店舖牛頭角的街道,位置容易找到。椰汁雞湯,有點像冬蔭功湯的味道,但多了點椰奶的香氣,湯底配料也很足夠,雞肉煮得很軟。很喜歡泰式的茄子在這湯裡,吸盡椰汁雞湯的湯汁,但仍保留本來食物本質的味道。青咖哩雞肉,肉類煮得軟嫰,不會過老。椰奶味道比例適中,與咖哩的辣味配合得剛剛好,很下飯。老闆說有新鮮的蟹,所以我們點了這蟹肉炒飯,果真不負所望,味道很不錯。吃得出一絲絲的蟹肉絲,不會有腥味,肉質鮮甜,令炒飯本身的油膩感也減走了。 continue reading

又有啲同事介紹我去遠啲嘅地方食個平價午餐齋聽個銀碼,唔超過$50有嘢食有嘢飲都幾吸引嘅仲要係泰國嘢添即管去試一試去到見到門口個餐牌寫住特價午餐每款都係$42嘩抵喎如果你唔飲嘢就真係$42可以埋單但係飲埋野都係加多$5咋喎我睇咗好耐......大眼同事仔推介我食茄子碎肉飯,咁我呢個有選擇困難症嘅人,就幫我解決咗啦果然冇介紹錯啲肉碎辣辣地配埋啲茄子飯底又係我鍾意食嘅硬度👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我加咗龍眼冰都係$47咋性價比真係好高喎而且啲飯份量都唔算好細啊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻不過環境就麻麻哋🙈Ps: 我試咗其他同事各一啖嘅午餐性價比最高嘅係菠蘿炒飯👍🏻其他都好好食👏🏻👏🏻 continue reading

牛頭角食泰國菜,呢間都可算係首選,三個字︰平靚正。再多一樣︰夠地道。星期一至五大約一點嚟到通常都唔使等,不過都已經就坐滿。嚟呢度食基本上係真係食食物本身價值,唔係環境服務,因為鋪面台櫈比茶記更茶記,但服務員保持一貫泰國朋友優良友善傳統。唔知由幾時開始加左價,不過仲係有性價比。我可以無限encore嘅豬手飯,有半隻蛋同少少酸菜,夠諗夠入味,成個口味唔會過份濃,惹味得嚟帶清爽,份量唔多但夠送飯海南雞飯,望下周圍一定好多人食緊呢樣,口感清爽pad thai都成日食,加左價之後份量反而少左,但係味道依舊有水準,粉同配菜比例適中,所以口感不俗,亦唔會得聞落去香,食落唔夠味,真係做到色香味俱全蝦醬炒通菜,第一次叫,菜葉索晒汁,唔會過咸,好惹味豬頸肉沙律,都係第一次叫,全部人一致大讚,豬頸肉份量足夠大件,食落仲好爽,醬汁酸酸辣辣好惹味,配埋西芹嘅脆,同肉嘅爽,不能更開胃夏天可以加杯龍眼冰,一啲都唔死甜,唔會令你飲果陣爽,返到去口干死呢間野其實已經食左好多次,串燒,生菜包,湯粉從來冇中過伏。lunch基本上個個都係叫碟頭飯面,不過因為價錢唔貴,建議兩人或以上嚟食,仲可以夾埋share試下啲小菜,因為真係好唔錯。呢間我會以不斷翻兜舊菜同加試新菜嘅形式繼續幫襯! continue reading

夜晚收工同男朋友入住新開的「工業家酒店」,一路行去check in,發現夜晚在牛頭角原來無乜餐廳食,間間都好早閂門。(咁啲人OT食乜?)然後酒店職員叫我們過去定業街呢邊望下,有幾間揀,結果食到呢間泰國菜,出奇地好食!點解會行入去,係因為見佢舖頭細細又up dup但係都多人坐(相對其他舖),同埋在出面聞到啲味都好香,價錢都算合理~飲杯龍眼冰($20)開心下,有少少淡,但係都好飲既泰式蝦炒金邊粉($89),不錯!食落唔覺油膩~唔heavy串燒沙嗲($62)係呢個菜式驚艷咗我而特登黎打呢篇openrice!有雞有豬,各3串,雞肉好嫩滑,味道好濃郁,上等之作!呢個就menu無既,但貼在牆上的圖片就有,$100碟,都好食~結論:推薦呢一間! continue reading
