以前住新界,日日搭巴士過黎港島呢邊都一定會經過信德中心上面嘅「望月軒」,戈陣腦海成日都萌生一個念頭:如果可以搵次試到就好喇今次喺機緣巧合嘅情況下,終於有機會試到。論位置黎講都可以話夠曬特別,喺信德中心上面,即系我地之前成日坐船去澳門戈座大廈嘅某一層。戈日去到都竟然冇乜人,畢竟眾多餐廳都受疫症影響,未完全穩定同埋恢復以前嘅狀態。作為一間喺港澳碼頭附近嘅餐廳,食物嘅款式應該都吾可以少得去邊,呢度都吾例外,首先發現呢度以中菜為主,所以好多菜式都系辣嘅。小龍蝦尾吾知系邊度嘅菜式?不過個人幾有興趣,可以配以勁爽麻辣味、酸甜味、油爆味或者避風塘味。首先叫咗份瑤柱賽螃蟹,瑤柱嘅份量都算ok啦,入口當然都幾好味同埋新鮮蛋白嘅份量更系毫不吝嗇,蛋味香濃,有好豐富嘅蛋白質呀!蟹肉嘅份量就還好,不過味道同瑤柱一樣都系好新鮮,同埋都食吾到有海水味,混合埋蛋白黎食,向來喺中菜館都系好吾錯嘅選擇吧。龍蝦尾呢個菜式我真系第一次食,冇諗到個數量會系咁多呢更加冇諗到嘅系原來佢系連殼上😅變相食嘅時候系有一定嘅困難。我系叫咗避風塘味,食落口真系幾香口,火侯十足,有大量嘅蒜蓉舖喺面,使得菜式更香口。蝦肉完全吸收咗蒜蓉嘅香味,油份亦足夠,雖然細細隻,食落口都感受到爽口。見到都有啲人推介回鍋肉,所以自己都試吓。回鍋肉都系四川一道好傳統嘅菜式,既然系四川菜就一定有啲辣,好彩嘅系食落口都吾算好辣,同埋肉質結實,系呢啲方面黎講吾錯。不過令我驚訝嘅系,問題所在竟然吾系好辣而系偏鹹🤔同朋友都想試吓呢度嘅飯類,除咗常見嘅炒飯類,呢度仲有一款幾特別嘅飯類「脆米海鮮泡飯」,脆米原來就系類似米通嘅碎碎,脆脆地就咁食都幾好食海鮮湯飯裡面我最主要見到嘅系蝦肉,我諗仲有魷魚戈啲喺入面掛?只系吾明顯啫。最值得一讚嘅系湯飯嘅份量好多,而且有大量嘅蔬菜,加埋就更健康喇。 continue reading

之前有星期六去過, 點心還好。限聚剛放寬, 但間鋪在商場好入的位置, 人流本就不多, 唔知佢開唔開, 打去問下穩陣d。 星期五打去問, 星期六茶市幾點開? 回答是7:30, 隨即澄清(明天)是9:30, 我同佢講, 睇清楚再答我, 我要坐1小時車過來。最後確定是9:30。仲叫我不用訂位, 到時會有位。講到似層層, 所以看到網上寫11:00我都信佢結果, 10點去到, 熄曬燈, 冇開。養埋d 伙計連自己的營業時間都唔知, 學咩人做生意? continue reading

因為今日有工作要去上環,咁都要喺出面食飯。我盡量都係揀返啲大間嘅地方,可以隔得開啲。朋友推介我去食呢間中菜,話地方開揚,食物都唔錯!我地就決定去食個下午茶下午茶時段入座價錢都幾優惠。呢度點心選擇都幾多,同埋有自己嘅特色和創意,唔係平時飲茶食到厭果啲點心。而且好多菌菇類嘅點心,都幾養生。我就點咗野生松茸燒賣皇羊肚菌鮮竹卷我一向鍾意菌菇類嘅香氣,味道香濃,味道都鮮美。唔錯!仲點咗幾樣:娥姐粉果蘿蔔千絲酥四川擔擔麵最後仲點咗個桂花酒釀丸子。整體而言,每樣點心都幾好食。咁靚view,咁好質素,我覺得性價比幾高。可以收藏呢間餐廳,過一排可以帶屋企人嚟試下其他菜式,我對佢啲川菜都好有興趣。 continue reading

My family went to this restaurant for Dimsum last weekend. I’ve never been to this restaurant before so I was a bit excited getting the chance to try it. We ordered many types of Dimsum and the following for some of the favourite that I enjoyed.Pan-fried Pork Bun – Quite juicy inside, not too oily and crispy on the bottom Fried Shrimp Toast – Not a classic Dimsum dish but it tasted good and very crispy. I am a big fan of deep-fried items, so this’s a must order item for meSteamed Milk Pudding with Yam Paste – They called it yam but it’s actually Taro root paste. It was well prepared as the steamed milk pudding’s texture was very silky and not too sweet. The flavour of the Taro paste matched the milk pudding and added another layer of texture and flavour to the dish continue reading

朋友約食下午茶。我地睇咗好幾間餐廳,決定都試下新嘢。去酒店食返個點心下午茶。我地點咗——雀籠點心拼盤好有中式特色,用雀籠擺盤,好靚。包括6款點心,睇得,又好食,鹹甜點心都有齊。價錢$168比起酒店嘅西式下午茶一個人要三百幾抵食好多!同埋中式點心比較啱口味多啲。除咗經典點心燒賣同蝦餃之外。都有幾款特別嘢:蒜蓉櫻花蝦春卷:鹹香,香脆。蝦多士:依加好多茶餐廳都無得食,居然呢度有得食。好香口。奶黃花糕和千層姜汁糕清甜。環境都好靚,配上海景歎下午茶,好chill。 continue reading
