老公帶我食好西! 門面讓人覺得好神秘, 因為門外完全睇唔到入面係點. 開門後, 才發現原來入面好細.  我地安排坐到Bar枱.菜單並不多選擇, 最後我地都係揀左 "梅"  $108   入面有9種海鮮, 包括:吞拿魚、吞拿魚蓉、北寄貝、希靈魚、帶子、三文魚子、烏賊、油甘魚、鱲魚份餐如何食法? 店舖好體貼做左一張食法圖, 客人跟住黎做, 就可享受不同層次既食法及味道. 又幾有趣喎!見到呢個丼, 真係好吸引, 砌得高高的, 可清楚見到有不同既海鮮. 先食左一塊魚生, 上面有芝麻醬, 味道很好.之後可以用紫菜包住當手卷咁食, 因為有好多海鮮, 所以每啖都有軟熟、煙靭、爽口既口感!最後食剩1/3碗飯, 將魚生片放入碗內, 再請職員幫忙加入清湯, 變成茶漬飯,塊魚生隨即被熱湯 “陸”熟! 咁食法又真係好好味! 連個湯都好正! 一碗丼飯可以有咁多唔同既變化, 令客人好有驚喜!! 每款既味道都好好! 推介!!!-        continue reading

每次經過都好想入去試吓有乜食,門面沒有任何介紹,連店名都係好細隻字真係好想知內裏賣乜嘢,今曰終於有時間忍唔住入去尋食一番內裏裝修簡約,日本和風,一面廚師bar位,全店大約有十幾個位坐低睇吓有乜食先,原來係獨沽一味食魚生丼飯有四款選擇,分別是:梅$108、竹$148、松$198和特上$298。價錢上的差別在於魚生的總類和分量。我就叫左一個竹和特上,過左一陣侍應就送前菜:胡麻醬吞拿魚剌身,需然吞拿魚唔係好肥美,但加埋個醬一齊食又幾好味每個丼飯都跟兩片紫菜而每張枱都有份說明教你點樣一飯三食原來紫菜係俾大家包手卷食飯送到,座魚生山好高,睇賣相已好吸睛即刻影相呃like先竹:裏面包含--吞拿魚、吞拿魚蓉、北寄貝、希靈魚、帶子、甜蝦、三文魚子、烏賊、油甘魚和鱲魚,由於我係選(竹)有10種刺身,另外(份量增量),所以座剌身山比叫其他高d欣賞完可以真正試味,味道需然唔係好肥美,但入囗囗感豐富,芝麻增加香味,還有食到柚子味,另魚生冇噤肥膩更加醒胃,胃口大增至於特上,就係多左蟹肉和海膽,兩者份量都幾多,蟹肉味道好甜,而海膽就好鮮好creamy其實三款食法,本人比較喜歡普通食法和茶漬飯既食法,手卷食法覺得比較難整,茶漬飯個湯幾好味,加左芝麻和蔥粒更加美味如果(特上)既價錢平d就更好,我覺得貴左d。 continue reading

本身好鍾意食魚生飯,好食既雖然多,但抵食既真係好少。呢間魚生飯只有四個選擇,其中最平既梅,同貴幾十蚊既竹既食材一樣,但貴少少就多好多魚生,咁梗係揀竹(其實係因為餐廳入面個個都揀呢個)。唔同既魚生堆成一座塔。食材好新鮮,飯既份量岩岩好,加埋好甜既豉油同唔辣既wasabii(豉油就係好正,我地4個人去食全部都豉油加底),成桶飯既層次好豐富。注意:食完豉油飯同埋紫菜卷,要加湯既話一定要問個店員加,本人唔小心用左枱面既熱水壼加湯,結果比店員發現,同加以指正話呢個係茶唔係湯,仲安慰本人話你唔係第一個咁做,真係柒出國際,好彩佢另外好窩心地畢少少飯加湯比我。唔打廢話,呢度既魚生飯有三個步驟教你食,下面有圖。期待下次再去 continue reading

在深水埗好多好野食,花多眼亂,唯獨呢間日本餐廳既menu得4-5款丼飯,證明餐廳既主廚對佢既廚藝好有信心,而事實上一食既時候即刻要舉起姆指讚好!👍🏻門面好有日本餐廳特色同男朋友都點左「梅」,好快就送上來,連埋預設好既鼓油同wasabi份量,加上魚生好新鮮,真係好正!!最有特色就係佢所推介既3種食法,直接食又得,連埋紫菜整手卷又得,最後仲可以叫店員加湯撈飯食(茶漬飯),香香甜甜好正!日本廚師果然係好野!下次再試下其他丼先! continue reading

梅 $108 ; 特上 $298呢到只有賣四款丼飯 不同之處就在於魚生既份量同種類既多少 「梅」同「特上」分別有10同12種魚生 「特上」除左魚生份量較多 仲多左蟹肉同海膽 海膽鮮甜無異味 可惜蟹肉味道唔太突出 其他魚生既油脂都洽到好處 值得一提係呢到既魚生係魚蓉而唔係魚生粒 咁樣反而令魚生同飯更能融為一體 令飯都充滿油脂香.一丼三食係呢間鋪既賣點✨店內貼有教學方法:1️⃣直接食 2️⃣當手卷食 3️⃣變茶漬飯 紫菜唔夠脆所以唔太討好 個人比較鐘意直接食/茶漬飯 魚湯加左芝麻同蔥 飲落好鮮甜 店鋪建議連埋一開始送上既兩片胡麻醬油甘魚加湯食 大家可以參考下 不過始終都係直接食魚生最食得出佢既鮮味🤤 continue reading
