1. 餐前嘅特色小碟我諗住細細碟,原來都唔少,雖然只係分蹄,但做得好爽!

2. 個老火湯今晚係翅群煲豬展,原個瓦煲上,份量都夠5、6碗,無味精,好夠味,每匙更都係精華;湯渣就另外碟上,食味就無乜,我諗志在被客睇睇個湯係真材實料咁!

3. 極品皇帝蝦,香煎後逐隻碟上,真係有成隻手掌咁大,用刀叉哩食,大啖大啖咬落D蝦肉度,好正!可惜,4人餐得4隻,有位老友甘願自我犧牲,真係多謝佢咁為大,阿茵,隻皇帝蝦真係好好食架。

4. 清蒸海上鮮用咗大倉魚,唔算好大條,不過就好新鮮,蒸得又啱啱好,所以D肉好滑,好鮮味!

5. 廚師精選小菜就揀咗西芹花姿片同蜜餞柚子骨,前者無乜特別,大路酒樓菜,後者D味道幾好,甜甜哋,又唔覺漏,不過D肉韌咗少少!成餐飯係D小菜水準低D。

食完D糖水(紅豆沙或芋頭西米露)同生果盤之後,經理額外醒我哋嘅招牌甜品係桂花豆沙糕,上下兩層桂花糕夾住中間一層薄薄嘅豆沙餡,桂花偏清淡,豆沙偏香甜,兩者一夾有幽幽桂花香,又有紅豆嘅甘甜,好夾,好味道!一餐好食嘅晚飯始終要有一道好食嘅甜品作結束先至覺得完整嘅。

講真,間酒樓地同環境都唔錯,但食就非常一般,份量又少,隻碟就好大隻,但就好少,我覺得好失禮囉!

仲有,個川椒蝦仁細碟度不得了(但個碟勁大),唔知以為將兩圍份量變成兩圍半份量,但諗落都似。

個竹笙海皇翅好難食,個獻一pat pat,又食唔到有翅,oh my god! 真係好唔掂!

哈!哈!個碧綠螺鮑片,唔知以為食緊鮑魚菇咋!

我諗最好食都係個壽包,因為夠熱同鬆軟,而且唔太甜。

以我估計,唔係好多人食得飽,份量真係好細!

跟幾個老友來這兒晚飯聚舊, 皆因以前常來這兒飲茶, 今天一嚐這兒的晚飯晚間的人都不少, 七成滿座, 不過菜牌的選擇真的很有限,要點菜都不太易. 蒙牛在場當然又要點燒味吧! 這兒的义燒做得不錯, 蜜汁香甜肉質嫩滑, 唯獨是肉味不夠濃, 應該是因為冷鮮肉的關係. 燒腩仔的皮仍帶點脆, 肥瘦均衡, 肥膏又不算厚, 吃得很開懷. 通常晚市吃的燒味都不太合意, 但這個郤不錯. 三杯雞的味道濃郁, 酒味缺乏, 但雞肉都做得嫩滑美味, 有很多大蔥在內, 十分香口, 不過要熱食, 冷郤後茨汁開始凝固, 雞油浮現, 所以一定要熱食. 蘭花炒斑球只為一般, 此乃酒樓必做之菜式, 一定要合格吧! 蘭花太生所以太硬, 斑片大但無魚香, 有點失色. 鼎湖上素一般吧, 竹笙爽脆而且味香, 菇菌不夠多而且茨汁太杰身, 木耳不夠爽脆, 扣分. 服務一般, 上菜有點慢, 不過地點好又不用等位, 價錢合理, 都不失為一個晚飯聚腳點.

(9/2/07)有人宴請,七人來食晚飯。檯與檯很逼,不過裝修舒服,服務都ok!紅燒玉子豆腐、竹笙什麼羹、炸子雞(普通)、治味菜式有,橙汁排骨、大蝦兩味、蝦醬油麥菜煲。叫碟飯佐餸,見套餐介紹有生炒糯米飯,叫碟試試。飯粒分明、膶腸,各樣餸都多,又企理,味道好到無得頂~甜品:紅豆沙or芝麻糊,唔掂,兩樣都好稀。流沙奶王包,勁好味,勁流沙!!

一家人今晚去o左呢度食飯,阿媽生日嘛!環境幾清靜,唔太嘈,唔太迫,o野食中上,炸蠔好脆,炸得啱啱好,椒鹽鱔球好野味,燒鵝佢俾隻脾我o地呀,好味道!豉汁帶子蒸豆腐o的帶子算幾新鮮,最緊要抵食嘛,服務都幾好啦,又有糖水送,南瓜紫米露,會再o黎!

香港人趕車趕船趕食趕收工, 要搵到優閒唧嘴臉,只有假日下午茶這些3點畢露的茶客身上,大家都優優閒閒,扯啖茶嘆下報紙.    呢間酒樓雖不太大,但裝潢新穎, 坐椅編排闊落,坐下亦頗舒適.---豉油皇煎腸粉,唔使3分鐘已呈現眼前,擺明係整定,果然,凍冰冰,使乜咁趕亞!---灌湯花姿燒賣------賣相雖不大討好,但花姿味鮮有咬口,灌湯亦鮮甜,---野菌炆鳳爪-----鳳爪好入味又夠林,冇牙都掂,6.8抵!---上湯鮮竹卷,----熱騰騰,上湯鮮甜可口.  茶客只有7成左右,但整間酒樓都瀰漫著優閒氣氛,正合喜愛在酒樓閱報閒聊兼四圍八的我.扯口龍井,看看四處優閒唧茶客,正好舒緩一下平日緊張的生活.

Went there on a Friday evening close to 9pm and it was almost full, so it seems like it is getting more poular than before unlike the observations made by some of the people here about it being half empty when they visited.I had strawberry ribs which was disappointing as it was too fattening and slightly over done. The other items- an egg dish and vegetable with fish were acceptable but nothing worthy of praise.I would rate this restaurant average.

今日到呢到食大閘蟹套餐。本來諗住價錢咁平每位HK$138/HK$178 (唔包茶&加一)都會係一般貨色,但出乎意料~~~ 好味! ~~~。蟹粉小籠包、蟹粉大生翅、大閘蟹& 大虎蝦Good,另如果將喬麥麵轉為炒飯更Perfect。招呼唔錯。下次再o黎食過!

5) 啫啫唐生菜煲: 好香口, 蝦醬味好濃
6) 上湯野菌浸時蔬: okay, 無驚喜.
飯後送芝麻糊, 味道都唔錯.

同太座及朋友夜晚在尖咀開飯,在尖咀這區,佢地都懶得去諗食咩,通常由我發辦喇。諗起之前同班舊同學食過Lunch ,環境可以,最重要係唔駛等位o麻,就揀左呢樹。這裡有套餐供四人用,有原隻飽魚、燒蠔、魚加三個小菜,價錢幾吸引,但驚食唔晒會,唯有散叫好d。叫左1) 蟹粉小籠飽—size 頗大,皮薄,內裡肉汁滿溢,但餡料以豬肉碎佔了大部份,不覺有太多蟹粉食到。(2) 士多啤梨骨—原本會怕有士多啤梨會好酸,但食落反而嫌它一點士多啤梨味都唔覺,應再落重手d,稍為突出士多啤梨香味才對;骨是略肥較韌,幸好size切得不算太大件。(3) 土雞煲—雞肉弄得過火了一點,失去水份,勝在個煲夠熱辣,凍凍地食都幾好。(4) 雜菜煲—雜菜尚算幼嫩,濕濕地送飯唔錯。(5) 土魷蒸肉餅—反而最覺得幾出色,切得碎碎的豬肉及魷魚,再加了大量的馬蒂去蒸,使得整個肉餅特別爽口美味;雖然懷疑漏單等了半個鐘才上檯,幸能有店員良好的服務態度,加上這菜的出色,所以都沒有把我弄得氣憤,EQ得到壓制吧!

火星朋友返黎無耐,諗住同佢食返D廣東菜啦,點知諗黎諗去都諗唔到尖沙咀有乜廣東酒樓喎,反而食京川野0既就大把。行到呢條街見到富臨同牡丹庭,終於搵到喇,睇過餐牌後揀左牡丹庭。六個人星期六夜晚七點幾,竟然唔洗等位,好快就坐低點埋幾個菜喇。點左荷香蒸污漕雞、香脆炸蝦丸、漁香海鮮豆腐煲、葡汁焗四蔬、節瓜野菌什菜煲同小籠包,整體野食都OK,最好味係個葡汁焗四蔬,不過略嫌焗得唔夠,但味道好好;最唔好食係個節瓜野菌什菜煲,淡而無味。而飯後甜品有冬瓜薏米同南瓜紫米露,兩款都好好味,唔錯﹗另外最值得一提係叫左幾個飯同淨米,勁耐都唔黎,差唔多食埋D 先黎,呢方面真係唔係好得。

一年一度母親節,今晚全家人提早一日同媽咪黎呢間酒樓食晚飯慶祝. 尋日打電話黎book左8:30pm檯, 仲問定佢有無得a la carte, (最怕酒樓過時過節就淨係得一兩個sets限死晒d選擇), 佢話可以. 我地結果提早左8:00pm黎到, 但係都唔駛等位. 坐低睇餐牌, 發覺所謂o既a la carte o既選擇極少, 游水海鮮得三幾種, 其他炒菜都不超過十款.(係因為母親節所以得咁少選擇) 我地問部長, 佢話一d大路小菜佢地都會做俾我地, 但係我同媽咪都覺得, 叫返佢地餐牌上面有o既野會secure d.結果我地叫左1) 脆皮燒腩仔: 腩仔當然要有層肥肉, 都幾脆, 點o既芥辣相信係自家調過味,因為頗酸.(2) 野菌扒時蔬: 唔油, 而且味道都幾清.(3) 唐生菜煲: 家姐鍾意蝦醬, 所以叫呢味. 我覺得佢無灣仔海都o既咁有蝦醬味, 後者惹味d.(4) 香脆花枝丸: 裡面係蝦膠混合花枝粒, 都有幾多花枝粒, 而且炸得脆卜卜, 唔錯!(5) 霹靂泡飯(招牌菜): 係改良上海鍋巴o既一道菜.將飯粒炸香, 然後o係上檯時將d炸脆o既飯粒放入一個裝左上湯o既滾熱辣煲仔度. 食落脆脆地,

埋單佢道左張coupon, 晚市惠顧$300送$100.
見到佢個午市餐牌有好多得意點心, 搵日過黎飲茶都好.
