To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係油塘大本型嘅旺記冰室食午餐呀呢次叫著滑蛋叉燒飯套餐跟嘢飲56紋滑蛋整得幾好幾香滑,叉燒口感就有哋乾身,但同蛋一起食都淋,最衰就叉燒無咩肉味(叉燒話係餐廳自製,食落就差左哋,味道好過普通嘅燒味餐廳少少)呢個價錢來講就見人見智啦,如果味道差少少,小女子就唔會再試第二次嘢飲熱奶茶都差少少,茶味唔出奶較多,呢次叫左少奶,味道都係奶味重過茶味,證明哋茶好普通,喜歡飲奶茶嘅你要注意啦**另呢次午餐味道就可以,但性價比就唔值 continue reading

假日訓晏咗起身就想去茶餐廳坐吓, 延續懶洋洋的一天。嚟到大本型嘅『旺記冰室』, 既然係推首选,要試試『自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯』 出名嘅係佢自家製甜豉油。份量覺得偏細, 男生可能唔夠飽~ 因為我哋唔算大食但係都可以成碟ko!日本蛋夠滑,不過唔夠蛋香。 飯夠軟熟,唔算黏口。 叉燒少少肥,都ok嘅唔會好乾。整體唔錯但又未至於有太大驚喜。Follow IG 可以加大 飲品. 可以看見這杯加大嘅凍奶茶和另一杯標準size😂😋 相差都好遠。鮮茄濃湯五餐肉粉通粉。 餐肉嘅外皮好奇怪, 唔似係煎香,好似係炸過定係微波爐叮到咁呢? 比較喜歡傳統一塊。 鮮茄濃湯味道單調了一點, 偏酸唔太濃郁嘅蕃茄味。還好通粉唔會煮得好冧。厚麥多士烤過都好鬆軟, 薄薄的牛油多士配炒滑蛋就是茶餐的精髓!鮮忌廉雞湯鮑魚火腿絲茶餐有點似忌廉罐頭忌廉湯加雞湯的稀釋板~ 正正常常湯底冇咩驚喜。留意呢度嘅茶餐要成三點先開始。埋單三位盛惠近150蚊, 新派冰室嘅起步價 ( 下午茶時段), 也不知從何時開始習慣了~ continue reading

放日同老公無事做落街食個午餐呢個蕃茄湯通粉加午餐肉竟然有驚喜,蕃茄味好濃郁再配埋炒蛋多士。炒蛋一定唔可以過熟,佢做到半生熟好滑冰室環境清潔都好好,又好食又安心。 continue reading
