話說琴晚搵食，諗住搵間無乜人嘅，就去左呢間個場好大， 枱位都好闊落，入左去，有班人丟梗標，跟住有一兩枱客一入去轉個圈，無人理，完全唔知邊個係待應咁唯有自己走左去睇下個餐牌睇下有咩食先啦，睇完，再行多個圈情況完全一樣，完全係會無人理我，我大慨都係到企同行下望下都有5分鐘我想幫襯都搞唔掂啦！咁做生意？？ continue reading

    第一次去利奥坊，就揀了呢間試下啲小炒lunch set 。入去一個客人都冇，也不要緊，照樣坐低。我哋叫了「小炒肉」同「雲耳炒肉」，係有啲期望的。食物來到，賣相也ok ,但味道真係强差人意！ 所謂「小炒」，一啲鑊氣都冇，平平無奇，飯又「淋」，屋企煮仲好味過佢，完全未達到拿出來賣的水準！ 令人失望，一定不會再去。後來留意到食店是屬於Bar Pacific，就知道做翻老本行的重要性，不擅長就不要做了，給人一次不好的經驗，下次不會再去。但好彩員工服務態度不錯，唯一可取！ continue reading
