👍🏻最令我驚艷的一定係鹿兒島黑毛和牛,咬下嫩而多汁入口即溶,牛肉香氣濃郁,配上炸蒜片係另一種風味,真的好好味。


而串燒最推薦係雞肉包墨魚滑、雞皮蝦滑同秘製雞肉棒🍢,雞肉同軟骨嘅粒粒包住墨魚滑,估唔到呢兩樣菜式係match到👍🏻


雞皮蝦滑,雞皮同蝦滑慢火燒至雞皮至金黃,口感順滑香氣十足!


作為店舖的主串燒秘製雞肉棒果然冇令我失望,雞髀肉切碎混合香葱、雞軟骨搓成棒狀,沾上新鮮的蛋黃汁品嘗,更覺惹味。


一飯兩食燒明太子飯團,外皮脆脆地;而另一個食法係將飯團放入茶湯,作茶漬飯享用。


最後,適逢秋刀魚當季,毫不猶豫點左個燒秋刀魚$188試下,叫埋杯黑啤$88,爸爸表示非常滿足。


不得不稱讚Staff態度非常友善,而且打成一片,作為食客今餐真係食得好開心!

久違跟我好友吃飯, 因妹友快生日, 所以找了間好餐廳慶賀一下~我們各自點了鹿兒島黑毛和牛及日本時令海鮮的廚師發辦~ 每位都是$688, 但這餐真的太豐盛好吃~首先是前菜, 有芥末八爪魚及漬物。芥末八爪魚相當嫩及鮮甜, 加上芥末超惹味。而漬物則很開胃。接著是沙拉, 一樣很鮮甜, 日本的蕃茄很多水鮮甜。接著上的是炸蠔, 皮相當薄脆, 裡邊蠔肉仍是保有水分很滑身, 富有海產特有的咸香味, 好吃。然後是安格斯牛肉包車厘茄, 牛肉很重牛香味也很薄身, 咬下去既有肉汁香味及蔬果的清爽感, 配搭一流。小炒王用的是一般大排檔都用的配菜, 可換了煮的方式, 就是一道很獨特的美食。鹽燒白鱔的魚肉很香口, 燒的時間控得很好, 所以咬下很有魚鮮味及仍有魚油香味。一口豚肉配的是這店自製的木魚咖哩醬, 很香口, 肉汁很多, 看出食材很鮮燒得又適時。燒茄子, 用日本茄子, 上邊鋪有木魚, 因控制火喉控得很好,  最重要皮沒燒焦, 但裡邊的茄肉又香又軟卻沒爛的口感, 厲害。鹿兒島牛, 切得很薄, 每塊都很重牛香味, 而且肉汁相當香口!真的留在唇舌很一陣子才會消散的香!雞中翼包墨魚滑, 這個燒得很香口, 雞肉配墨魚滑是

鹽燒白鱔的魚肉很香口, 燒的時間控得很好, 所以咬下很有魚鮮味及仍有魚油香味。
一口豚肉配的是這店自製的木魚咖哩醬, 很香口, 肉汁很多, 看出食材很鮮燒得又適時。

燒茄子, 用日本茄子, 上邊鋪有木魚, 因控制火喉控得很好,  最重要皮沒燒焦, 但裡邊的茄肉又香又軟卻沒爛的口感, 厲害。

秋刀魚燒起來, 肉汁很香, 也很嫩口, 整條都可以吃,配上酸汁, 這時令菜真的很棒!

燒飯團配上湯, 一流, 飯團燒得很香脆, 喜歡飯焦的人不可錯過!

好耐都冇食過日式串燒,今次我地搵左間食物質素比較出色,坐得舒服既餐廳一齊食正野relax 下滿有驚喜,呢度D串燒款式種類好多,仲有套裝選擇,我地就叫左$688鹿兒島黑毛和牛Omakase套裝,裏面已經有前菜、沙律、串燒、和牛、主食和味噌湯。前菜很開胃:紅酒蕎頭和螢光魷魚刺身精選串燒:秘製雞肉棒:咬落去啖啖肉而且夠嫩滑,又有蛋香!日本九州雞腎:燒到半熟的狀態,吃起來有口感、香味濃郁!雞皮蝦:慢火燒至雞皮金黃色外脆,包住蝦肉,口感爽彈,香氣十足!三黃雞腿肉:嫩滑彈牙,肉汁豐富,夠嫩滑好滋味和牛: 鹿兒島黑毛和牛係我最期待,一放入口即溶,配上少許炸蒜片,更加香口,牛肉味道濃郁。主食:明太子燒飯團配茶湯飯團外層燒到好香脆;包著明太子,更添滋味!💕先吃一半,另一半可以配茶湯,配上海苔、芥末等,作茶漬飯享用,大家都吃得好開心,好有氣氛~
