My friends recently are promoted and treated our team to some delicious vegan tarts(so I honestly need to say I don't know the price)Sometimes vegan food can have pitfalls such as being bland or dry. However, their tarts were amazing. The flavors were rich especially for the blueberry, which was my favorite. The blueberry one had a lot of berries inside the fillings despite their rich flavors it was not too sweet even for the for yuzu chocolate. ➸ 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐨這款有2個特點,➀ 外表有點像盆栽🪴🤣,➁ 餡的部分用了味增芝士,幾特別!竹炭曲奇餅是硬脆款,我蠻喜歡這個口感的😍。不過盆栽真的很堅固,需要大力劈開(見圖2)😂。咖啡和酒味balance,tiramisu 還原度高。我覺得咖啡忌廉、味增芝士、手指餅、竹炭曲奇餅全都是主角,發揮自己的口感與味道!➸ 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 玄米茶青提子卷蛋初嘗玄米茶味的甜品,玄米茶忌廉和蛋糕的部份都是微甜,茶味幾特岀。另有波子青提子,令卷蛋多一份清新的感覺!因為沒有使用雞蛋,卷蛋蛋糕體偏硬,會厚實一點。小店負責人好nice,會主動詢問我們的意見並尋改善空間。 continue reading

moono仲喺深水埗既時候食過幾次,每次必食卷蛋,另外啲tart都幾出色。依家搬左去k11 musea,以前啲signature冇左,變左幾款更high class既甜品,價錢亦都相應調整左啲,兩件蛋糕要百幾蚊,諗返都有少少肉赤。粉紅色既Madame以紅桑子為主調,除左有新鮮既紅桑子,底既脆米同埋macaron都係紅桑子味既。一個甜品入面有多種口感,軟滑既cream,卜卜脆既脆米,鬆軟既macaron。偏甜既macaron加埋紅桑子既酸令到成件事甜而不膩。Spectra係熱帶水果既組合,有芒果同熱情果,底層既蛋糕同側邊既朱古力都係開心果味。相對起Madame,Spectra就比較甜膩左少少,食左兩啖就開始覺得漏。相對依啲好多cream同好fancy造型既甜品,我更鐘意以前卷蛋簡簡單單果陣感覺,而深水埗店既感覺亦比k11 musea店既感覺平實。依家想重溫卷蛋既味道就只能原條訂喇,而鋪頭入面既平實感,就變成往事只能回味了。 continue reading

這是我第一次嘗試純素的甜品, 結果Spectra就令我愛上了。Moono在K11 Musea的店位於B2的小角落, 如果你搭那段短短的扶手電梯的話, 總會經過。 第一次經過時我完全不認識這個brand,是後來我想買一些比較特別的甜品時search到。本人鍾情酸味, 選了用呂宋芒.熱情果.開心果做的Spectra, 原來這是K11 Musea分店開張時新增的三款甜品之一。Spectra的外圍是兩塊開心果朱古力夾塊, 中間有一層純白的純素忌廉, 內裡有著芒果純素慕絲, 夾著芒果粒和熱情果醬, 然後以開心果蛋糕作底層。純素忌廉的質感特別輕盈, 第一口就感覺到跟平常的cream完全不同, 感覺更細膩和精緻。更令人驚喜的是自家製的熱情果醬味道夠酸,  感覺更像真的熱情果; 還有脆脆的熱情果核。Moono家的甜品是100% 純素Vegan, 低麩質, 不含精煉白糖、防腐劑、人工色素及香精, 吃甜品都可以健康無負擔。 continue reading
