來到一間位於中環SoHo區新開的意式餐廳,以北歐風裝修的風格,燈光的柔和讓人有一種舒適溫暖的感覺。餐牌上食物的價位大約$58-$148不等,今次我最有興趣就是食招牌的手工意粉。🍝👨🏻🍳✨ Shrimp Mayo with mango and crab roe($108),先點上了一份開胃前菜,隻隻彈牙的蝦仁配上芒果同蟹籽放在蛋黃醬上,在塗上麵包上,真是豐富又開胃。🥭🦀🥖✨ Mushroom with cream sauce farfalle ($128),一粒粒手工蝴蝶粉很有質感,咬口十足,忌廉汁和芝士非常濃郁,每一啖都很滋味。🍄🍝✨ Pesto cream chicken farfalle($138),另一款是手工螺絲粉,醬汁用上意大利的香草青醬配忌廉,雞肉塊塊軟熟嫩滑,整碟螺絲粉感覺味道清新。🐥🍝✨ Piccolo Latte ($38),口感順滑,咖啡味濃郁,奶泡細膩,晚上細細杯,幾有滿足感。☕️🥛✨ Matcha Latte ($52),奶味甜滑,抹茶入口香醇,還有回甘的味道。🍵🥛

❣️最近竟然係中環發現北歐風格,又高性價比西餐,仲要堅持保持食物天然味道,夠曬健康❣️個人推介點個🐔,真係好用心🐔sous vide whole us chicken $228- 用上慢煮方法,無調味但出乎意料幾好味,連雞胸都嫩滑juicy,外皮又夠脆🦐Shrimp mayo and crab roe $108- 醬料酸酸甜甜,配上粒粒蝦肉同芒果,幾refrsshing🍝dried tomato farfalle $128- 乾番茄搭配鮮蕃茄,好濃番茄味道,滋味香口⭐️建議大家可以點埋brownie,好rich 滑香朱古力texture夾上花生醬香,濃厚得來又唔算好甜下次經過中環有高性價比選擇啦!
