每煮一道餸之前廚師都會俾我哋睇吓啲食材

特色鐵板蒸蛋都好好食,擺盤又有心思
有好多鮑魚粒同埋甜嘅鮑魚汁
下一味係淡水香魚
跟住嘅鐵板大蝦係我全晚最愛,好脆好好味

然後有一個沙律俾大家清一清
再嚟一個香煎海帶醬鮑魚配北海道粟米,好香好甜

跟住落嚟嘅鵝肝多士都好正,油香配上香脆多士
令人欲罷不能,最後仲有燒菠蘿酸酸甜甜

跟住落嚟有重頭戲,宮崎牛嘅鐵板壽喜燒
相比起傳統壽喜燒冇咁甜
和牛只係輕輕煎1秒就即刻拎上嚟,保留晒所有油香
入口即融化
