除咗譚仔米線同三哥米線之外，而家都有好多唔同米線連鎖店。而南記粉麵就係其中一間，喺香港好多唔同嘅地方都有佢嘅分店，而且都開咗一段時間。南記粉麵最出名嘅就係佢嘅辣豬腩肉同埋魚卷，以前魚卷會脆卜卜同埋另外分湯上，今時今日佢嘅魚卷已經直接放落湯度。所以，魚卷令人感覺上質素已經大不如前。記得豬腩肉以前係比較大塊嘅，而家就薄切，但調味亦都係非常入味同埋出色。至於湯底方面，佢都有酸辣湯，麻辣湯，蕃茄湯底等等可以選擇。麻辣湯底相對濃味，而且辣度充足，大家可以一試。 continue reading
