坐擁維港海景,主打精緻粵菜,融合創新手法,讓傳統中菜昇華至另一層次。這次品嚐的菜單從餐前小食到甜品,每一道都充滿驚喜,無論是食材搭配還是擺盤,都展現出廚師的巧思。人均$500吃到鮑參翅肚太值了!👍 餐前小食鴛鴦和牛多士鴛鴦原來係生和牛、熟和牛雙重組合,和牛油脂豐腴,多士香脆,用了油炸鬼做成,好獨特,開胃一流! 南乳溫拌鮑魚用南乳醬拌鮑魚真是第一次吃,好特別!鮑魚彈牙,底層的千張吸滿醬汁,軟嫩入味。湯品時令海味燉湯足料花膠螺頭燉湯,湯色金黃清澈,入口鮮甜醇厚,暖胃又滋補。香烤龍蝦龍蝦肉質緊實鮮甜,搭配四季豆忌廉汁,增添層次感。旁邊的烤蔬菜也處理得宜,整體搭配平衡。 魚翅撈飯選用金勾翅,翅針粗壯,膠質豐富,燜飯米粒飽滿入味,拌上濃郁的翅湯,每一口都是滿足!紅豆沙最後以一道創新版紅豆沙作結,紅豆沙煮得綿密香甜,頂層的椰子泡沫輕盈柔滑,甜度剛好。 continue reading

在海港城發現了一家很適合節日慶祝、家人約飯,或者見客戶的維港海景餐廳!行政女主廚拿過黑珍珠二鑽,值得來試試~落地窗外就是維港,走簡約現代風,看著海景喝口茶真的很舒服😌 餐廳主打用中式風格的食物,結合西餐的做法。我點了他們的lunch set✨前菜:香蔥吞拿魚多士(吞拿魚腩他他、油炸鬼多士)吞拿魚味道調得剛剛好,灑在上面的dried radish很加分,口感馬上豐富起來~✨湯品:栗子忌廉湯 配上麻油+法國香草本來不太喜歡栗子,但這個湯非常出色,喝到一滴也沒剩!✨主菜:堂弄原幅20頭花膠•蟲草花燜飯(雲南產牛肝菌、蠔皇鮑汁、鴨泡膠)可以現場看他們烹飪花膠。花膠很厚實,裹著蠔皇鮑汁,黏糯膠質一抿化開🤤蟲草花燜飯很香,上面撒上炸米口感很棒!🚦三款辣椒選擇:🔴廣東蒜蓉辣醬(豆瓣醬)🟡海南黃燈籠辣醬(帶酸,適合配海鮮)🟢湖南燒椒醬(最喜歡這個!放進口有煙薰的感覺,很適合配飯)晚餐還有鮑魚、海參、魚翅、花膠的菜單!來海港城附近推薦這家海景餐廳給大家! continue reading

朋友說要帶我去一間米芝蓮餐廳之前都有看過唔同嘅報道, 都幾欣賞主廚嘅理念將本地食材再融入其他烹調技巧整體來說, 每道菜的presentation也是做得很有心思但味道, 沒有覺得很好味,或者很不好味用餐以後, 真的想不出那一道菜令我有深刻印象所以來過就好了但係不得不讚賞, 服務真的很到位。 年輕的服務員返回一道菜都解釋得很清楚, 很有熱誠 👍 continue reading
