今日朋友約我去炮台山吃晚餐,朋友提議去大小姐冰室品嚐美味海鮮菜式,這間餐廳位於北角英皇道165至175號公主大廈10-13號地舖,港鐵炮台山站B出口,行幾分鐘就到,非常方便。入到餐廳見到有很多顧客,亦見到不少外賣顧客,餐廳地方寬敞整潔,裝修得溫馨 ,枱凳擺放得整齊,令人坐得舒服。餐廳餐牌食物款式都不少,有大小姐皇牌推介、特色小菜、大小姐新口味、咖喱及焗飯、即炒推介懷舊系列、健康精選系列、三文治及多士類、特色飲品、飲品,真係有好多懷舊嘅食品。晚飯小菜套餐亦非常多菜式抵食,選一款小菜就奉送白飯、是日例湯及熱飲品,我朋友介紹選海鮮小菜來食,我哋就叫咗椒鹽鮮魷、豉油王虎蝦、百花炸釀蟹鉗及清炒蒜蓉生菜,是日例湯就升級燉湯,飲品選咗爆珠雜果賓治同凍柑桔蜜。這間冰室食物質素高,份量不少,菜式好味道,價錢又唔貴,仲冇加一,店員服務態度又好,好值得向大家推介來食。🐔沙參玉竹紅棗杞子燉雞湯湯底清澈滑順,雞肉鮮嫩,配料軟綿,味道甘甜的紅棗和杞子的香氣,沙參的微苦與雞肉的鮮香交融,口感溫潤,滋補效果明顯。🦑椒鹽鮮魷外酥內嫩,魷魚的彈性十足,椒鹽的顆粒感增添了口感的層次,香辣的椒鹽味與鮮魷的海鮮鮮味相得益彰,咸香可口,令人開胃。🦐豉油王虎蝦蝦肉緊實且彈牙,豉油的醇厚感讓蝦肉更加滑口,醬油的鮮香味與蝦肉的自然甜味融合,豉油的鹹香提升整體味道,回味無窮。🦀️百花炸釀蟹鉗外層酥脆,內餡柔滑,蟹肉的鮮美與百花的香氣交融,蟹肉的鮮甜與花香的清新相輔相成,炸制後的香氣四溢,讓人垂涎。🥬清炒蒜蓉生菜生菜脆嫩,蒜蓉香味濃郁,清爽的口感令人提神,蒜香與生菜的自然清甜搭配,簡單卻充滿活力,是一道健康的配菜。🍒爆珠雜果賓治果粒鮮嫩多汁,清爽的果肉與脆皮相成對比,多種水果的甜味交織,酸甜適中,令人感到清新愉快。🍋凍柑桔蜜冰涼爽口,柑橘的果肉和蜜糖的滑順感相結合,柑橘的酸甜與蜜糖的甜香形成對比,清新又具解渴作用,適合夏季享用。 continue reading

今次再次去大小姐冰室到食早餐,印象中都有段時間冇嚟呢度食早餐,今次經過去北角順便食個靚早餐!我好鍾意食茶餐廳嘅經典,港式早餐,夠晒地道,而呢間嘅選擇都非常之多!menu如下:我每次都一定會叫嘅係:鮑絲火腿通粉本身已經好鍾意食通粉做早餐,呢碗仲多咗鮑絲,鹹香味十足。賣相亦都好好睇,碗湯唔係普通嘅滾水,係濃縮嘅雞湯,我真係飲晒成碗㗎🤣我哋亦都叫咗雪菜肉絲米粉,雪菜好新鮮,酸酸地同肉絲嘅味道好夾,比較特別適合鐘意清淡口味嘅人。不過嗰度都有辣油可以自己加,朋友都有加到,即刻有味好多早餐又點少得炒蛋同牛油多士,炒蛋好滑,好奇唔知道有冇加埋牛奶一齊炒呢!好奇想試吓呢度嘅雞扒同薯餅,雞扒新鮮炸起嚟又唔錯喎,個適量而且食落口感好脆,肉質都幾多汁。薯餅正常。叫埋杯熱奶茶同凍咖啡,真係一個好滿足嘅早餐。環境同之前一樣都好舒適,我好鍾意佢哋門口個牌,冰室嚟講都整得幾靚!食物質素同我上次一樣,我覺得一向都唔錯,下次再經過北角呢頭我都會揀返呢間😎 continue reading

收工撞正飯市,見呢間冰室卡位仲有吉位,一於同伙記打個眼色衝入去。格局同傳統冰室無異——方格地磚、吊扇轉緊、收銀檯掛住手寫水牌,但勝在夠乾淨冷氣又足。豉汁蒸白鱔 ($128)最驚喜係呢味!魚件切得厚身,豆豉蒜粒爆得香脆鋪滿面。夾起魚皮微黏筷,咬落膠質彈牙,魚油同豉汁鹹香撈飯一絕。要讚師傅火候準,蒸到魚骨邊啲肉都唔老。京都肉排 ($68)酸甜汁收得濃稠但唔漿口,肉排專揀半肥瘦部位,咬落鬆化唔韌。最醒神係加咗幾粒菠蘿,熱辣辣咁食特別開胃,清碟無難度。椒鹽鮮魷 ($72)即叫即炸!上枱仲聞到鑊氣。外層脆漿薄到透光,魷魚鬚咬落"索索"聲,肉厚得嚟唔橡皮。椒鹽炒到金黃色,蒜粒同辣椒碎沾滿魷魚,送啤酒應該超正。肉絲炒麵 ($58)麵餅炸得透,淋芡汁都仲脆。芽菜韭菜夠爽,肉絲醃得入味,最怕嗰種死鹹豉油味反而冇出現。兩個人分啱啱好,唔會滯。套餐跟嘅例湯無偷工:今日係粉葛赤小豆煲豬踭,飲到冇味精。熱華田沖得夠濃,奶茶茶膽夠厚,尾韻帶少少回甘。埋單計返人均百三蚊左右,街坊格局嚟講交足功課。下次想試佢下晝茶餐嘅雪菜肉絲米,見阿姐捧出嚟香噴噴。 continue reading
