這一間米芝蓮二星中菜店近來成為吾家之飯堂。每逢做節食飯,都不用細想毫不猶疑就算在此落腳....無論食物以至服務,這兒絕對也配得帶上車胎人的光環。當然在價錢上亦然啦....今天晚上的菜色有好多道之前都也試過了....椒麻汁醋香黑木耳依然爽脆 , 醋香及麻辣味依然恰如其份;七味金磚豆腐依然外脆內軟滑,豆香濃郁。店内推介的這個脆藕片琥珀合桃之前卻完全沒有試過,我承認確實是走漏眼了 ---- 藕片脆得如像吃薯片般薄又脆; 琥珀合桃色澤光亮甜而不腻又帶脆甘....再來便是主菜 ---- 乃是化皮乳豬一大隻可也....儘管溫度是不太夠但幸好尚算皮脆肉嫩。 特別要讚的是底下瘦肉的部分 , 鹹香味十足....十餘年前旅遊發展局美食大賞得獎菜龍皇披金甲依舊風采依然 ---- 蝦膠爽彈而滿有鮮味  ; 墊底的龍躉魚塊軟滑而實淨並沒有散修修之弊, 鮮味盎然 。 而且最重要是無論蝦或是魚肉都是弄得非常乾爽不油 ;更不能浪費的是置中的那好幾隻蝦頭,内裡的蝦膏甘鮮而味美....當然少不了的還有我最愛的蝦籽鮮菌素千層。 蝦籽味鮮不腥而菌香四溢 ; 蠔油獻味厚而濃郁不過杰最合拌飯....每次做節枱上必備的咕嚕肉反倒只是一般 ---- 肉縱然是皮脆嫩香但酸醋汁亦似乎真的有點過酸了,而且掛醬效果亦未能全然做得好,碟底中還剩下不少的醬汁....全晚最不爽的可算是這一個算稱得上是時令的芋頭油鴨煲。 縱然芋頭經炸過之後定型做得不錯而且真的夠粉嫩 ; 切成小件且全起了骨的油鴨又真的 鹹而不腻。 但一睇見那水汪汪而全不夠杰稠的"椰味醬汁"便已扣了不少分數....單尾的蝦子叉燒金菇撈麵用的是濕撈的手法 , 麵條沒鹼水味之餘又夠濃郁,這當然是要歸功於所調的醬汁以及有蝦子的存在。太座非常喜歡這一道, 一吃便是兩大碗了....本來最後也叫了幾道甜品的,但一向知道甜品不是這裏的強項,所以也不用在此贅述了.....埋單好像是大約總共四千多塊錢...絕對是一頓性價比甚高的冬至飯.... continue reading

今天老友訂呢度飲茶替我慶祝生日, 去到reception查了名字之後有禮貌地帶我入座, 坐低睇咗一陣menu,然後決定要兩個套餐,再加兩碟點心。 服務生都是二十出頭的年輕人, 服務有禮貌有活力, 等了大約十分鐘,一道道菜上枱, 食物真的有水準, 尤其是炸物, 鬆脆而不油膩,其他食物都好食。 最驚喜係甜品時間,年輕男女服務生悄悄安排送上壽包和噴出乾冰的甜品,我真係好開心,這個真的有加分,有機會也要再來試吓晚飯。要多謝老友破費請我食這餐飯了, thank you continue reading

今日係父親節,當然我哋三兄弟姊妹想請爸爸媽媽食餐好架啦,今次嚟到米之蓮二星嘅明閣明閣我地兩三年前都有幫襯過覺得唔錯,所以我哋一早訂位。我哋最欣賞係高貴氣派同食物嘅質素。有啲食物我哋一早訂咗,例如燒味類同老火湯。睇到個賣相已經流晒口水好味到無法形容。當然燒肉就比較肥啦,一舊起兩舊止。呢個老火湯真係好好味清清地,適合夏天飲但係如果啲湯渣可以放在碟上就顯得更加高貴,放在個兜上好似破壞左果種氣派。成個presentation都好靚,顯得高貴之餘味道仲好特別本身個豆腐係凍嘅豆味濃郁,加埋則邊嘅醬汁酸酸的好開胃呢款素菜好似藝術品好靚好精緻左手邊係菌類,右邊我都唔清楚係咩,食落感覺好似係薯仔又係似粉葛,味道係唔錯嘅靚到唔捨得食呢款係餐廳嘅signature dish 必點嘅菜式整得好靚金黃色,裏面混入魚肉同海蝦好好味,食到海鮮嘅鮮味呢個飯炒得夠乾身不過不失啦總結: 五個人食咗$3600當然係貴,但係耐不耐一次都OK嘅fine dining 最開心就係可以享受到美食同高貴嘅氣派,超讚 continue reading

一年一度的父親節又是選擇餐廳慶祝的時候.今年就跟家人試試米芝蓮2星之餐廳吧.點心的選擇主要有兩頁:首先點了個明爐叉燒父親對這個蜜汁叉燒($298)表示滿意不是經常飲茶的我怎麼能不點蝦餃和燒賣呢(各$72)鮮蝦腸粉-因為豉油取勝($88)芝蔴煎堆球...母親表示滿意 ($62)本人至愛:七味金鏄豆腐,外脆內軟,豆腐炸得夠脆口但內裏不失滑溜~其他點心包括:家鄉煎薄撐($58)- 家父表示失望鵝肝荔浦芋角 ($68)- 好味古法馬拉糕 ($58)- 單憑形狀就不能說是「古法」吧幸好最後的鮑魚蛋白炒飯也過了父親大人這一關如果不是有強國家庭喧鬧的話會更好 continue reading

原本為了再吃蝦多士和黃橋燒餅,所以再次去明閣,但竟然改了餐牌,這兩款好味的點心和小吃也取消了,非常失望!所以試了鵝肝荔甫芋角,炸得出色,並不油膩。中間小小鵝肝提升了芋角層次,也沒有這麼飽濟。另外蒜香蝦春卷也同樣出色皮薄餡靚,也不油膩。蜜汁叉燒腸,一如以往,做得皮薄晶凝通透!荀尖鮮蝦餃,皮薄餡靚野菌生煎包,今天煎得比較油膩。 continue reading
