This is one of the local Hong Kong style restaurants in the Hong Kong Island western district. They serve the very local Hong Kong style food. One thing good about them is, they open very early, so this is one of my favourite places to eat after drinking. They’re officially open from 05:00-17:00, but most of the time, they are already open from 4am. Can’t go wrong with their breakfast! 呢間茶餐廳有度好就係，佢好早開門。雖然佢哋話五點開門，不過好多時四點都已經開咗。有時夜晚飲完酒，當佢食個宵夜都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。呢度啲嘢食唔錯嘅，都可以試吓。佢啲嘢都幾有鑊氣嘅。

摩登是一間簡單的港式茶餐廳。我點了兩份蛋牛治烘底外賣，即叫即製。蛋跟牛肉份量足料。要知道坊間很多茶餐廳，麵包就大塊，中間的蛋呀、餐肉呀、火腿呀，只得一點點。叫得做港式茶餐廳，最重要就是杯奶茶。摩登的奶茶，茶味香濃，跟奶的比例剛剛好。但是我是買外賣，竟然沒有單次用的糖包，要由店員控制甜度。幸好叫了少甜就真係少甜，算合格啦。另外點一杯好立克，做法只是開粉，問題不大。最後，摩登只開到六點，晚上想飲奶茶就沒機會了。

超好食的！又唔貴！中學食到大，幾冷門既碟頭飯，機本上叫得出既都有，重要係好食！證明大㕑功架十足。呢個椒監骨飯食咁多年水凖依舊，揾唔到其他地方比佢更好食。一定要跟炒底，超香口，食完上番去上常訓教，啱啱好。
