今晚黎到土瓜灣做野要搵食,附近見到呢間餐廳記得以前係大埔做野都食過,咁多年無食又回味下,餐廳樓地好高,座位好闊落,坐得都幾舒服😌餐廳提供全日特惠餐,午市同晚市價錢相差不大,我食既係晚市套餐,包餐湯,是日餐湯係南瓜湯,味道都唔錯🫕辣肉腸鰻魚蜆肉明太子蛋炒飯 ($92)睇個名就知道配料好豐富,我鍾意食炒飯,但都好少有咁多配料既炒飯,有辣肉腸,蜆肉,明太子,火腿,鰻魚和蛋,食落層次豐富,米飯應該係用日本珍珠米,煙煙韌韌,幾好食㗎😆原隻軟殼蟹伴鮮茄燴意粉 ($82)軟殼蟹大大隻,上菜嘅時候熱辣辣,相信係即刻炸嘅,食落脆卜卜又新鮮,鮮茄燴意粉,酸酸甜甜夠開胃,配搭軟殼蟹,唔會覺得成個餸乾爭爭🦀套餐可以半價轉特飲焦糖脆脆熱鮮奶咖啡 ($37)焦糖脆脆溶入鮮奶咖啡,啖啖焦糖味,唔使再加糖都夠甜☕️紅棗杞子圓肉茶 ($39)材料好足,清甜可口又夠養生🫖呢間餐廳食個快既又有我食既特惠餐,想食好d仲有扒鋸,夠曬多功能既餐廳😆 continue reading

直到現時,有兩間餐廳從未幫襯過係人生一大遺憾,一間係頂頂大名嘅馬料水雍雅山房,已再無機會原址幫襯,大家都知原址已變成私樓.另一間係諾士佛台 Munch!一講哩間餐廳,充滿感動! 一路食一直好忐忑!話說千禧年代香港只有兩位御廚,其中一位係 Kent Yip,創立 Munch 餐廳,不但自己攞到藍帶,獲獎無數,連帶佢嘅學徒亦都做出得獎菜式! 雖然有如此超高成就但為人包容又敦厚,臉上常掛親切笑容,相比起依家小小成就卻巴巴閉閉高資態嘅所謂廚師,Kent Yip 愛低調作風卻令小弟更敬重欣賞,可惜英年早逝,小弟亦有幸於他在生之年跟他學點皮毛,但一直無緣幫襯佢間餐廳,之後諾士佛台亦轉為其他餐廳,就再無機會幫襯.遺憾到依家!早兩日揸車經過,竟然係家住嘅土瓜灣區見到哩間叫 Munch Now 嘅餐廳,餐廳裝修風格似當年 Munch,唔知係咪兩間餐廳有關連,打電話去問接聽嘅妹妹都唔清楚,於是當晚就衝落去打聽一下.打開份 Menu 好多心水食品,女友小熊見意點一份二人 Set,頭盤煙肉蘑菇芝士焗蠔,法式煎紐西蘭羊扒,鮮蝦牛油雜菇軟蓋蟹配油酥餅,黑椒離菇牛柳絲炒天使麵,女友小熊點百香果檸檬茶,我當然點大愛嘅沙冰,一杯曲奇朱古力沙冰.其中兩款菜式最難忘,一款係羊扒,羊扒點咗七成熟,肉質無浸血水,口感超鬆軟,係我食過最鬆軟嘅羊扒,口感同A5和牛有得比,而且無咩騷味,啱哂D怕羊騷味人士.另外曲奇朱古力沙冰完全無一粒粒冰粒嘅口感,一小粒都無,沙冰打碎至幼滑,而且味道濃郁,亦都係飲過最幼滑嘅沙冰.一問之下先知道原來同諾士佛台係同一集團,同餐廳負責人緬懷過去一翻,我自己感慨萬千.見到隔離枱點咗份 Pizza,女友小熊話 Pizza 外相好吸引,見到已經流口水,哩句說話又再勾起回憶當年御廚教我地做 pizza 餅底嘅重點,眼紅鼻酸! continue reading
