跟著呢,開始其他主導菜,其中我最鍾意嘅北海道厚岸生蠔,超大隻,有我手掌心咁大。開頭疑惑過,啊太平洋生蠔都係大大隻但係腥,距會唔會呢?啊日本D蠔一向奶味重,點知哩個食落去好Creamy,仲有回甘。


貝類來說,哩個汁煮鮑魚都好正!鮑魚好難煮,但係距煮到好入味好捻,而且上菜時看似完整的鮑魚,原來一早已經好貼心咁幫我地切左好多片👍🏻

燒物呢,首先推介燒吞拿魚鮫。未見過世面的我真係唔知道魚鮫可以成個 hammer stick 咁,超大個,用手拿著的話可以當槌仔用。個魚鮫外皮燒脆,連著啖啖魚鮫肉,個口感可以形容係「魚界的北京填鴨」,大家可以睇圖意會下。

The worst service in Hong Kong! This restaurant is a total scam. We bought 12 course meal on Hokobuy but they only served 7 dishes. They only brought out the remaining dishes reluctantly AFTER we inquired about it. Got home and realised they left out the wagu beef dish!! 日本菜可以好貴亦都可以好平,而朋友帶咗我去呢間水木食嘢。環境清幽,加上本店有現今非常流行的廚師發板,造就了灣仔的一間日本小店。廚師發板的好處是不用決定吃什麼,因此我們都交給師傅決定。首先出場嘅係日本水果番茄北海道(季節性),原來呢種水果番茄算係季節性食品推出,所以餐牌上係冇寫架!出乎意料之外,點上可言的水果番茄味道非常鮮甜,超好食。壽司特性拼盤,比較注目的就是金目鯛、左口魚、左口魚邊、油甘魚腩、中拖、三文魚、海膽、蔥花吞拿魚、三文魚籽。中拖超肥美,一口吃下去入口即溶,感覺非常難忘!罕見的魚是深海魚:金目鯛KINMETAI,經過火炙後還帶淡淡的紅色,肉質細緻鮮美,油脂十足,配上壽司飯啊,口感不錯。右口魚質地軟熟,層次豐富,濃郁甘香。美味海膽串燒燒海鰻 Seasonal, 食落去冇咩骨,非常之方便。外皮燒得剛剛好不會燒焦,魚肉非常多汁,食到舐舐脷。最後點了茄子磚,一磚茄子有九條,兩個人吃得很撐唷!茄子的水份充足,味道極為濃郁,喜歡吃茄子的人不能錯過。口感極為軟熟,像是慢烤了好一段時間,加上微甜的燒汁,味道十分配。
