回想一下,上次來到明閣食飯已是一年多前,還記得當時的一道醉蝦餃令人陶醉,事隔一年後,再次踏足這兒。 今次一行多人,坐在大廳的一個角落,環觀四周,依然高貴優雅。就坐時,更發現餐廳的體貼位,每張櫈旁邊都可以拉出一塊小板,可以放袋,十分細心。 先來前菜,至尊蜜汁叉燒、芹香海蜇頭及回味珍寶豬各有特式,這兒的蜜汁叉燒一向馳名,軟腍爽口,有著豐富的蜜香;海蜇頭厚身得來夠爽口,以清新的唐芹來拌來吃,十分清新;還有以醇厚白滷水浸製的珍寶豬,香濃入味,質感更是爽滑。 當蟹黃蟹肉大虎蝦放在面前,無不嘩聲四起,半個拳頭之大的玻璃蝦球披上一層金黃衣裳,蝦球白雪雪,質感爽口彈牙,與鮮味十足的蟹黃蟹肉汁甚為匹配,令人驚喜。 來到湯羹時候,菜膽竹笙清燉松茸湯色清澈,菌香撲鼻而來,陣陣菌香甜絲絲的,喝後非常舒暢。 玉環清蒸星斑柳賣相精緻,味道清淡雅然,火喉蒸得恰到好處,非常嫩滑,整體感覺不錯。 主菜時間,是一牛兩味,首先是牛肝菌和牛卷,煎得剛好,有點入口即溶的感覺,與爽口的牛肝菌及露筍相輝映;另一邊是鮑汁和牛面頰,面頰肉早已燜煮得非常軟腍,入口滿是膠質,配隨著鮮味的鮑汁,滋味無窮。另外,絕不能錯過那件索滿了鮑汁的冬瓜,美味美味。 既然現在正值菇菌季節,大廚亦不忘以此入饌。除了湯品外,連最後的金耳愉耳扒菠菜苗也加進了菇菌,陣陣菌香,十分清新。 終於來到最後了,原個椰皇蛋白雪膠杏仁茶來到合時,清甜滋潤,當中更有彷似燕窩的雪膠在內,份外養顏,當然杏仁茶的杏味出眾而不過火。 continue reading

每當想在旺角區吃頓精緻粵菜,位於朗豪坊旁的Cordis康得思酒店中菜廳明閣總是我們不二之選。前菜選來至尊蜜汁叉燒、芹香海蜇頭及回味珍寶豬3款,明閣細心的預先為大家安排位上。當中清新爽口的芹香海蜇頭和幾乎每次來明閣都要吃的至尊蜜汁叉燒最得我歡心。菜膽竹笙清燉松茸,湯頭清甜無比,每口都是誘人松茸香,超喜歡這碗讓人喝得舒心的靚燉湯。接著有相當適合炎炎夏日吃的玉環清蒸星斑球,味道清淡而不寡,美味又健康。與清新輕爽的德國Laumersheimer Kappellenberg Riesling白酒很合拍。而蟹黃蟹肉大虎蝦,就是邪惡的代表。金黃色的蟹膏混了蟹肉,配上爽彈啖啖肉大虎蝦,鮮味滿分!另一款主菜,分別選來牛肝菌和牛卷及鮑汁和牛面頰。2款和牛菜式肉香濃郁,一口和牛、一口法國Burgundy Hubert Moret Gevrey-Chambertin 的pinot noir紅酒,滿足牛魔王的慾望。我們這夜以原個椰皇蛋白雪膠杏仁茶作為甜品。一上枱已經聞得到杏仁香,入口更覺甜美滋潤,正好為大家這稱心滿意的聚餐來個完美結局。 continue reading

形容係上等紳士品質,間中少許驚喜無火花,外表乾淨整齊,白色厚枱布,美觀潔亮杯碗,令立立金色皮配深木梳化椅,側邊可拉出放手袋,當天我們四人竟坐六人枱,好寬敞,佢有時限2小時,2:30pm要埋單,不知為甚麽,坐到時限,大堂都都不滿一半,我們可坐到3:00pm。莧菜星班鮫$72,好香莧菜味,嫩,星班,彈鮮。芋角,大隻,芋頭唔夠香。义燒稣,义燒唔夠燒香味,牛肉腸,三樣整體是一般酒店合格水準。奶黄包,食評話好,因有寄望,不達心中水評,包皮係軟彈,奶黃流心,又係不夠奶、蛋香。鵝肝义燒葱花炒飯$288,鵝肝無羶味(個人喜歡這種臭臭),义燒又係欠燒味。飯粒粒爽口,味道應有水準。椒鹽豆腐,外脆,豆都香滑,但都覺怡東軒好的的。蛋白杏人茶,感覺不是生磨,香味好像不是天然,嘉麟樓好好多。生磨黑白芝麻糕,賣相好自信,感覺有彈性,但唔覺芝麻香,是否有沒有炒過芝麻?未有一款令我魂牽,只有張椅,令我少少掛住,還有不用付錢,家姐請,哈哈哈。 continue reading
