一直於大埔超級城店光顧, 認為店員形象敬業, 態度有禮有耐性, 以往經驗一直不錯, 直到今次光顧完全顛覆過往印象.我於3月21日晚上將近9:00到店, 當時步入已聽到一名及膊染全金髮身型瘦削女員工與其他職員閒談, 內容不乏粗口, 當下已經大跌眼鏡.其後該位金髮女員工於cashier take我order, 當我正在看餐牌考慮的時候, 該員工以非常不耐煩語氣重複問:"要啲咩呀", 其後對談語氣更像盤問, 不難感到只是想盡快完成了事, 當我詢問跟餐飲品時, 該金髮員工只是敷衍地在餐牌指出飲品所在位置:"呢啲就免費, 其他就呢啲"....是次購買經驗比九流茶餐廳還要差, 慶幸的是, 在等餐從旁觀察時, 得知她剛才不是針對我, 因為她對待其他食客態度都是一樣, 真的很"一視同仁"…Read More
