本身喺九龍返工,專登去灣仔揾朋友食lunch, 佢推介食旺記茶餐廳。

我其實不太喜歡食茶餐廳,但友人話真係好好食,好想帶我去試,盛意權權下,就去試下啦。點知,真係三顧草盧,去第三次先食到!

今日出灣仔工作,順便趁機會試試。店面不大,午餐時間,特別多打工仔排隊,只好買外賣返公司食。點了招牌叉燒蝦仁雙拼滑蛋飯($59),午餐跟一杯飯品。飯量不算太大,女士食量應該剛剛好。白飯底,飯底加了甜鼓油,乾身啲會更好蝦仁有3-4隻,爽口彈牙。薄切叉燒有5-6件,未見出色,可能個人比較喜歡掛汁和厚切的口感。我下次應該揀蝦仁滑蛋飯滑蛋炒得滑身,返公司15分鐘路程原本擔心會焗熟變老,幸好打開時仲係僅熟狀態

今次已是第二次光顧此食店。平日經過都排了十個人的人龍,所以都避之唯恐不及。但我發現原來每星期六,星期日早上都會比較少人不用排隊等候,所以都會趁這些時間幫襯。上次吃過通粉早餐,今次由於不肚餓的緣故,所以點了三文治餐:免治牛肉花生醬生菜炒蛋,原本覺得這個組合相當另類,但看過它的相片又很想一試。點這個需要等10分鐘,所以大家想吃但趕時間便要留意。三文治上枱時會聞到濃濃的花生醬香味,生菜是切絲混入蛋醬中炒的,所以不會在吃時散落四周,相當貼心。炒蛋的分量非常充足,是整份三文治的重要主體,假如你喜歡炒蛋也會喜歡這個三文治的。薑汁奶茶也是有濃香的薑味,但卻完全不辛辣,奶茶亦夠濃郁,兩個口味相當平衡,不會被搶風頭。

旺記的五香肉丁是”熟”而有少少肥的。不是什麼珍饈但我覺得吃到了小時候喜歡的肉丁!加上麵是湯而不是水,滑蛋繼續水準之作,加起來十分滿足。

聽人講食物不錯,趁lunch同同事一齊試下,已經一早拎左飛,等左10分鐘,終於有位,諗住可以試,點知原來係一張2人台(我地總共4人)加多張摺既台,但位置係角落位,角落到係你要靠住店鋪裝滿東西既鐵架坐,所以我地話想轉位或再等一等,但店鋪職員好大聲咁呼喝(我地咁覺得)「無呀,無晒位,個個都等緊,再等都無位!」好!我地走!就算再好食既食物,服務員咁真係嚇怕!

次次經過灣仔記冰室都一定會好多人排隊,無論係堂食定外賣,都會好多人等緊。難等今日11點幾未算今流高鋒,唔駛排隊,決定試一試。鋪頭唔算大間,入面既座位其實有d窄食物款式唔會好多選擇,所以岩哂有選擇困難症既人。知道呢度出名滑蛋飯,所以我叫個自家製叉燒滑蛋飯食。問心個飯其實係好普通,但叉燒炒蛋非常之大塊,成碟飯都比佢遮住😱但叉燒好軟腍,加入左小小蔥,成落好香。成碟飯最精選既應該係鼓油,鼓油唔會覺得鹹,用黎撈飯食就岩哂👍🏾👍🏾

但叉燒好軟腍,加入左小小蔥,成落好香。

灣仔既打工仔應該對呢間茶記一D都唔會陌生!傳說中嘅旺記,lunch hour永遠都超多人排隊,今次派左朋友早D拎籌,終於趕到系lunch hour試到佢!完全冇令我失望!係一間好高質嘅茶記!-午5 特濃蕃茄湯 午餐肉粒 通粉+牛油包多士+炒滑蛋($48)$50 都唔洗,就有個足料茶餐,午餐肉粒煎到極之香脆,蕃茄湯亦極足料!牛油包多士係有俾心機烘唔係薄EE果D。仲有!炒滑蛋真係非常之出色,又滑又重牛奶味~食完呢個lunch真係made my day ar~-呢到仲有個招牌菜叉燒滑蛋飯,有機會要再試。建議非打工仔可以揀非平日嘅時間來試,咁就唔洗等咁耐啦。

平時lunchtime經過一定大排長龍,今次下午茶時間去到,全場坐滿但係都唔洗點等位就入得,既然唔洗等位,就一於去試下點解佢咁多人食~-我地咁遲去都好好彩仲有得嗌佢個皇牌,滑蛋叉燒飯。-滑蛋叉燒飯配秘製甜豉油 $54其實只係一個好普通嘅滑蛋叉燒飯,滑蛋選用優質日本雞蛋,好滑溜,但係叉燒我覺得有點兒瘦同乾,但係我覺得個重點其實係個甜豉油,用黎撈飯一流,平日細食既我都可以食得哂成碟飯!-環境略嫌太迫,座位都好窄,不過環境尚算企理。整體黎講,自己認為叫做唔錯啦,但如果要排隊食既話,灣仔都仲有好多其他選擇~

其實只係一個好普通嘅滑蛋叉燒飯,滑蛋選用優質日本雞蛋,好滑溜,但係叉燒我覺得有點兒瘦同乾,但係我覺得個重點其實係個甜豉油,用黎撈飯一流,平日細食既我都可以食得哂成碟飯!
