以碩果僅存的茶餐廳來說,它是十分舊式的茶餐廳,裏面裝潢嘅設計好有80年代的感覺,特別是是今日的香港很少茶餐廳中保留這樣的風格很多已變成很多新穎的茶餐廳。而他只是經營早餐午餐及下午茶沒有晚市提供,建議食他的特餐火腿雞蛋大份切出嚟有流心的感覺,而且午餐肉厚切讓人很有滿足的感覺,差不多1cm後的午餐肉,勁有口感。配以舊式木櫈以及舊式的茶餐廳設計甚有回憶的感覺。希望這種文化可以繼續保留否則只會被社會是淘汰。

以碩果僅存的茶餐廳來說,它是十分舊式的茶餐廳,裏面裝潢嘅設計好有80年代的感覺,特別是是今日的香港很少茶餐廳中保留這樣的風格很多已變成很多新穎的茶餐廳。

而他只是經營早餐午餐及下午茶沒有晚市提供,建議食他的特餐火腿雞蛋大份切出嚟有流心的感覺,而且午餐肉厚切讓人很有滿足的感覺,差不多1cm後的午餐肉,勁有口感。

配以舊式木櫈以及舊式的茶餐廳設計甚有回憶的感覺。希望這種文化可以繼續保留否則只會被社會是淘汰。

講多嘢食,其實真係普通茶餐廳嘅食材,稱唔上好食,但係茶餐廳獨有嘅嘢係落單嘅自由度,你唔鍾意食牛油方包🍞你可以轉牛油多士🧈多士又可以加煉奶或者花生醬,鍾意點轉都得🤩


雖然而家40幾蚊呢個價錢已經唔可以講話平,但係由細食到大嘅回憶,都冇得用錢去衡量,只係好慶幸,30幾40年過後,依間食肆依然存在,去食嘅時候仲保留到細個嘅情懷,真係要好好珍惜!

上星期同老細開完會就拍咗架車喺出邊,咁我地幾個細嘅就入去呢間可以睇到車位嘅老店食lunch,一入到去都算好招呼,幾個哥仔阿姐都問你幾多位想坐邊咁樣,咁坐低咗之後同事睇咗餐牌都好快叫晒嘢食,基本上所有茶記有嘅嘢佢都有。咁個疑似老闆娘嘅人見到我同另一個後生仔諗唔到食咩,就推介左我哋叫呢一碗豬膶麵,咁我哋見係老闆娘推介就即刻叫咗,咁黎到都真係唔差嘅,D豬潤算係幾大塊,係碗麵個份量細咗少少,對於我哋男仔嚟講唔太夠食。

來到舊式冰室,總要試試店舖的奶茶,舊舖的奶茶總是茶味特別濃郁的,果然沒有令我失望,香滑茶濃,回味無窮!而另一款必點的舊舖美食當然是菠蘿油,牛油厚砌入口香口,但可惜菠蘿包被壓扁了一點點,賣相不太好看,而可取的是菠蘿皮總算脆卜卜,還能吃出外熱內凍的精粹,給了再吃的理由。至於腸仔炒蛋則不過不失,沒有什麼特別。這家店舖比較家庭式作業,故待應生的服務也很地道很街坊很親切,就是這份人情味,使人重拾那些年放學後吃下午茶的感覺,實在難以忘懷,繼續支持小店!

舊式的茶餐廳在 懷舊的小街, 好配好有feel茶餐廳好舊式,環境好舊,唔係現在一般裝修懷舊feel,而是真正的老, 點了牛扒多士 牛扒唔錯,唔係一般梳打粉醃林曬,同埋好大梳打味嘅牛扒,而係有質感有肉質有牛味的牛扒 ,多士加上孖芝蓮牛油 絕配 香脆好味 仲有傳統小時候最愛吃的福麵 不用加錢,而奶茶咖啡 都有一般懷舊茶餐廳的水準 不是現在即磨咖啡 這種是懷舊茶餐廳香咖啡, order 快 送餐快 趕時間最啱, 如果午餐你趕時間 我諗佢兩分鐘都可以到

相信喺鳳凰新邨大嘅朋友應該知道有呢間餐室,睇佢嘅裝修都有三、四十年歷史,從牆上的掛鐘同店内的地板已可知一二。當然佢嘅食物質素仍然保持得很好,個人認為鎮店之寶非黑椒牛扒飯莫屬,黑椒汁香濃细腻,而牛扒厚薄適中,煎得香透。值得一提午餐有餐湯附送,佢個羅宋湯實在不可多得,足料嘅蔬菜,蕃茄味香濃,在外已買少見少!午餐只是三、四十元如果唔想食飯,可以選擇全日供應嘅特餐,這也是我經常點的,奄列非常足料,脹卜卜,起碼要三隻蛋先做到。绝不欺客,足哂料呀配埋香煎午餐肉麵,話你知呢度嘅麵係福麵嚟架,不用加錢,煮到軟硬適中,味粉很入味。
