今天下午路過太子港鐵站附近,想起這裡有間燒臘茶餐廳,並沒有試過,便入裡吃個下午茶。店內座位歡堂,空間感十足,還有電視機在牆上可供觀看。叉燒雞瀨$42,叉燒肥瘦均勻,軟硬亦適中,蜜糖味道甘香。雞肉嫩滑,配上羗蓉,味道更佳。湯頭夠熱,瀬粉爽口彈牙,一個人吃這個下午茶就夠飽了。炸雞髀沙律$38,雞髀皮脆肉嫩,肉汁十足,加上沙律,可以平衡一下油膩感。配凍鴛鴦加$3,咖啡、茶、花奶和甜度的比例適中,是一杯正宗港式的鴛鴦。 continue reading

陪好友到金都商場看婚禮用品,逛了差不多兩小時左右,終於買齊了所需物品,肚子也開始餓了,於是決定在附近隨便找間餐廳吃吃飯吧!餐廳食小炒為主,店內裝潢光猛企理,空間寬敞。小菜選擇都非常之多,而且小菜價錢已經包了白飯,例湯/熱飲,價格不算太貴。例湯菜干煲唐排,清甜潤喉,真材實料。豉汁蒸烏頭店家將魚身切開蒸,受熱平均一點而且比較易熟,魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,豉汁味香濃。金銀蛋浸時菜西蘭花爽嫩翠綠,吸收了上湯更加鮮甜。黑椒薯仔牛柳粒薯仔預先炸過再加蜜糖炒香,外脆內軟,非常惹味,而牛柳粒肉味香濃,鮮嫩入味。 continue reading

今日約了朋友去逛街,行到很累,剛剛行過這裡,見它標榜自設烤爐,每日新鮮燒味,所以我們就想入去試一試它!因為當時已經差不多下午茶時段,但我們還沒吃飯,見到這裡的下午茶餐都有燒味食,所以我們都圍繞著有燒味的下午茶餐來選。我見這裡除了燒味,還有滷味可以選,我就點選了滷水鵝翼和金錢牛肚瀨粉和一杯熱柚子蜜,其中一位朋友就叫了一碗叉燒燒肉瀨粉和一杯茶走,另一位朋友想了很久,遲遲到拿不定主意,後來店員介紹了這裡的燒鵝好好食,雖然下午茶餐不包燒鵝,但想了又想這裡的燒味應該唔錯,所以朋友就叫了一碗燒鵝瀨粉。朋友的叉燒燒肉瀨粉到,見到份量都算多,茶餐來說都算頗抵食,叉燒肉質唔肥,但肉質還算嫰,一點都不鞋,燒肉沒有半點肥肉,皮脆,肉質不會好實,還有幾條菜伴碟,瀨粉份量算多,好多地方都冇瀨粉食,但這裡就有瀨粉,瀨粉算滑,都唔錯!我的滷水金錢牛肚和鵝翼瀨粉也到了,這裡的滷水比出面的淺色,我想是用上白滷水製造,金錢牛肚和鵝掌翼份量也不少,滷味好入味,牛肚一咬就開,他們將鵝翼一分為二,令到客人可以輕鬆食用,加上白醋,真的美味!朋友的燒鵝瀨粉也到,燒鵝一點肥都沒有,肉厚,味道都調得好好,怪不得這裡對自己的自家製的燒味那麼有信心,叉燒,燒肉,燒鵝都做得好好!朋友下午茶餐跟了一杯茶走,茶味香濃,順滑,甜度適中,朋友都大讚好好飲!我的柚子蜜也調得剛剛好,唔會太甜,還放了兩塊檸檬,柚子加上檸檬香味,好可口!這裡的下午茶餐有出名的燒味食到,價錢還好相宜,這裡真的不錯! continue reading
