To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. "招牌"沙嗲牛肉雞湯公仔麵: 味道只是屬正常, 十間茶餐廳, 都有8間茶餐廳做到此水準. 雞湯都係正常, 公仔麵係爽的, 可以的. 沙嗲牛肉味道也只是可以, 或者沙嗲未夠濃香, 牛肉是靚的.
牛油多士: 麻麻.

我係第一個客佢表示全即制預咗等,約5分鐘炒蛋到之後通粉到勒,
特濃湯通~好明顯見到條分界線,一面係湯質地,另一面比較杰身,食時要撈番均佢,湯唔熱只係暖,午餐肉粒比較乾及室溫度, 通粉偏”有咬口”質地。
炒蛋~ok嘅滑嘅熱嘅,係應有嘅炒蛋,多士正常。

灣仔區$50以下(凍飲加$2共$48) 算係咁,不過食物可以再熱啲就好勒~
後話~四眼叔叔有禮貌同對一啲問題有解釋嘅,係講嘢冇尾音,好似有個大媽一個人黎叔叔問佢幾多人佢話3個,咁叔叔問大約幾耐到大媽答坐緊車黎,因為開始多客,咁叔叔都問5分鐘內會唔會多一個黎,佢話唔知,咁叔叔都話其實有寫齊人入座,不過你坐住先如果太耐,可能會有人搭住檯,叔叔已經講得好婉轉,最後大約半個鐘係我走時大媽都係一個人坐張四人檯,叫咗兩個餐一個轉外賣,有時話舖店冇禮貌好多時係太多奧客做成
戴返頭盔先,我覺得好唔好食≠你覺得好唔好食,好唔好食因人而異。
入到去得一個比較老既職員係正常,另一位職員擺野落枱面都好晦氣咁,果位鬍鬚仔職員收銀果陣都兵鈴嘭唥好似發脾氣咁,不過公道啲咁講,佢地無特別針對我,因為佢地對個個客都係服務態度咁差,對個個客都係呼呼喝喝咁。
係幾十蚊一個餐,唔算貴又唔算平啦,唔係要你五星級服務,但可唔可以有返少少人類應該要有既禮貌?
食物質素係正常,但老實講,無咩特別,其他地方都可以食到,同埋呢到好逼,坐得唔舒服,灣仔都好多選擇,所以真係無必要受呢啲氣。不會再光顧。
