自從轉咗工作地點後, 我就多了去九龍城一帶食飯, 今次我就去了小曼谷泰國美食食嘢.天氣咁熱, 當然第一時間點椰青. 椰青水夠清甜, 又解渴, 而且仲有椰青肉食.主菜點了粉絲焗大頭蝦, 泰皇咖喱法包軟殼蟹和明爐蒸烏頭.泰皇咖喱法包軟殼蟹. 咖喱係微辣, 即使唔食得辣的我也食得到, 仲覺得好惹味, 夠醒胃.用來配包一齊食, 兩者好夾.軟殼蟹幾脆口, 而且也算大隻. 粉絲焗大頭蝦.上枱時已經香味撲鼻.蝦幾大隻, 若再彈牙一點更好味. 我係為了粉絲而點這個菜式, 因為粉絲吸收晒所以精華, 特別好味.明爐蒸烏頭. 一口氣食了兩款較濃味的菜式, 就點個魚中和一下.魚肉夠嫩滑, 而且入口帶點檸檬的味道, 感覺清新. 這一餐非常豐富. continue reading

我真係好耐冇食過泰國菜,所以我約左屋企人去一齊食,成日經過這間泰國菜,今次終於可以試吓啦。店內環境雖然唔大,但勝在都幾乾淨整齊,最重要係晚市有live band show ,氣氛特別好正呀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我地叫左生蝦刺身,冬陰公,炸蝦餅,馬拉盞炒椰菜苗,豬頸肉沙律,咖喱炒大蜆,芒果糯米飯。生蝦刺身,蝦肉鮮甜可口,配埋泰式醬,超好食😋😋冬陰公,湯辣到適中同埋好足料,蝦都好大隻,勁濃味正呀炸蝦餅,即整即炸,上枱時好熱,蝦餅外脆內軟,蝦肉好鮮馬拉盞炒椰菜苗,因為用馬拉盞炒,所以全部冇草青味,我勁鐘意食幾個菜。豬頸肉沙律都係第一次食,食落去幾特別,豬頸肉加埋沙律汁口感特別,刺激味蕾令人更加開胃。咖喱炒大蜆,咖喱味香口又夠大碟,送麵包和飯一流,蜆肉好新鮮,同埋蜆肉都好大隻,CP 值高的餸。芒果糯米飯,椰漿清甜芒果肉,糯米飯夠熱,勁好食😋😋😋😋 continue reading

難得有空,同朋友黎九龍城食泰國嘢。黎到哩度,食物款式多之餘,仲要好多款式,所有地道嘅泰國菜式,應有盡有,真心唔會揀唔啱食物定價一啲都唔貴,又要有水準,嘢飲唔係行貨,甜度適中,味道亦夠晒炒通菜好有獲氣,帶有陣陣嘅辣味,又夠晒大碟,正生蝦大大隻,又夠晒新鮮,推介!東蔭功湯必嗌呀!湯底夠晒香夠晒辣,而且又夠晒足料!4個人share都仲有剩咖哩炒蜆又係大大碟,咖哩辣度夠晒,食落辣得黎亦帶有甜味,調味正!而且蜆肉份量又多,亦夠晒新鮮炒粉絲不得了,炒得好香,蒜味十足,配埋大蝦,亦帶有蝦香,而且一啲都唔會話太油膩 continue reading

去得九龍城食泰國野,應該無咩人唔識呢間小曼谷啦!幫襯左佢十幾年,真係越食越貴,想當年真係落親街第一時間就諗到要食佢架!但近排就覺得佢加價都加得好勁!沙爹串燒,我比較like佢地既串燒牛,其他串燒就一般般無咩驚喜。沙律必點既係柚子蝦沙律同埋豬頸肉沙律,呢兩款每次我都要揀好耐先揀到一款,柚子蝦沙律,甜酸辣食落口好fresh;而豬頸肉沙律,d豬頸肉唔肥夠脆口,配埋佢個辛辣汁勁正,真係食到停唔到口架!而其他既炒菜呀、咖哩呀、炒粉麵飯呀,就唔使嘥quota試啦☺️另外一提佢地既座位都幾迫下,唔建議帶太細小朋友去食,怕撞襯,同埋地下都跣跣地,借用洗手間時真係要行得小心d continue reading

唔知幾耐冇入過九龍城啦,去過九龍城都知果到係泰國餐廳既聖地,真係條條街都會有2-3間。😂朋友話食過呢間「小曼谷」,覺得唔錯,廢事諗啦,就佢啦。-lunch唔貴,都幾多選擇,不過大部分都有海鮮,藍妹真係麻麻。😓最後記得係泰國既時候食過個肉碎飯,覺得好正,於是想試下香港既係咪都好味。-叫親午餐都會送個冬蔭肉碎湯,同龍眼水(藍妹轉左凍既)。個冬蔭公好多菇菇,酸味好重,反而唔太辣,愛好酸野既藍妹認為好岩口味。😍龍眼冰有啲甜,係咪間間都係咁甜嫁呢。😅-香葉肉碎燴飯同泰國食果個賣相好似呢,不過白飯同肉碎既比例會唔會差太遠。😵如果多啲肉碎,少啲飯就好啦。肉碎既味道完全係泰國食到既味啊!好辣,好香香葉味,用黎撈飯一流!🤤-單講呢個肉碎飯,有種令藍妹返左泰國既感覺,好想去多次泰國呢。😖 continue reading
