濃功夫鮮魚湯鮮魚湯熬至奶白色,飲落鮮味無比,魚味濃郁之餘完全唔腥,加咗蕃茄粒同嫩豆腐,營養十足🍲💗焦糖脆皮拔絲叉燒皇叉燒皇肥瘦適中,肉質細嫩鬆化🐖面層燒咗一層焦糖糖衣,食落更加脆口香甜,再加上拔絲,賣相一流🍯💗金鮮魚湯浸野生海魚野生海魚預先去骨非常貼心,然後煎至焦香,魚柳厚肉鮮嫩,浸入以慢火熬製嘅金黃魚湯,味道溫潤細膩,帶微微辛辣🐟令人意想不到係最底層藏有嫩滑嘅蒸蛋白,層次好豐富🥚💗金牌脆皮爆汁乳鴿乳鴿係即叫即炸,所以特別皮脆肉嫩,仲爆汁添🦆食嘅時候唧少少青檸汁中和油膩感🍋🟩💗金湯酸菜魚金湯加入大量潮州鹹酸菜,酸得嚟帶甜味,辣度同麻香都比較少,唔食得辣嘅朋友都食到🍲鱸魚片份量多,雪白嫩滑完全無骨🐟底下仲有娃娃菜同芽菜,吸哂湯汁好好味👍🏼💗古法蝦子柚皮柚皮經過多重工序去除苦澀,炆到軟糯接近入口即溶,搭配用鮮蝦子煮成嘅高湯茨汁,柚皮更加香濃入味,充滿蝦嘅鮮味🍐💗撈汁浸花甲花甲大隻肉厚,最重要係鮮甜無沙,浸係以芫荽、辣椒、蔥等調製嘅秘製撈汁,酸辣帶麻,非常醒胃🐚💗馳名鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉咕嚕肉炸至外皮薄脆,肉質爽滑🐖選用新鮮菠蘿,清甜無渣🍍再加埋彩椒同洋蔥一齊炒,酸甜開胃🫑💗上湯腿茸浸菠菜苗菠菜苗翠嫩清甜,最抵讚係無澀味,浸係加咗金華火腿嘅上湯中,真係鮮味到連湯都飲埋🥬💗鍋燒三蝦炒飯三蝦係指「蝦醬、鮮蝦、蝦米」🦐先係炒飯加入蝦醬、蔥花、同雞蛋炒香,飯粒乾爽而且粒粒分明,好有鑊氣,加上爽口嘅蝦仁,仲有炸蝦米同紫菜,超惹味🍛💗生磨合桃露合桃露濃稠幼滑,核桃味香濃,最重要係唔會太甜,夠哂養生滋補🌰

偶爾朋友帶我入科學園食飯,打破我一直認為白石角偏僻的印象。地鐵出站就有巴士,如果自駕去食飯可以免費泊車,有寵物用餐區域,所以放工久不久都會入去試新餐廳。簡簡單單找了一間晚市做小菜的小菜館醫肚。價錢經濟,座位舒適有適當的空間感。火腩炆鱔煲足料兼大件夾抵食的鱔煲,有約七到八件的鱔魚。肉質爽彈,骨少肉厚。感覺像是新鮮鱔魚,帶有濃郁的魚香。如果喜歡吃鱔魚,一定會盡興而歸。除了鱔魚,火腩沾上鱔魚的肉汁也能互相襯托,帶出層次豐富的豬肉香。配料中的炆冬菇也絕不欺場,冬菇炆得軟淋入味,完全吸收了魚和豬肉的精華,加上冬菇本身的菇香在口腔中來一次味蕾大爆發。以這個價錢來說可以吃到這樣厚實的鱔球,的確超值。蜜椒牛柳粒炆金薯牛柳粒是出奇地入口即化,雖然肉味不像美國安格斯牛的濃郁,但在重口味的汁醬中仍是合格。牛柳粒軟淋,配上下油鍋炸過的金薯,薯皮帶點焦香,加上甜口的醬汁,凝做出香脆而甜絲絲的味道。整道菜十分出色,黑椒香氣重但不嗆,是下飯一流的小菜,讓人不自覺地吃到直至清碟才願意停手。後來發現有兩枱家庭客預訂私房菜,是off menu的菜,也許慶祝是不錯的選擇。

Recently, our family visited a restaurant that offers not only Western and Chinese-style breakfasts but also traditional steamed rice and rice dishes. To our delight, they even have a dinner option for private dining, and the quality was impressive !We enjoyed a variety of dishes, starting with the Matsutake Mushroom Chicken Soup. The soup was incredibly flavorful and comforting, perfect for warming up on a chilly evening. Our three-year-old daughter loved it too!Next, we tried the Caramelized Crispy Pork Char Siu. The pork was perfectly balanced with fat and lean meat, and the texture was tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The caramelized coating added a delightful crunch and sweetness, making it a hit with the whole family. Jane couldn’t get enough of it!We also ordered the Traditional Pomelo Peel with Shrimp. The pomelo peel had undergone a meticulous process to remove any bitterness, resulting in a soft and almost melt-in-your-mouth texture. It was paired with a rich broth made from fresh shrimp, which enhanced the dish’s flavor. Jane found it refreshing and enjoyed the unique taste.In addition, we sampled the Shrimp Toast with Walnut Paste, Clams in Special Sauce, and Vegetables in Fish Soup with Goji Berries. The clams were large and meaty, and the special sauce, made with coriander, chili, and scallions, was tangy and slightly spicy, providing a delightful kick. Our daughter loved the vibrant flavors!Lastly, we finished our meal with Freshly Ground Walnut Cream for dessert. It was thick and silky, with a strong walnut flavor that wasn’t overly sweet, making it a healthy treat for our little one.This dinner experience was truly satisfying for our entire family. Seeing Jane enjoy the food so much made it even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful evening filled with delicious dishes and great family memories!

放假同爸爸媽媽去科學園行吓,原來佢哋都好耐冇嚟過,仲特登行去嗰個蛋度打卡😆😆而家科學園都多咗好多嘢食,原來仲有間幾高質嘅中菜,除咗小菜之外,仲有好似私房菜咁嘅tasting Menu 㗎🍅話梅漬車厘茄仔話梅味好出,反而食唔到車厘茄嗰種草青味,幾開胃🍲瑤柱螺片燉雞湯個湯真材實料,一啲味精都冇,雖然好清,但係好濃味,連阿媽都大讚🥓焦糖脆皮拔絲叉燒皇上枱賣相好吸引,叉燒好大嚿,但係好腍,燒得好香,配埋上邊嘅拔絲甜甜地好好食🍤荔茸蝦多士原來係蝦當時中間有一層芋頭蓉,第一次食咁樣嘅配搭,好特別🦪椒鹽鮑魚好多中菜都會有呢一樣菜,呢度炸得通透,椒鹽唔會太濃蓋過個鮑魚味🦪撈汁浸花甲呢一味係唯一辣嘅餸,對我嚟講係辣咗啲,但係爸爸媽媽都覺得好惹味🥗鮮魚湯杞子浸津白好清又新鮮嘅菜🍛黑松露蛋白瑤柱炒飯呢個炒飯又係炒得好好食,粒粒分明,飯粒好有咬口🍨黑糖冬瓜牛奶桃膠最後嘅糖水都好出色,黑糖冬瓜唔會太甜,埋好清甜嘅桃膠,好完美咁完咗呢餐飯
