首先出爐嘅係朋友點嘅DIY 意粉餐(價值$158),我地揀左黑松露忌廉汁配雞柳扁意粉🍝 我地另外加左$20 追加煙三文魚,份量都幾足,抵食又好味 👍🏻


由於我同朋友都係黑松露愛好者,佢既醬汁好合我地心意,香口味濃😋 雞柳味道唔錯,食落幾嫩滑,而且好足料,啖啖肉~


意粉烹調時間岩岩好,軟硬適中,彈牙既口感得以保存,勾起左我地喺意大利食意粉嘅回憶🇮🇹


最後介紹下個煙三文魚,三文魚處於半熟狀態,口感依然係嫩滑,帶有咸香味。三文魚既油脂感雖然冇咁飽滿,但微微溢出魚油香,係另一種風味。

後來我點既碳燒紐西蘭牛肉眼扒(價值$258)都到左~ 炭燒過既牛扒離遠已經聞到陣陣香味,牛扒表面雖然燒熟左,但裡面仲係處於五成半熟既狀態,口感真係非常juicy!


其實我地食嘅途中有個小插曲,由於朋友覺得牛扒中間太生,所以我地好唔好意思地叫左店員幫我地拎入去再煎熟啲。店員非常樂意,二話不說就幫我地拎左入廚房,出返黎仲重新擺盤,令我地覺得好窩心👍🏻☺️

繼續介紹牛扒,牛扒既脂肪分佈非常均匀,咬落不但嫩滑,而且肉汁四溢。


旁邊嘅黑松露薯蓉唔單止香滑味美,仲有助清減食客口腔內既油膩感,咁就可以慢慢細味呢塊碳燒牛肉眼扒🔥🥩。

最後呈上嘅係$1 換購嘅甜品,chocolate brownie~ 本身仲好擔心會因為好飽而食唔落,點知呢道甜品非常小巧,朋友稱之為「一口糕」,因為真係可以一啖食完 😂 brownie 甜甜地,帶點朱古力既苦澀味,口感鬆軟。


當時我地掛住食,竟然唔記得左影餐飲,分別係凍檸茶同埋可樂,呢兩樣咁大眾化嘅野飲就唔多作介紹 😛🥤🍋☕️


總括而言,餐廳氣氛熱鬧,食物質素亦都滿意~ 店員既服務態度親切,等疫情消退之後,要再帶朋友去試其他菜式。

要過一個Happy Friday 梗係嚟到Mini Friday,今日同朋友慶祝生日去到旺角銀城廣場樓上有一間西餐廳好出面,聽講呢間西餐廳以前都好出名,我有好多朋友都推介過,今次真係來一次實地考察。由於仲係疫情嘅關係,枱與枱之間都有1.5米距離,等食客食得更安心。本身都有諗過叫二人餐,但係發現原來晚市套餐更為吸引。首先點左個芒果黑松露鮮蝦沙律,冇諗過係咁吸引㗎,藍色嘅冰鎮倒模將沙律承載著,沙律有一個固定形狀,食落口感好新鮮,芒果酸酸甜甜仲帶有黑松露嘅香味添。之後再叫咗黑松露花膠煮年糕,我覺得呢個幾特別,好少人會想到用黑松露去配搭花膠,仲要炮製出煙煙韌韌嘅年糕,竟然覺得完全毫無違和感。套餐方面我哋點左香烤美式BBQ豬肋骨同埋紐西蘭肉眼扒, 我同朋友互相分享兩者都幾好食,豬肋骨正正常常,加上BBQ醬香濃又滋味。最後不得不提這個即製梳乎厘班戟配雪糕,是我全晚最期待的部份,它即叫即整需時15分鐘,到達時香噴噴,班戟空氣感十足,烤過後更香甜,加上少許的淡忌廉和士多啤梨雪糕真是值得令人期待的。

, 我同朋友互相分享兩者都幾好食,豬肋骨正正常常,加上BBQ醬香濃又滋味。

最後不得不提這個即製梳乎厘班戟配雪糕,是我全晚最期待的部份,它即叫即整需時15分鐘,到達時香噴噴,班戟空氣感十足,烤過後更香甜,加上少許的淡忌廉和士多啤梨雪糕真是值得令人期待的。

同朋友事隔七年再見,朋友話想食威靈頓牛柳,見到呢間西餐廳好似幾岀名又係黃店,於是就嚟一試。一嚟到侍應就奉上墨西哥脆餅比我地做餐前小食。而我地就嗌咗個威靈頓牛柳同一份pizza,本身仲打算嗌多份雞翼,不過侍應話嗌埋雞翼可能會太多,所以最後都無嗌到。威靈頓牛柳煮得剛剛好,唔會過熟,充滿牛肉本身肉汁,酥皮做得鬆脆👍🏻👍🏻而pizza 方面比想像中大份,係我鐘意嘅薄批,磨菇香濃,又唔會比芝士搶曬味👍🏻👍🏻整體感覺味道不錯,可以再試,唯一美中不足就係有限時,如果有得坐耐啲就更好!!
