To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很少會打食評,但我今次都忍唔到。我雙手手持重物進入餐廳,但被要求使用安心出行或者手寫登記,但我表示先搵位擺低手持物,再安心出行但被刁難。經過兩,三句溝通,極度惡劣地講咁你自己搵位啦,自己出黎填字。都算搞完一輪,班姐姐4,5個圍埋傾偈,兩,三次呼喚仍然眼望一望繼續傾偈,我放工想食個早餐,入門口又被刁難,坐低之後想落單又不作理會。呢間係一間咩餐廳,食物質素無問題,但因服務質素影響大概不再光顧 continue reading

在疫情之下,大家都知道戴口罩的重要性。戴咗口罩只能作為第一層防線,並不代表可以不斷說話、不斷高叫!員工在這裏戴着口罩,由門面叫到去水吧,高聲呼叫!圍埋午餐,脫下口罩,繼續高談闊論。縱使店舖張貼了大量”靜音進食三部曲”等等宣傳紙牌,但請只是給食客跟隨,店員卻沒有遵守。這些防疫隔板叫我們真的可以安心用餐嗎? continue reading

去年12月曾吃過這裏的早餐,味道不錯。今天到附近,即管又再品嚐。因為疫情關係,又適逢星期日,為了避開人群,外賣為上策。今次首次試用openrice app的外賣自取功能,操作簡單又暢順。由落單到取食物需23分鐘,快慢可能取決於餐廳的接單時間。我落單後,初時以為已ok,但想想會不會app/板面有問題,因為隔一陣還見到“loading"icon,最後經過8分鐘後才真正接單,不過製作時間都只是14分鐘,所以不會超出30分鐘的承諾。食物方面,熱奶茶保持水準,茶香、奶足,一包仔糖剛剛好。麵餸和湯分開放,因有事忙,稍後才翻熱食物和湯,味道仍像剛出餐的模樣,讚。 continue reading
