寫這個食評就係唔想所有人因為見到有百幾個好評去食,食物價錢高,但質素和份量完全不成正比,非常不值。我地已經有七折優惠,所有食物完全沒有任何驚喜,份量又小得很,叫左三款韓牛口感差又薄又少,又冇沒牛味,炸雞又乾又少。韓式煎餅麵粉好厚身,食落去成塊麵粉又濕又淋,一啲都唔好囉,豬腩肉燒到好乾,仲有其他食物,不能盡説了! continue reading

喺香港都食過唔少韓燒,間間都差唔多,但今晚同家人,一行六人,去咗中環一間門面唔係太起眼嘅韓國牛肉專門店晚飯,但原來入到去,才知道地牢還有一層,環境感覺舒適優雅,食落竟然有驚喜👍🏻😅❗️真係食到正宗嘅韓牛,牛肉新鮮不在話下,加上經理好細心講解唔同部位嘅肉質特色,如果唔係,都幾難作出選擇(樣樣都想試)😅❗️韓牛入口,口感一流,肉汁鮮味,加上服務員好專業咁幫我哋韓燒,唔單止燒出牛肉嘅香味,更加保留到juicy嘅肉汁😋😋,總之一個字「正」👍🏻❗️一間值得我再去嘅韓牛專門店😋😋❗️ continue reading

今日突然想食牛肉,  醒起自己未試過食韓牛, 就揀左呢間店舖唔算大, 揀左個角落位坐見到呢幅圖就知有幾專業, 成隻牛都有得食第一次叫左個套餐首先會有一個頭盤, 牛肉他他 : 生牛肉新鮮, 牛味濃, 無雪味, 配上韓國雪梨既清甜爽, 幾好食同埋一個蔬菜卷, 可以清一清味覺, 加上好開胃主食: 韓燒有一舊大牛柳同安格斯差唔多, 牛味偏濃, 肉質偏軟兩舊大理石(即係上面張解剖圖既10號位) 同埋牛肋肉餐廳會問你想自己燒定職員幫你燒 , 我呢啲乜都唔識,淨係識食既懶人梗係叫職員幫我燒, 因為佢地啲手勢一定好職員會燒左蔬菜先, 推介洋蔥之後會燒大理石同牛肋肉大理石: 脂肪分佈均勻, 入口即熔, 好味, 可惜得兩舊牛肋肉: 用醬汁醃過, 好入味, 牛肉好淋跟住會燒埋牛柳肉,  燒完會幫你切開一粒粒食, 服務夠晒好建議落少少鹽食, 好味好多跟住會有飯或者湯揀, 我揀左個雪花湯好濃既牛骨湯, 入面有韓國粉絲同埋蘿蔔最後會有個甜品, 泡芙, 好食到我想問佢係邊度買 continue reading
