小妹路經尖沙咀,辛勞工作了一天,想找一個處隱蔽而且坐得安靜的地方休息一下。來了這間餐廳吃飯好幾次了,有點回憶,有點心酸的感覺。這間餐廳的氣氛好好,燈光,音樂,情調,好適合情侶來。今晚點了青咖哩給自己,這裡的青咖哩做得很出色,配上油飯,一個女仔吃,其實都很難吃得完。青咖哩的汁有淡淡香葉的味道,用來撈飯真是一流,而且雞也是啖啖肉,份量一點都不少。我最喜歡就是在咖哩汁裡的菜,整個飯做得恰到好處。期待下一次多一點人來一起吃飯。 continue reading

大前日(25-10-2014 Sat) 同男友o黎經’G’字頭團購o個間公司,用特價$288.00買原價$588.00”致暈泛焗”食o既呢間o既二人套餐,我o地o黎到,o係大廈地下o既知客已問我o地係咪book o左位?我答係,然後佢就帶我o地行樓梯上o黎,上到o黎,門面好grand好靚,一入去,就算個staff o係水吧部o既,佢都同客人打招呼,係諗唔到o既. 我o地坐低後揀團購餐中要揀o既o野,揀好後等,等o左27分鐘,頭盤至到.1. 鵝肝意大利雲吞配肉骨茶雲吞有三隻,食落雲吞皮腍腍地,鵝肝係攪碎o左o既,味道唔太濃,口感粉粉地咁.加o左醋o既肉骨茶味道亦唔太濃,醋味出啲.2. 馬來西亞柑桔鮑魚沙律鮑魚煙韌唔鯹, 柑桔汁同柚子汁o既差唔多,火龍果正常冇問題啦.3. 鮮蠔周打湯湯o既顏色幾深,味道好濃,飲到海鮮o既鮮味,質地杰身. 飲完個湯,又等20分鐘,兩個主菜至到:4. 燒焗羊鞍配露絲馬利七成熟一客有兩件羊鞍,羊鞍外面好脆口唔羶,露絲馬利汁味道濃,超好味;薄荷醬味道溫和唔哽,成個好好食. 而薯菜都竟然一絲不苟,細細粒o既蕃薯,超甜;菜又唔係白烚,係加o左調味炒,夠味又惹味. 5. 美國特級肉眼配蝦醬忌廉汁五成熟男友係先食呢個,佢話韌同啲汁冇乜味,我o地睇返menu,係蝦醬忌廉汁喎,我都食先,係,肉眼係有啲韌,我o地已經叫五成熟,汁亦都真係唔多夠味,要蘸羊鞍o既配露絲馬利,芥辣都唔o岩味喇.又等15分鐘,甜品至到:6. 肉桂蘋果金寶配雲呢拿雪糕肉桂蘋果金寶係將蘋果片砌成幾層,面上灑上消化餅碎,而 由於呢個有雪糕,所以先食.肉桂份量落得o岩o岩好,不致好難食, 蘋果片暖暖甜甜的 配合雲呢拿雪糕就可以中和返,恰到好處. 7. 泰國香芒焗吉士杏仁卷外面脆脆的,但我只食到芒果味,吉士杏仁唔係好食得出,呢個有啲遜色.環境:同門面一樣好grand,而且係俾高背卡位我o地,好舒服,可惜o既係,唔知係咪我矮?覺得張枱o岩o岩高o左半吋左右.服務:當日晏晝,佢o地會打電話俾我同我re-confirm時間同人數有冇變.好好,雖然係團購客,但都好有禮貌,不過係上菜真係超慢.飲埋湯碗後,侍應體貼地問我o地main course係咪share食.我o地冇另外叫o野飲,佢o地都會密密斟水.價錢:除o左預先俾$288.00外,食完後要再俾$29.00服務費,加埋晰係$317.00,OK喇. continue reading

因爲媽咪係尖沙嘴返工,所以揀左附近的MISTO試試。雖然係樓上鋪,但環境非常好,樓底高而且非常有情調。當見到環境都幾好,自然會對食物有一定期待。可惜,無論係餐湯、沙律及前菜,都令我非常失望。味道雖然夠濃,但是太過咸,飲完會好想飲水。雖然標榜「鮑魚」,但是我試過最名不副實既 salad。只有面頭兩只小「鮑魚」,其餘都係火龍果。我寧願是安安份份的凱撒沙律。最最難食係個前菜揀左個名好好聽ge 鵝肝意大利餛飩肉骨茶結果入口d肉極「蘇」根本吞都吞唔落口好彩,main course 味道都算唔錯。我揀左羊鞍同大蝦配椰漿飯羊鞍叫左8成熟,裏面都juicy味道香口,都幾惹味總算挽回我對呢間餐廳既信心。大蝦配椰漿飯不過不失。大蝦好食,燒得香脆,還有些蝦膏在上面甜品我揀左apple crumble 配Vanilla 雪糕好食!一冷一熱,口感非常好!團購連加一約$320, 兩個main course 和甜品好食,環境和服務都非常好但其他真係可以用不堪入目形容...如果以$320的晚餐, 我覺得可以有更好既選擇。 continue reading

Important: all judgements are respective to price.Summary: the majority of set lunches are $78 to $88 + 10%.  Although not expensive for this region, there are other better choices at the same price level.Starter: either soup or salad.  Soup - good.  Salad - normal.Grilled NZ Sirloin steak with Pommery Sauce ($108) - Although this is slightly above average, I was not asked how I like it should be cooked.Scallop & Pumpkin Risotto - there are three scallops, not big but not too small.  Although the risotto tastes not bad, it is soaked in more oil than typical Hong Kong Fried Rice Noodle with Beef (乾炒牛河).  This is the most oily risotto I have ever tasted in my life.Dessert - a very small cube of cake that looks like Tiramisu.  This is actually better than expected. continue reading

是日冇帶飯番公司, 聽同事介紹去左同區一間比較"隱世"既西餐廳, 起一棟舊式商業大廈, 穿過一條殘舊既樓梯, 上到黎竟然有一個咁浪漫安靜既環境食LUNCH, 呢度既LUNCH 大約60-80 左右, 加埋一100內都仲有找, 坐底左之後叫左野菌奶油扁意粉餐湯有中湯都西湯揀, 今次試左個西湯-野菌忌廉湯, 飲得出唔係樓下港式西餐既麵粉水, 完全唔會漿住個口, 飲到好濃既野菌蘑菇味, 完全溶左入個湯主菜:野菌雞肉奶油扁意粉完全唔係一般港式西餐, 意粉質素佳食到小麥味, 而且煮唔會過火, 香港大多數餐廳既意粉一定煮到過哂火變到白雪雪淋哂, 呢個仲係煮到有咬口, 已經可以加分。奶油醬汁唔係用意粉醬開, 而係真係用忌廉煮, 食到陣陣奶油香味, 再加分, 野菌同雞肉都唔會煮過火, 有咬口, 呢個質素已經係我起歐洲食到既質素, 午市60幾蚊可以食到算係抵食! continue reading
