To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要說中東至北非一帶的話,我只到過突尼斯亞、土耳其、杜拜; 當年我在突尼斯亞和摩洛哥兩者之間,我選擇了更adventurous更冷門的突尼斯亞。原來在香港亦有摩洛哥異邦情懷的打卡café,預以望梅止渴。中上環一向開設了不少源自世界各地的特色餐廳,連接上環荷李活道的一條細巷中就隱藏有了這樣一間充滿異國風情的cafe。兩層高的NACASA裝修以摩洛哥風格為主, 天花掛滿星星形狀的燈飾, 牆身有好多擺設和植物給客人打卡。Dinner Set青提子味的Mocktail Cool,清新可人; 開心果Latte有瞇樣的拉花,是晚的餐湯是濃郁幼滑的蘑菇忌廉湯。路易安娜絲蟹餅配芒果莎莎Louisiana Crab Cake蟹肉都唔少,配埋酸酸地嘅芒果,口感好特別。墨西哥TACO有兩種口味,有牛油果和豬肉鬆加洋葱粒和藩茄粒餅底脆口。Korean Honey Curry Spare Ribs With Roti韓式咖哩蜜糖豬肋骨配香酥煎餅,咖哩味不太濃, 肉質飽滿有口感,配埋重牛油味的香酥煎餅非常可口。Daily cake是飾有藍莓,士多啤梨和橙的卷蛋。 continue reading
