2020年11月21日。晴。灣仔。返工有時會喺呢區食lunch,之前見到呢間日本餐廳想試,但又唔想平時lunchtime趕頭趕命咁食趁呢日行開附近,專登試試~出𨋢就見到呢個有氣勢嘅招牌~餐牌都設計得好靚!!!!有午巿精選,為選擇困難症患者提供某程度嘅幫助仲有一版,呵呵~餐具都好靚,符合番餐廳風格~(好鍾意對木筷子,極幼身,夾嘢好好用!)前菜一開始上嘅呢個前菜睇唔清係咩嘢嚟夾起就知係雞腎,但我唔食內臟,諗住成碟畀男朋友之際。。。發現原來入面仲有細粒蜆肉~~~~漬蜆肉好少見,醃得好入味,但又唔會太鹹,正!好快咁就食晒啲蜆肉粒先畀啲雞腎男朋友食~~~沙律食完前菜食番個清新嘅沙律,可以平衡番個味覺~跟住落嚟食好嘢都滋味啲~銀鱈西京燒定食,$188呢個鱈魚嘅造型幾靚,上面嗰條本身以為係類似蔥嘅物體,點知男朋友食咗話係酸嘅,原來都係漬物嚟!唔好睇條魚個樣普普通通,個肉質無敵軟滑!!!蒸魚都唔夠佢咁滑!另外燒魚個汁嘅鹹甜比例做得非常好~而且可能條魚事先醃過(?!),調味唔係流於表面,仲滲埋入魚肉入面~點沙律醬嘅話會再有埋creamy嘅口感,但個人鍾意就咁食多啲~自選迷你飯(三款),$198有六款揀,可以任揀三款~我哋就揀咗雜錦魚生飯、碎蔥吞拿魚腩飯,同埋三文魚拼三文魚籽飯雖然個名叫迷你,但估唔到飯量都唔少!平時自己比較少食碎吞拿魚腩飯/軍艦,呢度食嘅呢個又好驚喜喎!我加咗豉油之後成個飯撈勻再食,吞拿魚腩有個軟綿綿嘅口感,又會食到吞拿魚嘅油脂~平時就咁成嚿吞拿魚腩咁食嘅話會好滯,但咁樣撈埋又一啲都唔膩,唔錯!茶碗蒸茶碗蒸好早就上咗,但我哋都係食完飯先食佢~當佢甜品咁(雖然佢係鹹嘅)~食完就好滿足~~甜品食完茶碗蒸諗住去個廁所就走之際,原來仲有真甜品!!!甜品係紅豆抹茶奶凍~~~~奶凍creamy,抹茶味濃!!好好味~~~食咗咁多咁多嘢,每人$200多啲,幾抵食! continue reading

餐廳兩大元素為水同木,裝潢以木色為主,並以白色米色為輔助色,色彩既選擇為餐廳帶來日式禪意風格,令人感到格外閒適寫意,另外藍色代表水元素,隔板既玻璃正正係藍色。水木既餐具亦相當具質感,不過隻碟令我密集恐懼症發作🤣- 前菜三点三款前菜之中有我最鍾意既牛蒡,甜甜地口感爽脆😍- 時令刺身五点本身以為有拖羅或海膽🤔不過呢五款刺身都好新鮮,包括三文魚、赤貝、帶子同吞拿魚。- 北海道薯仔沙律薯仔沙律口感似薯蓉,非常綿滑,食完又唔會話好頂肚。- 日式汁燒鮑魚餐廳預先將飽魚切成四小件,方便客人進食。飽魚炆得好入味,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,飽魚底下仲有蔬菜,一樣入晒味。- 鹿兒島霜降A4和牛串燒和牛串燒不得了,和牛上面灑上炸蒜同香蔥,外皮燒到香口,入口即化,油脂好似瀑布咁湧入口腔內😋- 雜錦天婦羅雜錦指蝦、青椒、蕃薯同茄子,上枱仍然熱辣辣,炸衣好薄,油炸得唔油膩,仍然食到蔬菜同蝦既甜味。- 野菜稻庭烏冬最後以稻庭烏冬作結,稻庭烏冬煙韌無比,掛湯能力高,湯底清甜,配上金針菇、蘿蔔同蔬菜,簡單就是美。以上既飽魚套餐價值$1288,每道菜式質素中上,加上餐廳既迷人禪意風格,你值得擁有🤣 continue reading

今日試咗間高級日本料理,新開嘅,覺得物超所值,因為每一味菜,都非常有質素。首先想講我餐廳非常闊落,每一台客都有一定嘅距離,坐得舒適。如果一大班人你仲可以book間房,應該冇額外收費嘅。首先叫咗兩款小食,就係紫菜白飯魚干同埋芥末八爪魚。前者非常香口,可以點醬食又得,唔點都好味,一啲都唔鹹。後者食得出係高級嘅,芥末味唔重,但已經有微微攻鼻嘅感覺。八爪魚非常新鮮。另外叫咗個雜錦刺身,有南非鮑魚,海膽,深海池魚,赤背和金目鯛。樣樣都好靚好新鮮。個人覺得深海池魚最好味,魚味好重,點少少豉油,更加提鮮。每一切份量都好足。海膽色澤唔錯,食落冇腥味,甜甜地。另外叫咗個炸富山灣寶石蝦,店員話呢個係日本河蝦。望落揸得唔錯,因為一啲都唔油膩,仲要可以成條食,真係非常脆口,10分推介。點少少檸檬汁食,油膩感更加減少,另一番風味。點左個黑松露洋蔥沙律,依味菜最體驗唔到嘅係師傅嘅刀工,因為洋蔥切絲並唔係咁容易。餐廳亦都唔吝嗇黑松露,兩者嘅搭配亦都非常配合。好味好味。另外點條燒魚,係石蚌魚。賣相好靚仔,條魚好似活生生係你面前咁。燒得唔錯,外皮小燶,魚肉保持應有嘅水份。另外仲要見到條魚嘅眼珠突出嚟,證明樣唔係死魚,一定新鮮。尾聲叫咗個雜錦天婦羅,呢度嘅炸物真係炸得唔錯。有南瓜茄子同大蝦,外皮一啲都唔粉,脆得好工整。最後叫咗個烏冬,正常嘅手打烏冬,湯底清甜。最後仲有甜品送添。總結:餐廳食材新鮮,感受到老闆用心挑選,廚師刀工亦都好好。食得出一分錢一分貨嘅感覺。 continue reading

好耐之前食過一次水木,其實果次係食咩我唔係好記得😅淨係記得餐廳成個格局係同現址好吾一樣,睇番OpenRice先知原來真係搬咗。冇記錯嘅話以前都係盧押道,唔知點解好多食店都係搬去好就近嘅位置,可能涉及到租約問題?不過我本身都係灣仔返工唔驚嘅,我去都好近。比較划算嘅系精選套餐,雖然價錢都吾系平🙊但以日式嘅omakase黎講,兩個人都係講緊千二蚊多啲,其實真係算抵😳貴嗰啲一個人都成千幾蚊。前菜3點系芥末八爪魚、鱈魚子腸同埋紅薑。芥末八爪魚嘅芥末味其實唔會話好重,幾啱唔係好食得辣但係又會想試吓嘅人,八爪魚煙煙韌韌。最好食係鱈魚子腸,一睇以為係玉子🤣🍣 時令刺身5點有中拖羅、海膽、池魚、鮑魚、金目鯛。由中拖羅開始食起,中拖羅一向偏向油膩,食落油脂系勁豐富😍食完油味仍然會喺口入面徘徊😝海膽我一向麻麻地,但佢整得一啲都吾腥👍🏼池魚嘅口感十分結實。鮑魚刺身就新鮮😊凍食都可以好好食。金目鯛我真系第一次食,表面戈層皮系煎過,香口非常👅成舊嘅口感有啲似煎魚柳。🥔 北海道薯仔沙律薯仔比我想像中大,份量吾會吝嗇,連埋沙律食都幾足夠。🐟 日式汁煮鮑魚鮑魚同樣比我想像中大隻🤤廚師好細心咁事先已經幫我地切成數片,食戈陣就吾會話咬得好辛苦。鮑魚經過汁煮後增添咗一份清甜,個味道好似磯煮鮑魚,易咬又好味。🐮 鹿兒島霜降A4和牛串燒鹿兒島霜降仲要系A4和牛,一定要試試啦🤤和牛有兩件,就咁睇都有少少呈現鮮紅色,不過畢竟係串燒就當然唔會係生架啦,好大件所以咬落好juicy😋肉質有啲結實,牛肉鮮嫩,不過都10分美味。🍤 雜錦天婦羅平時如果有天婦羅一定會揀大蝦天婦羅,跟餐嘅係雜錦天婦羅,都系平時戈啲雜錦天婦羅嘅款式:南瓜、蕃薯等等,蔬菜就唔多評論,大蝦佢整得幾脆幾爽口😋🥬 野菜稻庭烏冬野菜有紅蘿蔔、冬菇、生菜,蔬菜都係唔多評論,不過個湯清清地幾健康,清得黎都吾會話太淡,另外真稻庭烏冬食落滑嘟嘟。最後甜品系抹茶紅豆布丁,本身對甜品期望唔高,質素都比我想像中好💚食食落口唔係死甜,系有回甘嘅抹茶味,布丁滑溜溜嘅口感都好正☺️ continue reading
