We live in the neighborhood and thought we’d give this place a chance. Well, clearly that was a mistake. Not sure how long this restaurant will survive here.Food:The ramen is… the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It’s so underwhelming that I made instant noodle when I got home and fill way more satisfied. The soup base is bland, the noodle is not chewy. The small dishes are not fresh, very small portion, and yet not very tasty.ServiceKish at best, you have to call the waiter to be attended. We were not even served water the whole time.Price:I won’t say it’s pricey, but definitely not worth it give to the quality. continue reading

The dishes are small and a bit overpriced. The appetizers are tiny — half an avocado with two pieces of crab meat costs $68, and the taste is overshadowed by heavy cream/Mayo. The noodles were advertised outside so we ordered. The soup base is a bit bland, need more salt, and the noodles are too thick. continue reading

朋友快要告別香港,想吃日本菜,所以揀了大坑的一間居酒屋。今次是我第二次來,食物依然可口,亦有一些新意,剛巧我們不喝酒,他們的非酒精飲料也很有特色,Yuzu soda 不太甜,西瓜薄荷茶亦清涼可口。食物方面,先來一客燒牛油果,和枝豆。串燒方面,最好是可以每樣要一串,兩個人可以試很多不同的款式。點了燒雞串,雞肉碎串,牛舌,白鱔,豬肉串,青椒仔,豆腐等等。全部都烤得恰到好處,一邊吃一邊喝,過了一個很愉快的晚上! continue reading

12月25日,相約朋友去撐一下小店。而大坑係一個好地區,因為座落超多小店。呢間居酒屋係朋友推介,已經想試好耐。居酒屋走簡約路線,感覺簡直約而舒服。店員安排入坐廂房,雖然我哋只有2人,目測廂房應該可以坐6人。先點明太子併白飯魚乾,咸香咸香,好啱送酒。值得一試係Kombucha, 非酒精飲品,由鮮果同茶發酵而成,有少少 bubbles,生果會隨唔同季節而改變,真係季節其限。唔飲酒的話,我極力推介。去居酒屋點少得雞肉軟骨棒,仲點咗芝士雞肉軟骨棒。冇芝士嘅係拈日本蛋,而有芝士嘅冇需要拈。兩樣都好好味。鵝肝雞翼,一定要試。鵝乾釀入雞翼再燒,諗起都想再食。味噌豬腸、燒牛腸,如果喜歡食內臟,我推介試呢兩樣。味噌豬腸咸、甜、香味非常平衡。而燒牛腸,皮跪有咬口,好味。燒豆腐,唔好以為燒豆腐會好普通,豆腐外層係包咗一層蛋皮,再燒香,外香內軟滑,不得了。松露牛油龍蝦,龍蝦燒到剛好,非常新鮮彈牙,配合松露油香加燒烤香味,絕配。其實仲點咗好多嘢食,不過由於太好食所以部份忘記影相呢。。。單尾當然要食啲飯,蟹籽松葉蟹煲仔飯係不二之選。呢個係其間限定,見到有一定要點。蟹籽多、松葉蟹肉多,拌勻每一口都充滿蟹香,有aftertaste 甜甜蟹鮮味,唔好錯過。總括:出色居酒屋,環境舒適,員工友善親切。定價適中合理,食物水準高。我一定會再去。 continue reading

已經係第二次嚟呢度,覺得串燒來講呢度做得好有heart. 有啲菜式覺得佢哋有用心去煮,同埋會比較特別。通常晚餐如果唔叫啲好貴嘅龍蝦,唔飲好多酒,一個人消費大概係$5-600左右。如果飲酒同埋食啲比較貴嘅菜式,就應該要$700-1000最值得推薦嘅係焗牛油果蟹肉,雞軟骨雞肉串點 雞蛋,白鱔,燒海膽飯團🍙。其實樣樣野都幾好食,每次可以試吓唔同野。期待下一次再嚟試吓其他菜式。唯一值得一提嘅就係今次飲得比較多酒,但係感覺好似每一杯嘢飲都好多冰,同埋冇乜酒係入邊。 continue reading
