慶祝媽媽生日，選擇了時代廣場的「十里」。環境裝修好靚，食物擺設，配色很靚，媽媽話好似藝術品😂食物質素亦不錯，其中有一道菜「古法蒸小黃魚配紫蘇麵」，小黃魚剔晒所有魚刺，然後整條捲起來蒸，食上口啖啖肉，可見廚藝及心思，非常值得推介。

Had an absolutely delightful dinner at “十里” in Causeway Bay Times Square! This restaurant specializes in Shanghai and Huaiyang cuisine, and we couldn’t resist trying their signature dishes. The highlights of our meal were the fragrant and smoky Jasmine Tea-Smoked Fish, the indulgent Lobster Tower with Avocado Salad, the nourishing Chicken Soup with Abalone and Coconut, the flavorful Dragon Grouper and Lamb Soup, the tangy and refreshing Sour Soup with Osmanthus Fish, and the unique and tasty Stir-Fried Purple Yam.To top it all off, we savored the exquisite aroma and flavor of the Tea-Smoked Pigeon and ended our meal on a sweet note with the Coconut Milk and Egg White Soup with Mini Glutinous Rice Balls. Every dish was a true culinary masterpiece, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing flavors and textures.If you’re a fan of Shanghai and Huaiyang cuisine, “十里” is a must-visit. The attention to detail in their ingredients, freshness, knife skills, and cooking techniques is truly impressive. To sum it up, our dinner at “十里” was a gastronomic adventure that left us craving for more. The ambiance, service, and presentation were all top-notch, making it a memorable dining experience. 2115催埋單，2130走黎打斷我哋傾偈：「提提你，我哋收十點。」起初點菜時有考慮過開支紅酒，最後興幸我哋冇開，係正確嘅決定。呢度嘢食OK，環境還可以，可惜咁嘅服務態度。

《十里》食物質素正常。但我最想評論嘅係服務員態度。當日我同朋友慶祝，所以揀咗《十里》。訂座安排嘅位置，我好滿意。有privacy 又舒服。後來我朋友手機嚴重冇電，但我亦都冇帶充電寶。朋友就問服務員A女士：「呢度有冇得叉電？」服務員A唔使諗就話冇。過咗一陣我朋友見到服務員B女士，問同一個問題，服務員B都係答冇，但係佢有解釋，話之前10個插頭或充電寶都俾人偷咗。佢跟住問我朋友有冇帶叉電線，有就可以用我哋座位旁嘅叉電座。嗰刻我好驚喜，冇諗過座位隔離可以有叉電咁方便。好可惜我朋友帶嘅線係iPhone最新嘅線唔係USB頭，用唔到。同時嗰一刻我都好疑惑，點解服務員A無提出呢個方案？我朋友唔放棄，跟住有一位服務員C先生，我朋友問佢有冇叉電線可以借。呢位服務員C服務態度非常好。佢問我朋友信唔信得過佢，信得過可以將個電話交俾佢，我朋友因為實在太急需要電，佢答信得過，並一手將電話交俾服務員C。服務員C就喺我哋面前將我朋友電話攞去我哋睇到嘅地方叉電。佢後來仲問我朋友可唔可以等到3:30pm 因為3:30pm就可以叉到100%。我朋友話唔使，差到50%已經可以。服務員C就話：「差到50%我再話你知。」我真係非常滿意呢一位服務員C嘅服務態度，因為佢真正go the extra mile 嘗試幫客人解決問題。我係老細我都會想請/留住咁嘅員工。我決定喺OpenRice度公開表揚佢。同時我想彈第一位服務員A，佢嘅服務態度最唔掂。呢間餐廳嘢食真係唔算平，一個龍蝦泡飯$500左右一碗普通正常size 。俾得咁嘅價錢食飯老實講我對服務態度係有期望。 服務員C先生嘅服務態度才絕對符合呢啲價格。大佬，服務員A女士，我唔係去茶餐廳呀。
