還以為Min姐走了, H.I.M.的聚會要暫休, 想不到大家還是繼續定期相聚, 真好. 八月, 是甜魔媽媽的生日, 她提議來明閣, 大家沒有異議, 就此定下來.由一星的日子, 已經在明閣吃過頌揚生日飯. 升升跌跌, 這兩年, 是二星店. 這個集團, 三家中菜廳, 一共六粒星, 勁. 當然, 在這裡用餐, 起碼環境夠舒適, 配套足夠, 兩粒星嘛.松露蛋白蟹肉餃 $96 由三款點心開始吃起. 本身皆是一客三件, 我們四個人就改四件, 照價去加, 很便利. 松露蛋白蟹肉餃, 用上鮮嫩的蟹肉, 而黑松露份量剛剛, 香氣突出, 但又不會搶去蟹肉的鮮味.金鈎鹹水角 $84 接下來的是金鈎鹹水角, 餡料味道合宜, 皮帶點煙韌, 熱度對辦.香煎牛肉餡餅 $92 還有香煎牛肉餡餅, 不是飲茶常見的項目. 這裡做的, 熱辣辣, 皮挺脆身, 但就不算太多汁, 好像乾身了點.羊肚菌五目飯 $98 要給小晴晴吃點飯, 就選來羊肚菌五目飯. $98一客, 但那份量, 真的偏少, 成年人吃, 是否要連吃兩碗菜足夠? 不過羊肚菌跟五目飯的組合, 就是很健康的, 值得給小朋友吃.松露和牛禮物盒 $336 甜魔媽媽沒有揀選甚麼吃, 除了這客松露和牛禮物盒. 是得獎菜來的, 也是大廚功力的明證, 把澳洲和牛當成外盒, 內裡的黑松露, 松茸, 跟羊肚菌. 不說, 還以為和牛做餡. 很有心思的菜式.蝦球黑椒粉絲煲 $368 因為隔離飯香, 看見鄰座的食客吃這蝦球黑椒粉絲煲, 我們又要一客. 粉絲當然是此客菜式的主角, 微辣, 相當惹味, 加上鮮爽的蝦球, 其實, 應該跟白飯吃呢.明閣流沙包 $82 城中的流沙包, 您最愛那一款? 相信明閣的一定名列前矛. 明閣流沙包, 贏在爆流沙, 奶黃香甜濃郁, 是一不小心就會一檯都係的程度. 甜魔來到, 怎能不吃.壽包 最後還有壽包, 小壽包, 就算飽也吃得下. 但還記得昔日在這裡吃的大壽包, 回憶, 永遠是珍貴的.來明閣吃二星生日飯, 點心有水準, 菜式也令人滿意. 當然, 還有明閣流沙包是必吃的. continue reading

今日係父親節,當然我哋三兄弟姊妹想請爸爸媽媽食餐好架啦,今次嚟到米之蓮二星嘅明閣明閣我地兩三年前都有幫襯過覺得唔錯,所以我哋一早訂位。我哋最欣賞係高貴氣派同食物嘅質素。有啲食物我哋一早訂咗,例如燒味類同老火湯。睇到個賣相已經流晒口水好味到無法形容。當然燒肉就比較肥啦,一舊起兩舊止。呢個老火湯真係好好味清清地,適合夏天飲但係如果啲湯渣可以放在碟上就顯得更加高貴,放在個兜上好似破壞左果種氣派。成個presentation都好靚,顯得高貴之餘味道仲好特別本身個豆腐係凍嘅豆味濃郁,加埋則邊嘅醬汁酸酸的好開胃呢款素菜好似藝術品好靚好精緻左手邊係菌類,右邊我都唔清楚係咩,食落感覺好似係薯仔又係似粉葛,味道係唔錯嘅靚到唔捨得食呢款係餐廳嘅signature dish 必點嘅菜式整得好靚金黃色,裏面混入魚肉同海蝦好好味,食到海鮮嘅鮮味呢個飯炒得夠乾身不過不失啦總結: 五個人食咗$3600當然係貴,但係耐不耐一次都OK嘅fine dining 最開心就係可以享受到美食同高貴嘅氣派,超讚 continue reading

今日有食神,難得中午可以一嚐二星米芝蓮食府。三人行,沒有叫午市套餐,反而點了三款點心,一款素菜,一個炒飯,還有一個五目飯。論環境:雅緻的裝潢,柔和的燈光,而餐廳選用的顏色都讓人舒服,枱和枱之間有一定距離,一點也不逼,香港的餐廳,基本上只有高級一點的才能做到。豆漿鮮百合百果莧菜,交代了走油,廚房有心思地連鹽分也沒有加入,上桌時更配上鹽瓶給你去調味,對於喜歡清淡的朋友來說安排的確細膩。豆味突出,湯底濃郁,感覺新鮮。素餃子:我只嚐了一粒綠色皮的菇餃,皮不是說很韌的那種,餡料也比較油膩,不會過鹹,菇味突出,只是太油。蝦餃,四粒大蝦餃配上一粒BB蝦餃,不太好肉類的我吃了一粒BB餃,蝦味鮮,肉爽,加上裡面的配菜,蝦餃的確不錯。五目飯:好小的一碗,大概就是一個茶杯的份量,定價98,真心說,Overprice,配料有不同的菇類,牛肝菌,金針菇,配上醬油,老實說調味太重手,鹹呀。和牛鵝肝超飯,索價300多,我沒有吃,因為,鵝肝,和牛加上炒飯,油份超標。但聽友人說,味淡,吃到第二碗他們已經說油膩,一鍋有五六小碗的樣子,論份量,相比之下好像比較划算。整頓飯下來,沒有被驚艷到,二星的評級或許是來自晚餐?最後三人賣單一千多,值得一試嗎?見仁見智。 continue reading

這一間米芝蓮二星中菜店近來成為吾家之飯堂。每逢做節食飯,都不用細想毫不猶疑就算在此落腳....無論食物以至服務,這兒絕對也配得帶上車胎人的光環。當然在價錢上亦然啦....今天晚上的菜色有好多道之前都也試過了....椒麻汁醋香黑木耳依然爽脆 , 醋香及麻辣味依然恰如其份;七味金磚豆腐依然外脆內軟滑,豆香濃郁。店内推介的這個脆藕片琥珀合桃之前卻完全沒有試過,我承認確實是走漏眼了 ---- 藕片脆得如像吃薯片般薄又脆; 琥珀合桃色澤光亮甜而不腻又帶脆甘....再來便是主菜 ---- 乃是化皮乳豬一大隻可也....儘管溫度是不太夠但幸好尚算皮脆肉嫩。 特別要讚的是底下瘦肉的部分 , 鹹香味十足....十餘年前旅遊發展局美食大賞得獎菜龍皇披金甲依舊風采依然 ---- 蝦膠爽彈而滿有鮮味  ; 墊底的龍躉魚塊軟滑而實淨並沒有散修修之弊, 鮮味盎然 。 而且最重要是無論蝦或是魚肉都是弄得非常乾爽不油 ;更不能浪費的是置中的那好幾隻蝦頭,内裡的蝦膏甘鮮而味美....當然少不了的還有我最愛的蝦籽鮮菌素千層。 蝦籽味鮮不腥而菌香四溢 ; 蠔油獻味厚而濃郁不過杰最合拌飯....每次做節枱上必備的咕嚕肉反倒只是一般 ---- 肉縱然是皮脆嫩香但酸醋汁亦似乎真的有點過酸了,而且掛醬效果亦未能全然做得好,碟底中還剩下不少的醬汁....全晚最不爽的可算是這一個算稱得上是時令的芋頭油鴨煲。 縱然芋頭經炸過之後定型做得不錯而且真的夠粉嫩 ; 切成小件且全起了骨的油鴨又真的 鹹而不腻。 但一睇見那水汪汪而全不夠杰稠的"椰味醬汁"便已扣了不少分數....單尾的蝦子叉燒金菇撈麵用的是濕撈的手法 , 麵條沒鹼水味之餘又夠濃郁,這當然是要歸功於所調的醬汁以及有蝦子的存在。太座非常喜歡這一道, 一吃便是兩大碗了....本來最後也叫了幾道甜品的,但一向知道甜品不是這裏的強項,所以也不用在此贅述了.....埋單好像是大約總共四千多塊錢...絕對是一頓性價比甚高的冬至飯.... continue reading
