我係東涌分店間牛氣打邊爐有個不愉快嘅經歷 事源係咁 琴晚(17/1/2024)21:15分左右入座 之後座左5分鐘都冇就叫我地埋單 咁我地埋完單 埋完單原來就等於截㕑單冇得再手機點嘢食(最慘係我地岩岩坐低都未點嘢食又吾同我地講)之後你地同事先同我地講出邊啲嘢就21:30 last order 22:00要離場(入座前 你地2位企位員工並沒有提及)跟住我就反映番我地都係岩岩座低 我地野都味叫咁我地點食? 你地同事居然諗住企硬 重複番講公司21:30 last order同埋出面d熟食甜品會收 22:00要離場 之後嘈左一輪你地先叫我一次過點曬我地要嘅野同埋可以比我地食到22:30分 ! 好啦 之後我都冇咩野 之後每次都對你地同事唔該前唔該後 最後我地22:17分走人 係22:00至22:17分期間 不斷冷受你地員工怨氣 比說話我地聽 (一位講野帶有少少鄉音嘅姨姨係到好大聲同另一個員工講 你自己一個等啦 我走啦 我收工先)又聽 到有人嘆氣 話我地食到22:30先走 最後我地走嘅時候 你地幾個員工重係到歡呼 ‘ 嗚~終於走啦走啦~麻煩你地培同訓斥下你地員工啦 依加咁樣處事方式同服務態度咁差 基本禮貌都冇嫁? 一開頭入座前又唔講 埋左單先同我地冇我叫野食 重要全程都冇同我地道歉過 重要受你地員工氣 好多野都收曬冇得食 真係比錢買難受 真係成肚氣

之前見其他食評話呢間店態度差,原來真既。黑衫男店員勁大聲鬧食客痴線,就因為問你地漏冇比少碟餸,問下叫你比返就鬧人痴線。講真大排檔呀姐服務態度好過你。唔想做可以辭職,唔好要客受你氣。食物幾好食。可惜店員態度差到唔係人,向食客發脾氣。 打邊爐大把選擇,唔會再食呢間。

因住宅年度電力例行檢測,整日停電,便和太太東涌東薈名店倉暢遊,再次到曾經去過的牛氣食日本放題,這次選的餐是LV4安格斯牛+SRF極里牛海鮮放題,長者價每位$258加一服務費,二位共516,午市每位減40,今次選的豬骨湯底,LV4安格斯牛和SRF極黑牛肉味非常好,海鮮有帆立貝,鮑魚,花膠,青口,魚滑,還有自取的肉丸,豆卜,蔬菜,飲品除罐裝飲品外,還雪梨汁.提子汁,橙汁,波羅汁,多類咖啡和軟雪糕等,這個價錢很合理

本人極少寫Comments, 但係今次實在忍無可忍。一個月起碼去兩次,已經係佢哋嘅熟客. 今次嘅經理完全唔俾面, book 2:30,星期六下晝,一般都唔係太多人,次次去都有卡位坐. 個日喺門口嘅經理,同我哋講,今日好多人所以安排唔到卡位。咁我朋友就話平時你哋都安排到㗎,點解今日都唔係好多人姐,點解無卡位。經理就好大聲咁講:吾好同我講呢啲,早知今日就安排唔到。朋友再講多兩句,佢就即刻講:吾好同我再講呢啲,今日吾講呢D!!我即時講我哋等如果安排到。之後等咗10分鐘到佢有安排我哋入去坐,最嬲嘅係入到去入邊全部都係冇人嘅。所以就係唔明點解佢哋唔做生意,都唔俾我哋坐,定係嗰日打風趕住收工?其實冇位我哋都明白,但係佢唔需要講話唔好同我講呢啲:我地只不過係問你有冇卡位姐!好似我我哋撩交打,咁老實講我哋先至客人喎。个日真係食到背脊骨落!

食物還好,但是服務超差。當然明白有90分鐘限時,但是服務員真的很無禮貌地趕我們走。我們只是坐多了2分鐘(我離開時有check手機),而且外面沒有其他客戶等位,真的讓人感覺超差。FYI, they chased us to pay the bill about 60 minutes into the meal, and then around 10 minutes later, the same waiter would chase us about finishing up and then would deliberately yell to another “colleague” that they have chased us already when we were within earshot (even when time wasn’t up yet!!!). When we were just finishing up / packing up and were over the time limit by about 1 minute, the same waiter came to chase us and then very rudely yelled out to another “colleague” that they’ve chased us again for the second time. We of course understand the time limit, but really it could have been handled with a much better attitude / service. Not to mention there was no one waiting outside for a table, so there was no immediate rush for them to turn over the table to other guests. Poor management and service. Would suggest everyone to head to the other hotpot restaurant in Citygate and give this one a miss.
