近個多月以來心情低落得近乎抑鬱,雖然八月尾會來個快閃之旅離開吓,但距離現在還有一段頗長的時間,好在可以與閨蜜食餐好嘅盡情發洩一下⋯⋯今晚飯聚純粹即興,選了好耐無去的Nadaman,只因相信一定訂到位。可能經濟真的差了?當晚總共得三枱客,其中一枱得一個男人,相信應該是KSL的住客....我們想食清啲,所以點了懷石料理,整體絕對不比東京的Nadaman差。前菜有五款,每款都很細緻,印象中亦很美味。刺身有海膽、中拖羅和白鰻,全部都很新鮮,個人特別欣賞海膽。由於一見到閨蜜就傾到不亦樂乎,所以實在記不起某些菜式的味道,不過和牛就好有印象,可能自己都算是牛魔王吧?!它嫩滑可口、入口即溶,配上我至愛的茄子,中和了和牛的油膩感,如果可以多來一、兩件就好了!其他菜式都很美味,可惜沒有甜品,不過最後的靜岡蜜瓜亦為這餐畫上完美的句號。餐廳環境清靜,私隱度高,服務亦不錯,不過與其他餐廳相比,裝修略顯殘夠(其實整間KSL亦然),可能是時後裝修一下了。 continue reading

呢間餐廳既服務好好,全程侍應都會好耐心介紹每一道菜,同埋依照你既口味向你sell唔同種類既清酒暫時覺得久保田最正~前菜當然係食刺生!海膽好鮮甜!拖羅解凍解得好,中間唔會硬,入口即溶!三文魚夠哂肥美!油甘魚都好鮮甜~好似叫白子🧐好少見呢種刺身,所以試試,但試完覺得冇咩特別😹似食緊腦日本出名既a5和牛!油花分布均勻!點d蛋液再放落煲!香濃既牛肉味!但又唔會覺得好油最後食靜岡蜜瓜甜到漏!好滿足既一餐! continue reading

新年期間, 同家人揀左Nadaman食午餐, 每次來香格里拉食飯, 除左Café Kool, 每間餐廳都比到我地愉快的用餐經驗. 餐廳位置軟入, 燈光有點暗, 但座位都算闊落張台都好大張. 星期六佢地都有供應set lunch, 我地揀左Sushi set 同一個懷石料理. Sushi set就比較上無咁靚同精緻, 有9件壽司同小卷. 魚生普普通通, 唔算得上非常鮮味. 但懷石料理樣子就比較吸引, 女士們一定會喜歡. 精緻的一碟碟, 光是眼看已經好開心. 前菜有煮豆腐 同sashimi, 之後的煮魚都非常清甜. 天婦羅同主菜燒魚都做得很香口, 加埋個迷你魚生飯就簡直是完美. 員工服務非常好, 經常留意客人需要什麼, 又很勤力加水, 這就是酒店服務同商場所謂高級餐廳服務的分別. 午餐好多選擇,花多眼亂,揀咗好耐先揀到以下哩個。先有前菜波菜小碟,蒸滑溜水蛋。三款刺身,有蝦和兩款魚,感覺普通,鮮味不足。然後一下子上了好多小碟大碟的。清物比較咸口,配著飯吃都覺咸。銀雪魚油潤,但未到滑,有點小鞋,且欠調味。天婦羅有四件,蔬菜還可以,但那個蝦又乾又硬,實在太失望。另外有些白煮蔬菜,豆子,南瓜,蘿蔔等,用獻汁半浸著,味道普通。清湯裡有滑豆腐,菇菌和豆子,溫熱的,喝著舒服。另外朋友點的魚生飯,分了些海膽給我,我一吃苦到不行,再嚐另一塊,還是帶苦。 continue reading

今年新年假期,沒有去旅行,但在香港,沒去外地也可以品嘗到各國地道美食,哪就來一餐日本新年飯吧!選擇的是灘萬日本料理,出名的是懷石料理。Appetisers 祝肴很豐富的一個雜錦前菜,個人比較喜歡的是芝麻海膽豆腐,豆腐和芝麻醬很夾,加上海膽,每一口都是柔和的海洋美味,還有正宗日本人做的腌羅卜,是會令你胃口大開。御椀 Soup鮮甜而香氣滿滿的清湯,配上烤過的日本年糕,一定會令你大滿足。刺身 Sashimi有鯛魚、甜蝦、油甘魚,赤身這道菜比較普通,是正常的日本飛機貨。家喜物 Grilled Dish銀雪魚是油份比較重的魚類,用燒的烹調方法是最好,用白味噌腌完再燒,未食前已到陣陣的香味,夾一塊放入口中,魚肉吸收了味噌的味道,甜中有咸,燒完的魚肉油脂剛剛好,又滑又軟,食完一塊,馬上想食第二塊。食事 Rice Dish只可以說高級日本米點煮都好食,這道加了紅豆黎煮既也不例外!甜品 Dessert時令雜果啫喱:酸甜清新的啫喱帶有陣陣酒香。抺茶丸子:喜歡抺茶的朋友不要錯過。 continue reading
