來到一間位於中環SoHo區新開的意式餐廳,以北歐風裝修的風格,燈光的柔和讓人有一種舒適溫暖的感覺。餐牌上食物的價位大約$58-$148不等,今次我最有興趣就是食招牌的手工意粉。🍝👨🏻🍳✨ Shrimp Mayo with mango and crab roe($108),先點上了一份開胃前菜,隻隻彈牙的蝦仁配上芒果同蟹籽放在蛋黃醬上,在塗上麵包上,真是豐富又開胃。🥭🦀🥖✨ Mushroom with cream sauce farfalle ($128),一粒粒手工蝴蝶粉很有質感,咬口十足,忌廉汁和芝士非常濃郁,每一啖都很滋味。🍄🍝✨ Pesto cream chicken farfalle($138),另一款是手工螺絲粉,醬汁用上意大利的香草青醬配忌廉,雞肉塊塊軟熟嫩滑,整碟螺絲粉感覺味道清新。🐥🍝✨ Piccolo Latte ($38),口感順滑,咖啡味濃郁,奶泡細膩,晚上細細杯,幾有滿足感。☕️🥛✨ Matcha Latte ($52),奶味甜滑,抹茶入口香醇,還有回甘的味道。🍵🥛

今晚同朋友去咗中環SOGO區嘅MOMA食飯,呢度嘅北歐風格裝修令人覺得簡單得來又好舒服,店員話佢哋餐廳主打手工意粉、新派餐點同埋精品咖啡,絕對係同閨蜜聚會嘅好地方。🍝 Pesto Cream Chicken Fusilli:青醬忌廉好開胃,而且螺絲粉煙韌得來,味道層次豐富,雞肉嫩滑,絕對係我嘅心頭好!🍝 Butter Cream Seasonal Mixed Seafood Conchiglioni:呢道手工意粉用咗時令海鮮,包括帶子、青口同埋大蝦。帶子稍為煎香咗,青口鮮甜,大蝦爽脆,Butter Cream醬汁香滑,海鮮嘅鮮味同醬汁好夾,手工意粉會比較硬同埋粗身,掛滿咗醬汁,令人回味無窮!🍤 Shrimp Mayo with Mango and Crab Roe:呢道前菜嘅蝦肉爽脆,芒果嘅甜味同蟹子嘅鹹香,配搭得宜,係開胃嘅好選擇!🍮 甜品方面,每日嘅款式都唔一樣,今日嘅special係奶茶味奶凍,蘋果肉同埋蘋果乾,酸酸甜甜,奶茶奶凍口感幼滑,奶茶味濃郁,係一款唔會太甜嘅完美ending!

🍝dried tomato farfalle $128呢間餐廳果然係出名食手工意粉 嗰蝴蝶粉真係幾有咬口 啲汁都好足 不過呢碟係素食 唔介意冇肉嘅朋友仔可以去試下ꔛ♡🍝pesto cream chicken farfalle $138呢碟係我朋友叫嘅 試完覺得仲好食過我個碟.ᐟ.ᐟ嗰青醬又creamy又香 仲有pine nuts 超加分!啲雞肉亦都完全唔乾 所有野都好perfect 呢碟真係必試 ♡🥐chocolate danish $28呢個有啲失望 本來見其他人po嗰啲朱古力醬好澎湃 但我嗰個竟然冇乜醬 啲醬仲側晒去一邊˙◠˙同埋個包係凍嘅❆ 唔知係我唔好彩定點坐得幾舒服 唔會趕你走 不過嗰location少cake 由中環站出嘅話要上斜 行大約10分鐘(><)📍MOMA (中環)中環蘇豪士丹頓街22號地舖
