喺粉嶺嘅一間日式料理,喺爭鮮隔離環境不錯,間隔闊落之餘坐得舒服嘢食方面,午市定食選擇都多,有刺身,有壽司,有咖哩毎人叫咗個鰻魚定食,畀嘅鰻魚份量都算係咁,唔稱得上好多,但個燒汁又整得幾入面除咗鰻魚同飯之外,仲有個麵豉湯同茶碗蒸,但其實晏晝嚟講食哂所有嘢都唔太飽同事叫咗個壽司定食,就有8件壽司,兩件卷物,計落仲抵過隔離爭鮮我食咗一件,質素都唔錯,都ok新鮮但同樣食哂都唔係好夠飽喺附近想日本嘢嘅朋友可以嚟呢度一試 continue reading

有時想食日本嘢又唔想出咁遠,就會發掘下屋企附近有冇啲好食嘅日本菜今次嚟到呢間做街坊生意嘅日本野,門面裝修都幾有日本風味,因為疫情關係就選擇咗買外賣返屋企食估唔到外賣返到屋企食都保持到食物水準~最推介嘅係呢個牛油果軟蟹卷!好似都係佢哋嘅招牌菜式,牛油果好夠淋,味道同軟殼蟹十分夾,再加埋上面嘅蟹籽真係好滿足!另外帶咗油甘魚刺身都好新鮮,啖啖肉~唯一美中不足嘅係海膽唔夠新鮮同埋Wasabi唔夠辣,但整體以呢個價錢黎講都係值得一試~ continue reading

要小心去揀的餐廳入到舖頭,環境算坐得舒服,坐位都係寬闊的。去到食日本菜第一時間都係飲左佢的茶先,但佢的站係用茶包,味道係偏濃偏澀,鐘意淡茶的客人就唔多合適。另外員工態度比較冷淡,但值得一讚的係幫你refill茶的姐姐,佢真係見你冇就幫你refill。不推介首先,吉烈豬扒唔厚亦唔Juicy,雖然粉唔算厚但塊扒口感略嫌不足。同埋吉烈豬只係一口炸味而冇左個種香味,係另一個敗筆。第二,蕃茄湯冇乜濃郁的蕃茄味,如圖所見係得一塊蕃茄,但碗的最底就有好多疑似蕃茄蓉,但食落去係好酸,成碗湯唔係飲到蕃茄味而係飲到一股酸味,影響碗麵的味道。不推介一碗中規中矩的鰻魚飯,鰻魚的量算正常,咬落去都有口感,因為唔係薄切。但鰻魚味唔濃,加上個種入口的質感同你係超市買完翻黎加熱的質素係差唔多,所以唔太推介。推介的魚生丼首先,佢鋪得都算靚,上到黎都有種睇得下的感覺。不得不講的係佢的魚生係新鮮,唔薄切,所以食落口感都幾fresh,同埋有口感。魚生食落去個味係比較strong 個種,油脂亦都Ok。另外旁邊的蟹腳同魚籽亦都好新鮮,Juicy。最令我印象深刻就係蛋。咬落去甜甜地,加上佢的蛋中間係用左其他材料配搭,令到入口的時候特別的口感,味道,係其他好多舖都做唔到。整體黎講,佢的價錢唔算貴,但質素係有待改善。但佢的親子魚生丼係值得推介。 continue reading

我已經是老顧客了,一想吃日本菜便會來,因為實在是價廉物美自家玉子燒($32)玉子燒共8件,份量不少,非常熱辣辣,甜甜的蛋香味好吃,再澆上芝麻醬,原來可令味道更上一層樓,雖然變得邪惡,但實在是很美好燒三文魚腹鰭($34)這款基本上是必點的燒物,魚皮燒得脆身,一咬下香濃的魚油香氣,三文魚肉燒得剛熟嫩口,好吃醬油角切三文魚丼($62)每次點都沒有失望,仍然有一粒粒新鮮厚切的三文魚、立魚和劍魚腩等刺身,配上青瓜絲和蟹柳絲等,吃下清爽不膩,推介鰻魚飯($68)之前未吃過所以試一下,有點失望,一來份量細,二來燒鰻魚有些地方已經焦黑了,只能去掉不能吃,而鰻魚亦不算厚肉,味道普通,下次會試別的總的來說還是非常推介這間日式小店 continue reading

琴晚見到某個食評話佢本人比較中意呢間日本料理(同聯和墟某店比較)。咁我又冇野做又8卦就去試下。叫左個醬油魚生飯(醬油自己落)個量適中,佢冇講明係咩魚,加上我見識少,自己比較唔中意白色個款魚生,叫左個玉子燒,同埋一串雞軟骨(冇相)玉子燒加左麻醬喺面正正常常,冇咩特別,雞軟骨淡左啲,鹽唔夠,同埋佢烏冬要加10蚊都唔平(壽喜燒轉烏冬仲18蚊),烏冬就冇影到,個湯又係淡左少少同埋種麻油味,總括而言,我認為...今次衰8卦,間日本餐廳唔係難食,但普普通通啦,聯和墟好食好多。I Don’t agree with you continue reading
