宗像屋嘅門口好低調,連舖名都無,只係估佢係日式料理🇯🇵🍣🍱,如果就咁經過真係未必留意到。可能平日食晏時間,所以未見任何人潮,亦坐唔滿,舖頭大約可以坐到廿人到。佢個Menu只得4️⃣樣嘢揀,梅、竹、松、特上(另外仲有期間限定嘅蠔),分別在於份量同海鮮種類,我就揀咗最平嘅梅($108)試吓,見到都包咗成9️⃣種海鮮,呢到唔使加一👍🏻。好快佢就已經上咗個前菜再俾我哋,係麻醬油甘魚,有2️⃣片,佢就教我地留返一片之後喺食茶漬飯時落。味道唔錯,但略嫌細件。好快就上埋個海鮮丼了,以好大個木桶盛住,好無論魚生(成座小山丘咁)定飯嘅量都好足👍🏻,男仔食都絕對飽,啲魚生係魚生蓉,其實撈到咁已經分唔清有乜喺入面😅,不過味道都ok同埋完全無腥味。如果要比較,魚生都係一片片好食。但佢個飯竟然係無落壽司醋😨,真係估唔到,又無熱辣辣嘅白飯香🍚,呢方面我就真係好麻麻,所以魚生飯果食喺三食嚟講我最唔鐘意。佢有條豉油可以加落去,好似好大碟咁,但其實份量係set到啱啱好可以落哂落的,味偏淡,唔會好鹹👍🏻,落去個飯到係好食咗嘅,但都係差梗啲味咁。😐第二食就係做手卷喇,佢有2️⃣塊紫菜,一嚟已經唔係好脆😅,不過用啲魚生飯包手卷幾好食喎,好似無咁單調,有多幾塊就好,又可以玩又食得快啲🤣😛。最後一食就係茶漬飯,我不嬲都好鐘意食茶漬飯🍵,因為貪個湯清清地得嚟又夠魚香味。果然呢到嘅茶漬湯係無令我失望,叫店員幫手落湯前,先將剩返嘅飯放落個碗到,再連埋頭先未食嗰塊油甘魚,我同事教路放塊魚係底就會一秒淥熟變打邊爐啲魚片🤣🤣。個湯夠熱又夠味,最吸引同特別嘅係佢個湯有柚子味🍋,好正,所以三食嚟講我最鐘意呢食,如果湯可以多啲就好,而家只係啱啱好夠食哂啲飯🙈。總括嚟講,我覺得係可以一試的,一來係有啲gimmick(一飯3️⃣食),二來味道都ok嘅(普通魚生飯除外)。但始終款式較少(其實只係四款類近嘅魚生飯,有無蟹肉同海膽之分),而且價錢較貴🤑,回頭機會不大。題外話,環境亦都一般,可能大熱天時啦,舖入面都唔夠冷氣,我食茶漬飯時直頭食到出哂汗🥵🥵🥵。 continue reading

位於深水埗嘅隱世魚生小店🌟竹 $148*餐廳只賣一款海鮮丼,每款海鮮丼內有9種或以上的魚貝海鮮,包括吞拿魚、吞拿魚蓉、北寄貝、希靈魚、帶子、三文魚子、烏賊、油甘魚、鱲魚😬特別之處在於客人可同時品嚐3種食法 包括傳統魚生飯、自製手卷及茶漬飯 個人認為傳統魚生飯味道較單調😢而且海鮮太碎 食唔出每一種海鮮味道與口感🤨 所有野撈埋一齊 食多幾啖就有膩既感覺😕最接受到係茶漬飯 魚湯有淡淡柚子清香😉整體感覺不過不失 不太明白為何有如此高的評價 但見到網路上幫人讚好 個人感覺卻不如評價 也許是因為不合我的口味吧😢 continue reading

如果你路過,你未必會入去,因為門面完全冇寫名,冇介紹食咩~你完全唔知佢係食咩~餐廳內只有4種餐可選擇, 分別係梅、竹、松 和 特上, 價錢愈貴,餐內的魚生山內容愈多我喜歡食蟹,所以揀左松~等食的過程~可以睇睇一餐三食的教學圖~前菜有幾片魚生, 根據教學圖,可以少少for 之後其中一種食法~第一種食法: 就咁試下魚生山的原味~即係例少少豉油同魚生山同飯一齊食~中意可以加埋哇沙B(但我唔中意)第二種: 用紫菜包住做手卷第三種: 茶漬飯: 食剩3分之1 可以叫店員倒湯, 然後連埋麻醬同再最開頭的魚生一齊食~3種配搭我覺得都好食~不過魚生山就好難食到每隻魚生的味道,淨係食得出係生的魚... continue reading

十分低調的小店,門口連舖名招版都無,十分容易會錯過。平日lunch hour黎食,本身打電話黎訂座,但店員回覆話只接受walk-in,無得訂位。餐廳不大,大致有十幾多位左右,入座時有兩枱客人。餐廳只有4種魚生飯可選擇,梅、竹、松同特上,適合有選擇困難症的人,應該好快揀到,我地揀梅同松。梅有9種魚生,而松就多咗蟹肉。落完單待應好快就上咗前菜,麻醬油甘魚,待應提我地要留一塊整茶漬飯,但我地無理到照食晒😂油甘魚正常,無咩特別。重頭戲魚生飯,用料十足,梅已經好足料,瀉出黎咁濟。因為佢將將魚生變成魚蓉,所以已經分唔到係咩魚,但係無影響到味道,食落十分鮮甜。二食整手卷,幾得意有得自己整手卷。三食茶漬飯,最後可以叫待應幫手加魚湯,個魚湯好香,食落好濃味但又唔會搶走魚生的鮮味,好食👍🏻 continue reading

宗像屋呢個名本身完全未聽過... 見到門面係日式風格就知道10成10 係食剌身個類佢地有4種餐揀 , 而我就揀左 ┌竹┐ 呢個飯佢有魚吞拿,吞拿魚蓉,北寄貝、帶子、甜甘蝦、三文魚子 等等味道豐富  而且食材一D都唔少  新鮮無腥味以$140 左右既價錢黎講其實味道真係好好下次再黎試埋其他丼先。 continue reading
