在灣仔上班,lunch時間只有緊緊的1小時,好多時食lunch都好少選擇要排很久的餐廳。不過朋友好好,特意先早一點取號,到我到達餐廳時剛好有位,於是有機會一試頗有名的旺記滑蛋啦~我們都是點了餐牌中的滑蛋餐,我就試左滑蛋叉燒飯。蛋果然好滑而且比想像中厚身,自家製叉燒口感尚可,配上豉油的確是不錯,但個人覺得豉油有點多,食多幾口會覺得咸。建議豉油可以分開上,讓食客自行按自己口味落豉油。總體而言,滑蛋值得一試,有機會會再到旺記~

朋友推介,餐廳主打日本蛋看落幾吸引啊,其實以前我在中上環食過類似滑蛋叉燒飯這餐廳講到他們所有蛋系來自日本蛋,過來試下啦蛋包住飯,蛋整得好薄,自然口感較滑叉燒被滑蛋沖淡左叉燒本身的香味,叉燒半肥瘦,肉質一般,食這個蛋包飯系靠甜豉油,無甜豉油,這飯系不好食,白飯無什麼特別,好普通這咖啡系越飲越香感覺一般,不特別,但好多人等半個鐘都要食,各人喜好常開著門,有開冷氣等於無開,越食越出汗,大家想試最好冬天排隊食餐廳晚上6點後不營業

❣日本滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙併飯($60)
佢highlight 自己用日本蛋食材,個蛋食落又真係超。級。嫩。滑!又有蛋香味,應該唔係加蛋粉黎炒。另一樣就係自製甜豉油,令到個滑蛋飯好好食,同埋食過幾次啲豉油唔多又唔太少啱啱好。叉燒係偏瘦,啱曬我呢啲怕食肥肉嘅人啦。蝦仁好正,一黎夠大隻而且炒得剛熟,爽口,一啲都唔老呀,真係好新鮮好彈牙!
不過外買飯量有點小,女仔就啱啱好,男士未必夠~

一向都知呢間餐廳多人排隊,但因為我朋友放飯時間比我早,可以排隊先,就不妨一試。朋友排左半個鐘,我剛好到達,職員亦剛好叫到我們的號碼。餐廳裡大半人都點了最出名的滑蛋飯,咁當然都要一試啦。食物於十分鐘後送上,滑蛋好滑,叉燒有d肥,豉油係碟底,係好食既,但食食下覺得好飽,可能因為食左太多蛋同油。飲品點了熱檸茶,正正常常。當我同朋友差唔多飲完既時候,職員突然話夠鐘要走,我極之愕然,下,原來有時間限制架...我自問都食得快,但限時半個鐘就真係有d過份,即係要人三扒兩撥食曬佢,等佢可以做下一輪生意...究竟等半小時值唔值呢?

是日午餐,由於有同事於某平台睇到灣仔區有網紅店的分店,睇住地圖就去一試究竟去到的時候還在門口等左一陣先有位第一感覺就是員工真多,雖然是無關重要網上睇就是比較多人叫叉燒滑蛋飯,不過既然來試,就決定來個雙拼,畢竟滿足兩個願望咯,加多杯咸檸七過左一陣就來啦碟頭飯加蛋包飯都造型,還算正常不過認真睇個蝦仁,普遍的冰鮮蝦樣,果然啊食落去無味意料之中咯,不過都正常。不過至於個叉燒嘛,看真點個顏色呢,嗯…相對燒味店那種就顯得暗啞無色,食落去呢,犀利咯,完美的似我之前食過的過夜叉燒,應該唔會掛!?至於蛋,加埋豉油(似包裝那種味道,雖然話是自家製)算是全個飯最正常的。咸檸七,正常味道總結來講,呢個價錢食呢碟野,我就覺得唔掂咯,另外幫個同事買份外賣,係隔離叫左幾聲,先望過來,好似啞左甘點下頭,哼╯^╰性價比唔得咯,不過都可能是我唔好彩咯~

不過至於個叉燒嘛,看真點個顏色呢,嗯…相對燒味店那種就顯得暗啞無色,食落去呢,犀利咯,完美的似我之前食過的過夜叉燒,應該唔會掛!?
至於蛋,加埋豉油(似包裝那種味道,雖然話是自家製)算是全個飯最正常的。
