由於本人係非常之揀飲擇食,所以以下就只介紹幾樣我有試過嘅小菜了食評是隔了差不多兩個禮拜才打的,所以細緻的地方就不太記得了,隱約記得那吸引我的叉燒包熱辣辣,皮脆,不會過甜,裏面的叉燒醬甜絲絲的,充滿着蜜汁,而且有叉燒肉粒,尚算有咬口這道菜是不是椒鹽豆腐?不太記得了,皮做得很薄,炸漿不會過多、過厚,而且豆腐是很滑的,可是豆味不算太濃叫了兩碟腸粉,我比較欣賞的是下面的XO醬豉油王炒腸粉,光看顏色已經覺得很吸引了,每條腸粉也炒得很均勻,顏色相若,這是我挺欣賞的,自己做腸粉的時候,我認為比較難控制的便是食物的顏色了,不愧是酒店餐廳的水準而上面的腸粉平平無奇,不過不失吧蝦多士,原本是一碟四件的,但是可以按照人數逐件加,欣賞,光看照片就覺得吸引了,但是吃下去味道卻不及它的賣相啊哈哈,這些都是我不吃的,所以就只是拍照,不加評論了 continue reading

很久沒有到明閣飲茶了,今天終於因為開會到旺角,立刻訂位松露蟹肉餃松露很香,蟹肉夠份量鹵水豬腳仔(定豬仔腳?)非常非常入味,非常非常腍,水準依然炸子雞上桌時剛炸好,皮脆肉嫩,但每次仍覺得旁邊的炸藕片更美味蝦餃很飽満當然不少得甜點啦~杏片香芒卷忘記影芒果味不算突出,但剛炸好,所以芒果肉是暖暖,但外面包住的杏片夠香脆,搶回不少分數,細細件,剛好。埋單有點貴,但多謝大大人慷慨讓我在回程時滿滿的暖暖的繼續搏殺! continue reading

久別重來,味道也有分別(退步)😅同朋友兩位女士,食量不大,故只點了2個點心: XO醬炒腸粉:香口,但略嫌多由一點,同普遍酒樓沒異。咸水角:脆口,餡不多(岩我心意) ...❌黑松露牛粒鵝肝炒飯❌(忘記影相)太油,食落有陣羊"蘇"味😑(本人唔食羊,好怕陣穌味) 向職員查詢,回覆話係和牛味😓乜和牛係甘既咩?我食過好似唔係ga bro....個飯真係太太油啦😑我成個下午+晚上,都間中會"err"反陣油益,食左杯檸茶都無幫忙😓甜品杏仁露就幾好味,聽職員說,是師父自家磨的,又真係幾香和幾結,唔似沖粉劑般。另吃了桃包,比拳頭大一點,感覺包皮都幾軟身,但蛋黃太硬(唔夠散),職員話是廚師自家搓麵粉做的,不是工場取貨,可惜我見識少,又食唔太出分别。總括: 前兩年來,記憶中樣樣都好好吃。久別重來,感覺遜色不少.....腦海浮現: 「廚如逆水行舟,不進則退」,普通炒飯都會過油,飯粒唔乾身,真係有失 "星之身分"😟希望不要因應有星後卻水準失手 continue reading

這一間米芝蓮二星中菜店近來成為吾家之飯堂。每逢做節食飯,都不用細想毫不猶疑就算在此落腳....無論食物以至服務,這兒絕對也配得帶上車胎人的光環。當然在價錢上亦然啦....今天晚上的菜色有好多道之前都也試過了....椒麻汁醋香黑木耳依然爽脆 , 醋香及麻辣味依然恰如其份;七味金磚豆腐依然外脆內軟滑,豆香濃郁。店内推介的這個脆藕片琥珀合桃之前卻完全沒有試過,我承認確實是走漏眼了 ---- 藕片脆得如像吃薯片般薄又脆; 琥珀合桃色澤光亮甜而不腻又帶脆甘....再來便是主菜 ---- 乃是化皮乳豬一大隻可也....儘管溫度是不太夠但幸好尚算皮脆肉嫩。 特別要讚的是底下瘦肉的部分 , 鹹香味十足....十餘年前旅遊發展局美食大賞得獎菜龍皇披金甲依舊風采依然 ---- 蝦膠爽彈而滿有鮮味  ; 墊底的龍躉魚塊軟滑而實淨並沒有散修修之弊, 鮮味盎然 。 而且最重要是無論蝦或是魚肉都是弄得非常乾爽不油 ;更不能浪費的是置中的那好幾隻蝦頭,内裡的蝦膏甘鮮而味美....當然少不了的還有我最愛的蝦籽鮮菌素千層。 蝦籽味鮮不腥而菌香四溢 ; 蠔油獻味厚而濃郁不過杰最合拌飯....每次做節枱上必備的咕嚕肉反倒只是一般 ---- 肉縱然是皮脆嫩香但酸醋汁亦似乎真的有點過酸了,而且掛醬效果亦未能全然做得好,碟底中還剩下不少的醬汁....全晚最不爽的可算是這一個算稱得上是時令的芋頭油鴨煲。 縱然芋頭經炸過之後定型做得不錯而且真的夠粉嫩 ; 切成小件且全起了骨的油鴨又真的 鹹而不腻。 但一睇見那水汪汪而全不夠杰稠的"椰味醬汁"便已扣了不少分數....單尾的蝦子叉燒金菇撈麵用的是濕撈的手法 , 麵條沒鹼水味之餘又夠濃郁,這當然是要歸功於所調的醬汁以及有蝦子的存在。太座非常喜歡這一道, 一吃便是兩大碗了....本來最後也叫了幾道甜品的,但一向知道甜品不是這裏的強項,所以也不用在此贅述了.....埋單好像是大約總共四千多塊錢...絕對是一頓性價比甚高的冬至飯.... continue reading

同BABE 去明閣慶生,又係預留左WINDOW SEAT,但CORDIS 位於旺角,就算WINDOW SEAT 都無乜野睇。好想飲D 老火湯,叫左個花膠老鴿湯,有一大塊厚身花膠,仲有半邊老鴿,個湯好清,覺得唔夠咸,應該無乜落調味料。另外BABE 唔知叫左個咩湯,用壺上,份量小小地,無乜特別。一心想食蟹蓋,係芝士同酥炸之間我揀了後者,果然無令我失望,熱騰騰,fill with 蟹肉同洋蔥,仲有淡淡椰香味,讚呀!我之前睇d post 話明閣服務麻麻,我終於明白為何,我叫左乳豬炒飯,佢見我二人都唔主動提議半份,味道有強烈蕃茄味,乳豬肉砌碎到幾乎找不到。仲有個炒蛋大蝦,蝦彈身,合格!整體來說算過得去,我倆二人食到好飽好飽,大家記住記住叫炒飯要叫半份,咪做大嘥鬼! continue reading
