以前只知道明厨是高端海鲜餐厅,这次来发现他家还有早茶。这餐是和爱人一起来吃的,我们点了虾饺皇,烧卖,牛柏叶和排骨,虾饺皇爱好者非常喜欢这个虾饺,特别惊艳!不过这餐下来300出头,说实话这个价位去广州深圳吃早茶,能吃蛮多不同品类的茶点的,但是真的蛮好吃。感觉这家是不在乎预算的人的首选,厨师水准很高,之前吃过他家海鲜,也很合我胃口。店里也有100、200的套餐,但是预算不够的话可能吃得就没那么丰富了,如果预算够的话真的强推,菜品味道环境和服务都无可指摘。Read More

这家是被在香港的同学推荐的,刚好要去香港看演唱会就和朋友来尝了一下。团了一个二人套餐,有香港火焰奄仔蟹,鬼火深喉濑尿虾,凉拌花甲王和芝士澳龙炒饭。菜品味道还可以,这家菜品蛮有记忆点的。奄仔蟹服务员会淋一个玫瑰露然后点火,蛮好看的,火焰快没的时候还会有一股花香味,还没吃给人的体验感就很好。澳龙炒饭也是上来的时候有很浓烈的芝士香味,濑尿虾有手臂长,一般大只的濑尿虾原材料也不会便宜到哪里去。服务也好,推荐。Read More

不知道是不是吃饭的时候有点晚了,我和朋友都觉得这餐好好吃。我们点了一个必吃榜二人海鲜套餐,有四道菜,都是招牌菜。其中油盐焗香港火焰奄仔蟹视觉效果很好,工作人员会在你用餐前先点火。三重芝士焗澳洲龙虾炒饭底是我认为最香的,老远芝士味就飘过来,而且份量很大。个人感觉这个套餐还是值得一试的,虽然是搭配好的不能单点但商家没有放一些比较便宜的菜品充数,而且团购价比单点便宜些。虽然团购价的总价也不算低,但鉴于体验感很好,还是觉得这个钱花的很值。Read More
