To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近我跑到荃灣來,順道光顧了一家我很喜歡的食店「南記」。這家南記門外的廣告牌擺放著滿滿招牌食物,我這次就點了他們的「滋選套餐」。一坐下食物很快就上齊了,大碗上鋪著幾塊Q彈滋潤的「招牌辣豬肉」,邊上配了嫩脆的「招牌辣春卷」,再加上新鮮帶脆帶香的「魚片」和一撮散發濃郁香氣的「冬菇」,簡單大方又飽滿各式口味。最令我興奮的要算一杯熱騰騰的「豆漿」,滋潤而不膩,一飲而盡別提多美妙。雖只是一碗麵,但口味豐富又饕足,而且以不到百元就能飽足解渴,簡直是趕時間的最佳選擇。下次一定再去「南記」。

有日想食河粉，諗起好耐冇食南記所以叫左碗南記河粉食叫左春捲辣豬肉豬扒炸菜河套餐一個餐有好多材料，食完幾滿足炸豬扒好大塊，不過有2條骨春捲比想像中淋身，如果彈牙d就好辣豬肉比較結實，撈埋個湯食冇咁辣炸菜普通冇特別河粉煮得太淋，唔夠爽滑

今日係荃灣收工，都係想食普通既一餐，我同女朋友過嚟荃灣食，一間餐廳都食咗幾次都算係正常的，餐廳就不過不失唔會太大驚喜的牛魔王套餐：7.5/10分，唎個嘅料比較多但質素尚算接受，有牛丸牛腩肥牛等等的，分量都比較多一定可以食飽一個人，而且揀咗番茄湯底質素就麻麻，建議清湯都夠好，牛丸和牛腩都比較入味肥牛就正常的，都算係推薦雙餸米線清湯：8/10分。叫咗春捲同魚片，春捲呢個餸非常大驚喜的，覺得個味道會非常好吃的，而且返來都較多！加上叫左個生菜更加唔怕食唔飽的

讀書個時因為冇錢，所以大部份時間都係食米線，而個時學校附近就有一間南記，40幾蚊就可以解決一個午餐。去到依加大個左，都係一樣咁鍾意食米線，相反南記真係少食左好多，之前覺得佢果個酸辣湯幾出色，依加去荃灣呢間食，真係比之前差左好多，佢個湯幾淡味好似加左好多水落去咁，完全冇左之前飲一啖湯又會想再飲第2啖個衝動，唯一冇變既係春卷都係一樣咁好食，呢個係唯一可以keep到既水準，但除左春卷真係冇其他咩餸係比較出色
