To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好開心九龍灣有一間南記，之前要去到灣仔返工嘅時候先有得食，而家屋企樓下有一間非常之幸福，最鍾意食佢嘅招牌河，佢嘅河粉又好食，唔係夾唔起嘅河粉，辣醬油好食，加少少落個湯度已經好有風味，招牌春卷又好好食，唔知點解食黎食去都唔會厭，另外佢嘅牛丸都出色，好彈牙，同埋最近佢話魚蛋缺貨，變咗魚片，魚片my favourite 😂😂加埋杯凍檸茶不得了：） 另外都有試過佢嘅辣豬肉，我個試咗一次但係好食，食到有啲急凍味，解凍得唔好嘅臭豬味，之後就冇再食過啦

每次叫外賣都想食米線🍜😂，但成日食都有啲誇張同會悶，唯有輪住食，今次終於輪返食米線啦🤣，仲要係食好好味嘅春卷😋😋。🫧雙拼小窩米線 (貢丸、春卷，酸少辣)試了貢丸，肉質好實淨，夠彈牙，好味好有口感。🫧雙拼小窩米線 (冬菇、春卷，酸少辣)+牛筋冬菇入味，唔韌，腍有咬口，牛筋份量都多。🫧雙拼小窩米線 (魚片、春卷，蕃茄湯底)魚片較韌，已經薄切，蕃茄湯味濃。🗯️🗯️🗯️招牌春卷依然有口感同好味道😇，保持水準。

中午時間，同細佬在淘大商場買嘢，行咗一陣，覺肚餓，經過見到呢間食店，便入咗去食。係自助形式，出去點餐，冇人serve你，就連要杯水都要自己到櫃面沖。超麻煩。冇計。我事前有問過收銀員，果個“牛魔王”酸辣湯米線會唔會好辣，佢答我唔會，我就order咗呢個餐。包杯餐飲，我點咗熱奶茶。細佬就叫咗個自選米線，兩樣餸“墨魚丸，魚皮餃”，蕃茄湯底。呢個餐冇餐飲，佢oder咗杯涷奶茶，要額外加多成十幾蚊。當時店舖內都唔係好多客人，但呢兩碗米線要煮咗差唔多十分鐘先俾到我哋。事前我有叫店員果碗“牛魔王”米線走牙菜，蔥等。但結果俾我時係冇走到牙菜，蔥。算喇，我之後又趕時間，有其他嘢做，唔知又等幾耐先同我再換過。我唯有章就吓食呢碗米線，望落一大碗牙菜已經唔開心，仲要多過d米線，唔係太想食。先飲啖湯，咁辣嘅。收銀員又話個酸辣湯底唔會好辣嘅？牛丸，肥牛，“鞋”。好鞋食🤮。牛腩好硬，咬唔開，又係難食🥵。之後都冇再食落去，淨飲杯奶茶算，奶茶味道正常，唔太好飲。細佬就話佢碗蕃茄米線個湯好酸，都係食咗幾啖冇再食。🤢係呢到都冇咩點食個嘢，唔飽。之後我哋出去搵其他嘢食填肚。差唔多成六十幾蚊個餐，超貴。米線分量又少，湯底又差。食唔飽。😩食物咁嘅質素，認真冇下次再幫襯。😡

今日番工LUNCH TIME悶悶地想食車仔麵就同同事叫外賣「南記」南記車仔麵一向湯底做得好出息雙拼車仔麵今次叫左麻酸辣牛筋係my favourite 勁淋，勁入味因為我叫左佢分湯所以麵底係同牛筋一齊擺另外一個餸係魚皮餃魚皮唔會過厚.唔會覺得過粉總體非常好食.湯底微微酸.又唔會話太辣
