醬油蟹2隻($420),與韓國既味道一樣,鮮味十足,而且爆晒膏,非常滑溜,蟹肉同蟹殼醃到已經分離只需用手指輕輕一壓,蟹肉輕易就擠出黎,非常方便,紫菜飯團當然用黎伴蟹蓋一齊食,每粒飯吸晒蟹膏和醬油味道。醬油蝦($198),蝦肉晶瑩剔透,味道鮮甜,口感彈牙之中帶點黏牙感覺,證明肉質上盛,灑上左芝麻粒更加香口。醬油鮑魚($198),醬油加入左辣椒,辣辣地更惹味,鮑魚爽口有咀嚼口感。厚切牛舌芯($168),牛舌芯比牛舌油脂味較濃郁,而且更加有咬口,所以厚切食用效果最好,但注意內裏位置有機會未燒得熟,個人建議燒至八成熟然後剪開,再繼續燒令裏面熟透。韓牛腹脅肉100g($240),輕輕每邊燒幾秒就可以食得,牛味濃,肉質軟淋,沾少少海鹽就足夠。豬皮($98),豬皮容燒燶,所以不要燒太耐,食落似花膠口感,有骨膠原感覺,沾黃豆粉食會冇咁油膩。梅肉($118),有兩大塊,非常抵食,肉質夠鬆軟,相信經過人手敲打處理。除左原汁原味食之外,仲可以加上韓式辣醬和泡菜,然後將生菜包住黎食一樣咁好味。蒸蛋($88),賣相吸引,蛋好滑,上菜時香噴噴熱辣辣,盛器亦有保溫作用,就算隔一陣再食,仍然keep得住暖的。 continue reading

Mr. Korea BBQ (尖沙咀)尖沙咀柯士甸道140-142號瑞信集團大廈一樓豬皮$98煙韌有嚼頭,經烤過香口有口感,滑溜彈牙。醃製豬肋肉$138好香口,鬆軟肥瘦參半,陣陣肉香,醃得夠入味味道相當濃郁。腹脅肉 $240 100g非常肥美嘅牛腹脅肉,油脂比例好,偏肥一點,入口鬆化,肉質細嫩。完全冇難嚼嘅筋,亦都唔會有塊狀肥膏,相當好食。厚切牛舌心$168肉質爽滑,非常彈牙有咬口,味道唔濃有油香。蒸蛋$88勁滑蒸蛋,好有蛋香味,好有口感。醬油蟹@220紫菜飯球無敵好食😋 撈醬油蟹一流,用醬油醃製嘅生蟹,蟹蓋蟹膏一齊食,可以將蟹嘅精華食到最盡,蟹膏極度冰鎮鮮甜,好回味。要用匙羹掛晒佢嚟食,一啲都唔可以浪費。梨汁20桃汁20兩款來自韓國嘅飲品,粒粒果肉豐盛,食韓燒就最啱送啦。 continue reading
